Enjoyable trip to Budapest.
Pros:

Location in Pest, close to the Danube, 3 blocks away, but that’s close.
Nice comfortable room. Working Air-Con in Bedroom.
Free coffee in afternoon.
Helpful staff.

Cons:

Restaurant was Syrian/Lebanese. We went to Budapest for Hungarian food. Fortunately we found a good Hungarian Restaurant nearby. Also a goof Italian restaurant.

Das Gebäude ist sehr prächtig die Innenausstattung ist prächtig

Cons:

Frühstück und Service Können verbessert werden, nach 9 Uhr ist Buffet nicht mehr sehr sauber und aufgeräumt. Das war schon immer so. Eingang an der Staße sollte gepflegter sein.

We had to move to another room in the middle of our stay, which was so much inconvenience.I had been complaining of the smell in the bathroom from day 1. It took them awhile to figure out what was wrong.

A Great Experience
Pros:

Our experience was a positive one from start to finish. We were able to check-in upon arrival even though it was early. Everyone we came into contact with was courteous and accommodating. Our room was spacious and clean.
Breakfast was excellent, something for everyone. Upon departure we were given a breakfast bag containing a variety of morning goodies because our flight was extremely early in the morning and we would not be able to have breakfast at the hotel. They made arrangements to have a taxi available for our departure as well.
Moments is located in a great area. We were able to walk to all the main attractions. There were also plenty of restaurants in the area. I would highly recommend Moments and hopefully will one day return.

Cons:

Not a deal breaker by all means but we could have used better lighting in the bathroom.
