great location in budapest
Pros:

Hotel Moments is a wonderful hotel located in the heart of the city. Even though it is located on a busy street, the rooms are very quiet at night. The rooms are very nicely designed with a great bed. The staff is friendly and will help you with anything. The only thing that could use a little help is the breakfast. Even though there are lots of items to pick from, there should be some more fruit option. Also there was no granola and the eggs should have been tastier.

Pure perfection
Pros:

Hotel was on a fabulous street with quality buildings and lined with trees. The hotel lobby is a wow factor. Clean and modern. Complimentary hotel drinks is a bonus too. Room was nice and comfy. Bathroom and facilities bob on. Loved budapest and would stay here again. 5mins walk to st stephens and 10mins walk to the chain bridge.

A perfect place to stay in Pest!
Pros:

From the moment we arrived and were greeted by Berta we were made to feel so welcome. Berta’s customer service skills were awesome and her attitude was simply perfect. The hotel is really very good indeed and everything is so clean and sophisticated. We would definitely recommend this hotel to any discerning visitors. The restaurant is also well worth a visit, we ate there twice!

Great place for our 4 night stay
Pros:

Great central location walkable to many attractions. Quiet so good for sleep. Lounge for coffee and tea 24 hours was a bonus. The room was a reasonable size and the bed and pillows comfortable. It was cleaned daily. Shower was good. We bought our own shower gel as tubes provided were very small. Staff were pleasant especially reception and so were cleaning staff friendly too. The Zenobia restaurant serves good food. Breakfast is varied although hot food usually cold and bacon hard.

Perfect
Pros:

The hotel is absolutely beautiful! The staff are super friendly. The breakfast was amazing. The location was right on the Andrassy street and easy to get to many sites. The beds are super comfortable and the mattresses and bedding have all been updated, so a very good sleep. The air conditioner was perfect.

Fantastic Stay
Pros:

Excellent hotel in a great location. The room was large and quiet. The bed was a little hard for my liking but that would be the only, very minor, issue. I would definitely stay here again.

Mega-Hotel mit Detailliebe und sehr zuvorkommenden und kompetenten Service

Luxuriöses Ambiente aber nicht zu sehr abgehoben
Hoher Wohlfühl- und Willkommenscharakter.
Zimmer in 5. Etage Mega, sehr gute Qualität der Matratzen und somit sehr gut geschlafen. Zimmerausstattung über die Maßen perfekt 🤩

Hotel Moments in Budapest is the Best!
Pros:

Loooooved this hotel! Not only is it located near the city center, it's within walking distance to some of the best restaurants, luxury stores, but also sites, like the Parliament, St. Stevens basilica, and the castle district.

The people at Hotel Moments were friendly, easy to talk to, and provides great customer service. They made our restaurant reservations, gave us a map, and lent us converters to use! Another plus? Their breakfast is included and truly Budapest unique.

LOVED THIS HOTEL!!! Service was exceptional- we had some issues with our uber driver and the receptionists tag teamed the problem - went above and beyond! Breakfast was fantastic- an abundance of riches. Highly recommend

Pros:

Vi hadde et fantastisk opphold! Servicen var helt fremragende og startet allerede tre måneder før ankomst. Hotellet var utrolig imøtekommende og kreative da jeg planla en bursdagsoverraskelse til min reisevenninne. De ordnet alt fra en spesifikk ølsort i vinkjøler til nydelige blomster, fruktfat og et personlig kort på rommet. Ellers holdt frokosten en meget høy standard og ga oss en perfekt start på dagen. Rommene var rene, pene og hadde generelt veldig god standard. Her føler man seg virkelig ivaretatt!

Ingenting å utsette på oppholdet – alt fungerte perfekt for oss.

Lovely
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay, it is a beautiful hotel, the staff are lovely, the breakfasts were excellent, it is very central and we were able to walk to most of what we wanted to see, or jump on public transport also nearby. The restaurant extends to an excellent seating area in front of the hotel, great for enjoying some fresh air and watching the world go by.

If I am being very picky, noise travels, from both outside passers-by and other residents doors opening and closing in other rooms, ok let's call it slamming, some people are so unaware of others! It's still a 5 though!
