Pros:

Room was big

Cons:

Breakfast bad no variety, I booked room with breakfast and I was going out every day to have breakfast outside
Bed was not comfortable, staff not smiling and rude

Enjoyable vacation
Pros:

Location was central close to restaurants, ABC mall and downtown.
We were given an upgrade. Nice touch.
Staff was amazing and helpful especially Sara and Rafi who prepared a surprise birthday cake and decoration in the room for my wife. Sara in the reception was so helpful and catered to our requests . Overall the whole team, room service, housekeeping and staff were friendly . We enjoyed the stay.

Sehr nettes Personal, gute Lage, bequemes Bett

Cons:

Wir waren in Januar in Beirut. Im Zimmer war es ziemlich kalt und man konnte die Klimaanlage nicht regulieren. Auf warmes Wasser musste man mehrere Minuten warten. Das Rooftop wird gar nicht genutzt. Es sieht ziemlich untergekommen und ungepflegt aus.

Short stay in Beirut for New Year's Celebration
Pros:

Breakfast was good with variety of healthy choice, clean and comfortable room, the hotel located not far from main attractions and downtown.

Cons:

Spa was a bit disappointing. Transfer from the airport cost 5 times taxi price.
