Disgusting, when I got there I held back tears and considered sleeping in my rooftop tent instead.
Pros:

The only good thing about staying here was that it was air conditioned and had a really deep pool.

Cons:

No late check in, had to get someone else to grab my keys for me.
The room was filthy. The cups on the dirty, water-damaged bench were ones that must have been taken from the pub and then left in there unwashed still with drink inside them.
The bed didn’t even have a matching sheet set. The fitted, flat and two pillowcases were all different and covered in stains. The doona was in the dirty cupboard and was also brown from the dirt.
The bathroom was gross and unhygienic. There was dried urine on the outside of the toilet bowl. The shower had splash marks of dirt from the previous users. The bathroom floor was peeling up off the walls and floor underneath.

To me,It's the accommodation.I wouldn't miss it for the world

Breakfast was excellent and lovely plus I love it too much.

Cons:

Boab Inn were better all the time.Since I been in BOAB Inn.

I was given the details about check-in and checkout and shown the map of the facility.

I love booking a room at the BOAB INN and I wouldn't miss it for the world.
Pros:

Location were close to the shop's,Hospital and families plus in Derby,I always pick BOAB INN,My favourite to stay .

Location was fine. No complaints.

Cons:

No quilt cover made up on the beds. There was a doona insert only in the cupboard and who knows how often its cleaned or whether its just put back in the wardrobe. Not hygienic.
Bathroom sink taps dripping all night.
Shower soap holder broken with jagged edges very dangerous.
Cockroaches in bathroom.
Floor dirty under beds.
Lights had no covers on them.
