Pros:

The location is perfect, and the rooms are spotlessly clean. The service is incredibly courteous and welcoming. The breakfast is rich and indulgent, and the 24/7 coffee and tea station in the lobby is a fantastic touch—not to mention the delicious afternoon cake! Highly recommended.

Cons:

Жёсткие кровати. Нет парковки для выгрузки-загрузки. Матовая стеклянная дверь в санузел - очень спорное решение.

Lovely hotel
Pros:

Very nice hotel in a great location. Staff were excellent, the hotel is lovely, our corner room was great - spacious and well fitted, and delicious breakfast. We really enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful cosseting
Pros:

What a lovely “grand” hotel. An oasis of calm and attentiveness close to the heart of Budapest. The staff were helpful and cheerful, the ambience peaceful and elegant and the Kafe und Kuchen a lovely touch

非常喜歡還會回住。
Pros:

飯店位置在市中心美麗的精品大道上，走路去各景點少則五分鐘，多則30分鐘，公共交通站都在附近，乘地鐵巴士電車都很方便十幾分鐘就到達目的地。下午在外面累了，回酒店沙發區喝咖啡吃點心。
櫃檯人員友善提供資訊。房間裝潢新。房務人員親切服務。早餐美味可口。

Skønt ophold på et dejligt hotel med professionelle ansatte.
Pros:

Personalet var dygtige, imødekommende og servicemindede. Værelset var stort og rent. Alt fungerede fint. Morgenmaden var god, og der var stort udvalg.

Cons:

Det var lidt koldt i restauranten om morgenen. Massagen vil bestilte blev dyrere end forventet, da massøren tog ekstra pris for latterlige tillægsydelser fx. hvis man ønskede den svenske massage skulle være hårdere. Men det var et firma udefra, og ikke hotellets service.

Wonderful home away from home
Pros:

Hotel Moments was perfect for our family. We had a long journey to get here, and the hotel created a lovely "home away from home" atmosphere. The front desk staff were very nice and we felt welcomed each time we returned to the hotel. The rooms are spacious and the warm shower was soothing after a long day. Housekeeping came daily and freshened up the room nicely. It was quite hot in Budapest during our stay and the room AC worked wonderfully. The location is very walkable and close to many main attractions in Budapest. While it is a busy street, it was quiet inside our room. The breakfast was magnificent. It was the best breakfast during our 2 week stay in Central Europe, and the restaurant had plenty of seating and attendants that were refilling items so nothing ran low. When we return to Budapest we will definitely stay at Hotel Moments again.

Well run and comfortable hotel
Pros:

I stayed at Hotel Moments Budapest for a week. It is one of the best run hotels I’ve ever stayed in. I stayed in one of the newer signature design rooms that faces Andrassy Ave. The bed and pillows were fabulous, the mini bar fridge was not so overstocked that you couldn’t fit a yogurt in there. Housekeeping restocked the Nespresso machine and tea faithfully each day and cleaned the room beautifully every day. There was a menu of items you could request, like a kettle, iron/ironing board, different pillows, nightlight, etc. Breakfast buffet was one of the best I’ve ever had with options for GF folks. Front desk staff were lovely. And something I’ve never experienced before: I got a call mid-stay to ask how my visit was going. I was shocked. That has never happened to me before. In fact, when I check out of hotels in the US, staff have never even asked how my stay was. I was traveling alone and felt safe there. Thanks Moments Budapest for a wonderful stay!

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt, Hotel für einen Budapesttrip sehr zu empfehlen.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr schön, für 3 Personen ausreichend groß und ruhig, die Betten bequem.
Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich, alles vorhanden, Orangen- und Grapefruitsaft, Obstsäfte konnten frisch gepresst werden. Die Lage des Hotels war optimal, in Domnähe, öffentliche Verkehrsmittel schnell zu erreichen.

Cons:

Alles war in Ordnung.
