Die Lage am Hackschen Markt neben der Museumsinsel ist wirklich super. Zahlreiche Restaurants und Nahversorger befinden sich in direkter Umgebung.
Die Zimmergröße ist für einen Städtetrip vollkommen ausreichend. Das Zimmer war sauber, gepflegt und insgesamt in gutem Zustand.
Das Frühstück war insgesamt in Ordnung, bietet jedoch noch Verbesserungspotenzial, insbesondere bei der Auswahl an Brötchen und Kaffeespezialitäten. Zudem wurden Speisen und Getränke bei größerem Gästeaufkommen leider nicht immer zeitnah nachgefüllt.
Für einen zukünftigen Aufenthalt würden wir daher vermutlich eher ohne Frühstück buchen und stattdessen die vielfältigen Frühstücksangebote in der näheren Umgebung nutzen.
Insbesondere die hervorragende Lage macht viele der negativen Erfahrungen wieder wett und überzeugt.

Cons:

Angefangen hat alles mit einem Datenleck über das Buchungsportal von Amano, das zu einem Phishing-Versuch über meinen WhatsApp-Account führte. Ziel war es offenbar, über einen amerikanischen Kontakt an meine Kreditkartendaten zu gelangen.
Als ich den Vorfall dem Hotel meldete, erhielt ich statt einer Entschuldigung lediglich den Hinweis, dass ich mit der Buchung die Datenschutzbestimmungen akzeptiert hätte.
Vor Ort setzte sich der negative Eindruck fort: Unser zunächst zugewiesenes Zimmer lag direkt über dem Tramdepot, war extrem laut und roch bereits beim Betreten stark nach Urin. Offenbar funktionierte die Lüftungsanlage nicht bzw. war nicht angeschlossen.
Dadurch waren wir gezwungen, bei geöffnetem Fenster zu schlafen. Aufgrund der erheblichen Lärmbelastung durch den Straßenbahnverkehr kann man allerdings kaum von erholsamem Schlaf sprechen.
Am zweiten Tag durften wir das Zimmer zum Glück unproblematisch Wechseln.

El personal muy Amable, Ivan un 10, muy buen anfitrion, nos oriento desde la llegada con excelente disposicion, cerca de todo, el metro a unos pasos.

Cons:

Un detalle, la habitacion no tenia frigobar, lo demas bien.

Cons:

First name and last name were switched then I couldn’t check in by typing my information, although my information was correctly given to booking com. I had to give passport information on the screen by myself. It is not friendly to travelers. Location is great but small room. I wouldn’t stay this facility in the next time.
