Muy cómoda y ubicación inmejorable
Pros:

La ubicación es totalmente excelente, bajas y enseguida estás en el centro rodeada de restaurantes, bares y tiendas, a 1 minuto andando ya encuentras el río y tienes la isla de los museos y la catedral al lado, al otro lado andando 5 minutos está alexander Platz. El hotel en sí es muy bonito y la decoración de la habitación fue lo que más nos gustó. La habitación es muy cómoda y teniamos vistas a la torre de televisión.

Cons:

El servicio de limpieza no nos limpió la habitación ninguna de las noches que estuvimos en el hotel, no sabemos porqué. Además el recepcionista que nos atendió nos hizo una broma muy desafortunada haciendo referencia a que los españoles son racistas... y nos sacó el tema de racismo que sufrió Vinicius generalizando hacia nosotros... Algo muy inapropiado.
Salvo eso el hotel tiene una ubicación inmejorable y repetiríamos sin duda cuando volvamos a Berlín

Location is pretty good and breakfast was good

Cons:

Cleaning service is awful. They care just about towels and bed, and it is the same like in ZOE at Dusselforf. Very noisy street with trams.

Sijainti loistava. Lyhyt matka (n.200m junalle ja ratikalle. Junalla suoraan kentältä ja ratikalla ympäri kaupunkia
Paljon ravintoloita tosi lähellä.
Hyvä aamiainen ja aamiaistarjoilijat oli mukavia.

Cons:

Itsepalvelukirjautuminen iltasella väsyneenä matkan jälkeen!
Ja se huono valaistus huoneessa, josta muutkin ovat kirjoittaneet.

Nice modern interior

Cons:

The walls were so thin. I could hear conversations in the other room and hallway. Since my neighbours were a family with kids it was quiet noisy. Also there was a list of dust in my room.
