Excelente atención
Pros:

La propiedad está ubicada en medio del palacio de Diocleciano. Eso hace que las habitaciones sean pequenas y sin ascensor pero lo pongo como información . La experiencia vale la pena

Traditional, centrally located small hotel.
Pros:

Centrally located within the Diocletian Palace. Good air conditioning and soundproofing. Comfortable bed and decent bathroom and room size. My room had a great view of the Palace. There are stairs, so be aware if mobility is a concern.

Wonderful boutique hotel with a great location and wonderful staff
Pros:

Staff was very friendly & helpful. Very good breakfast offering egg selections, bread & fruit, juice, coffee. Gentlemen serving were very kind.

Misleading Information, Rude Staff and Very Poor Value for Money

My stay at Hotel Peristil was a completely disappointing experience, full of misleading information and unacceptable behavior from the staff.

Unprofessional Arrival: Upon arrival, the hotel employee met me outside the entrance smoking a cigarette. Before even welcoming me, he rudely asked who I was and what I wanted, all while standing right outside the entrance with a cigarette in his mouth.

Misleading Room Specifications: Despite booking and paying for a room with a double bed, I was assigned a room containing only a single bed. When I raised the issue, the host was defensive and argumentative, stating that a double bed costs more and asking how I expected a double bed to fit into a 12 m² room.

No Elevator & Rude Staff: The hotel has no elevator—a crucial detail omitted from their listing. After hauling my heavy luggage up to the 3rd floor, I asked if a room on the 1st floor was available. The staff member rudely replied, "here we use our legs."

Misrepresentation of Parking: The property advertises "Private Parking," but in reality, they only have access to 3 spaces on a public sidewalk with manual barriers, charging an outrageous €30. I had to park in an underground garage for €25 instead and pay an extra €5 for a taxi back to the hotel.

Terrible Breakfast Quality: The breakfast was unacceptable. The butter was completely melted, kept at a temperature well above the maximum 8 °C specified on its own packaging. Although the menu listed both eggs and yogurt, I was told I had to choose only one or the other. To top it off, the orange juice was low-quality processed juice and the coffee was dreadful.

A hotel that shows total disregard for basic courtesy, misrepresents its amenities, and offers such poor service is entirely overpriced. Avoid at all costs.

Split legszuperebb helyén található.
Pros:

A szállás csodás helyen, a vasútállomáshoz és a tengerparthoz közel, az óváros szívében helyezkedik el, ami magasan kiemeli a többi szálláshely közül. Ráadásul megfizethető áron foglalhatóak a szobák. Kis negatívum: a Booking a foglaláskor felajánlotta, hogy a Szoba kétszemélyes ággyal vagy 2 külön ággyal- verzió helyett a Superior szoba kétszemélyes ággyal- verziót válasszuk- a Genius-kedvezmény miatt. Ennek ellenére az érkezésünkkor az egyszerűbb szobát kaptuk.- nem reklamáltunk, mert a személyzet kedvessége felülírta ezt a kis malőrt. A reggeli azonban -amit a Bookingon- a vélemények alapján olvastunk, messze elmaradt az elvárttól. Nem okozott számunkra különösebb gondot, de megemlítem, hogy a kínálat meglehetősen egszerű volt. Tej, tojás-allergiával véletlenül se próbálkozzon itt senki, mert tojást, tojással kínálnak. Egy adott menüsor alapján lehetett kikérni a reggelit, ami a rántotta, omlett, főtt-, tükörtojáson kívül a joghurt müzlivel verziót ajánlotta még. Ezen kívül fejenként 1 alma, 1 banán, 1 narancs és 2 nektarin járt, valamint néhány szelet magvas, vagy sima kis felszeletelt kenyérke, amit vajjal, krémsajttal vagy lekvárral lehetett megkenni. Ezek a kenyérszeletkék egyik nap meglehetősen szárazak voltak. A kávé-kínálat is szerény volt, ráadásul az Americano kávéhoz egyik reggel kérdés nélkül kaptunk külön kis kancsóban tejet a felszolgáló úriembertől, másnap már amikor elfelejtkezett a tejről, s jeleztük ezt neki, tehát kértünk tejet a kávéhoz, nem kaptunk. Összességében a szállás szuperjó helyen van, kényelmes, kellemes közeg, de a reggeli kínálata messze elmarad az elvárttól.

Estaba ubicado en pleno centro, con una terraza ideal que dejan utilizar siempre y para comer comida de fuera incluso.
Habitación grande y limpia. Clásico.
La recepcionista majísima, nos ayudó mucho con un problema con el aparcamiento del hotel.

Schöner Urlaub, tolles Hotel
Pros:

Die Unterkunft liegt wirklich inmitten des historischen Zentrums von Split, wenige Gehminuten von Hafen und Bahnhof entfernt. Die Mitarbeiter sind supernett, die Zimmer sauber. Das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet.
