Ein super schönes, modernes Hotel in bester Lage. Nur zu empfehlen!!!!
Pros:

Das Hotel war einfach super im Konfort der Lage und dem Personal. Das Klima war bei diesen Aussentemperaturen sehr angenehm. Am Abend haben wir häufig auf der Terasse die Abendstimmung genossen.
Uns wurde ein Upgrade Zimmer zum Innenhof bei gleichem Preis zur Verfügung gestellt,weil es zu laut war.
In der Nähe vom Haketscher Markt gab es eine Vielzahl von gemütlichen Restaurants wo man gut Essen und verweilen konnte. Es war ideal, weil wir immer wussten wo wir in einer angenehmen Athmospäre etwas feines bekamen .
Wir haben in der Stadt keinen vergleichbaren Ort gefunden.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war etwas einfach. Es hatte kein normales Brot und immer die gleiche Wurst und Käseauswhl.
Die zimmer zur Strasse waren zu laut, weil eine Tramendstation vor drm Haus war, weil es immer ein starkes Räder-Quitschen ergab. In der Nacht konnte man fast nicht mit offenen Fenster schlafen.

Pros:

Die Freundlichkeit des Empfangs!

Cons:

Die dienstleistungsunwillige Truppe der Bar! Deutschland spielt bei der WM etliche Gäste sitzen im Frühstücksraum und man wird auf den Kühlschrank verwiesen!
Aus welchem Grund ist aufräumen so wichtig, dass bei dem Ereignis Gäste self catering betreiben müssen!

Okay but could be much better
Pros:

The location is amazing and beds are really comfy. Rooftop bar is nice (when accessible)

Cons:

Firstly I had arranged something for my partners birthday upon arrival when I booked (I offered to pay to organise this but they said it was not necessary) I had to actually contact them again after check-in as it hadn’t been put in the room. We also asked for an iron the day before we arrived and were assured it would be in our room, we didn’t get it until our second day after again requesting it. The bar downstairs wasn’t open the entirety of our 3 night stay, which isn’t great when it’s a facility of the hotel and to make it worse one night the rooftop bar was rented out for a function so there was no bar available at all (including the fridges in the lobby as the key had went missing) - it’s almost like they don’t want us to spend our money in their establishment! The rooms are very dark - not ideal for putting makeup on. Our windows on the 5th floor couldn’t even be opened slightly and the bathroom door won’t stay open unless wedged which was required as the bathroom got hot very quickly. Finally upon checking out, we asked to keep our luggage for the day and the member of staff visibly sighed, not great service! Overall I think for the price of the rooms this hotel needs to up its game which is a shame as it is a beautiful hotel in a central location but unfortunately I doubt I would return!

L’emplacement

Accueil déplorable , aucune prise en compte des clients , poussière dans les chambres, sol de la chambre pas propre
Nous avons passé 3 nuits à l hôtel et chaque soir impossibilité d’accéder au roof top en raison de soirées privatives organisées pour des personnes extérieures à l’hôtel ???

Die zentrale Lage am Hackeschen Markt
Die Hilfsbereitschaft der Mitarbeitenden

Cons:

In der ersten Nacht hatten wir ein Zimmer zur „Straßenbahn“. Das war die ganze Nacht sehr laut.
Die Zimmer sind eher eng und vor allem dunkel (was sicher dem Stil des Hauses geschuldet ist)
