We had an amazing stay. Staff was excellent, assisted with recommendations, booking reservations, finding spas with availability and booking appointments and restaurant staff was superb. Can’t say enough about how lovely the hotel and staff was. Will definitely return.

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome. Every single team member was incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything we needed. They answered all of our requests with a smile and truly made us feel like valued guests.
The breakfast was enjoyable and had a good selection of fresh food, making it a great way to start each day before exploring the city.
Overall, this hotel played a big part in making our trip so memorable. We genuinely felt well taken care of throughout our stay. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Budapest.
We were greeted by very pleasant reception staff, who during our stay were very helpful in offering guidance around the city. The clean and airy reception area set the tone for the hotel which was very clean and well maintained. Our bedroom was well laid out and the bed was comfortable giving us a good nights sleep. The room was cleaned daily to a good standard. Noise around the hotel was at a minimum which added to a peaceful stay. The breakfast was tasty and plenty of options for all tastes. All the staff were very pleasant and friendly making us feel valued. Overall I would recommend Hotel Moments for its central location and peaceful, personal stay.

Fantastic experience. Rooms are large, modern and spacious. Service is courteous, professional and effective. Szabi in reception went out of his way to help us out. Breakfast is ample and quality is high. One of the best locations to move around. Worked out well for a family of 5 in 2 rooms. 5/5
