Staff, food, location

Cons:

Bed, specially the mattress quality (low grade spring), not comfortable even for a child weighing 40-45 kgs. This was the major issue that enabled me to make my future stay at this property.

Very pleasant stay.
Pros:

The Novotel is close enough to the CBD . On arrival the front desk staff were very helpful. My room was quite spacious and clean and the restaurant and their staff were very friendly and polite. They’ve got plenty of complimentary parking spaces plus paid parking spaces if you wish.

Pros:

A kind and patient staff member helped me charge my phone, complete my online booking and book a very comfortable room for me and my children. It included breakfast. We also parked out the front. This place is hands down 10 out of 10 for me.

Cons:

I wasn't sure if there was a space to do your laundry or if they only had a valet service.
