Avoid if you can
Pros:

The unfortunate thing here is that there are not many places to stay in Derby. The staff were really nice and security of the place Is great!

Cons:

The photos on this page do not give a true depiction of the site. It's run down and old, giving trailer park in the bronks vibes. The bathroom sink was brown and cracked. The sheets were musky. It's terribly unfortunate for this business owner to own such a money pit.

As long as there is availability, I will always try and book if I need to stay in DERBY.
Pros:

I did not try the WIFI so i cannot comment, all other aspects were good. i am a repeat patron and find it ease of booking, friendly staff and also good food.

Didn't stay stay as it was not up to description

Upon entry it was such I could not stay. Booking called for a Garden View but my room was behind the garden view rooms
