You pay for the location
Pros:

The bed was super comfortable. Very good location, close to trams and train station. Overall very clean.

Cons:

Door was super thin, without any soundproofing - my room was opposite the elevator, and close to the stairs leading up to the rooftop terrace, and I could hear people talking like if they were inside the room.
Breakfast was very plain, the same every day, and the refill was sparse. I think that 3 kinds of cold cuts and 3 kinds of cheese is not a sufficient variety in a 4 star hotel. Once I had breakfast at 9.50 (breakfast was until 11am) and there were no pastries and salad left.
Housekeeping was at random hours and they never knocked (would have heard through the paper thin door), just rushed in and were surprised finding me in the room, which was kinda uncomfortable, especially when they woke me up from an afternoon nap.

Optimale Lage als Ausgangspunkt für sightseeing etc.
Pros:

Sehr gute Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel.
Auch zu Fuß ist man gleich mitten im Geschehen.
Schöne Rooftopbar mit nettem Personal.
Sehr ruhig bei geschlossenen Fenstern.
