Pros:

Ubicación muy céntrica, dentro del sitio al que puedes ir a conciertos o espectáculos. Hay también restaurantes y puedes llegar rapidísimo a cualquier sitio de la ciudad en carro o caminando al centro de Monterrey.

Cons:

Los servicios como cafe y esas cosas dentro de la habitación, lo que esperas dentro que no lo encuentras. El estacionamiento es muy incómodo si llegas en carro.

Poor communication between the staff.
Our delayed luggage from the airport was supposed to delivered to our room but didn’t get any notification until next morning and we found the luggage had been delivered and never been notified until we inquired next morning.

Nice hotel, comfortable room and bed, friendly staff, issues with key card
Pros:

Nice, big, comfortable room. Friendly staff. Central location, close to Barrio Antiguo.

Cons:

Batteries in key sensor died on first night, had to wait for an hour at 1030pm for repair. Maintenance staff were friendly, but very inconvenient. Next day key card didn't work in elevators or for room. Issues with key two days in a row for two night stay.
