Pros:

The staff were so so lovely and they really did take this stay from great, to exceptional. All of them were so kind and went above and beyond.

Cons:

We couldn't figure out the speaker in the couch.

It was a great stay.
Pros:

The staff were very attentive without being cloying. They were able to provide everything I requested (trim milk, extra teabags and cups and a towel) with good cheer

Underground parking facility, $30 p/night, video surveillance, great if you have a classic or unique car your always worried about, great breakfast buffet, well worth it, lovely dinner, comfortable bed...

Cons:

Basic room amenities, but room service made up for that...

A pleasant surprise
Pros:

We found this hotel to be clean tidy with a large superior room. The carpet was definitely a standout. Loved the cow mural across the bed head. Plenty parking. Paid and unpaid. Friendly staff, and a great deal with included breakfast, which was a well stocked buffet with plenty of options. It was a pleasant surprise for the price.

Great service
Pros:

Lovely clean rooms and bathroom, comfy bed, friendly helpful staff, great bar service, happy hour drinks. Free bike hire was a surprise bonus. Really enjoyed our stay here with friends to celebrate our 25th anniversary. Would love to visit again.

Wonderful stay, would just like more available parking next time.
Pros:

The room was clean and it had everything we needed, a wonderful bathroom, and a comfortable king size bed! It was a very beautiful stay.

Cons:

The parking was a slight challenge at that time due too having no parks available during my stay. I had to park up along the main road to remain close to the hotel.
