Pros:

The location was super.
The stuff was polite and nice.
Lift not busy.

Cons:

Pillows are too soft.
Two single blankets on a double bed are unusual, but maybe not for Germany.
Shower pressure was a bot weak and not even.

Mir fehlte irgendwie anderes Licht im Zimmer - moderne Beleuchtung nur ausreichend wenn genug Tageslicht da war
Das Potenzial der Roof Top Bar völlig ungenutzt - Drinks eher schlecht, früher Schließung

Schönes Hotel an bester Lage in Berlin.
Pros:

Die zentrale Lage war sehr toll. Das Team war freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Zimmer sehr sauber. Ebenfalls war das Zimmer gut ausgestattet und die Betten sehr bequem.

Cons:

Leider war die Dachterrasse und die Bar nicht immer öffentlich zugänglich da private Events stattgefunden haben.

Wir hatten einen schönen Kurztrip in Berlin und haben die gute Lage sehr genossen. Das Hotel jedoch leider nicht.
Pros:

Die Lage war super. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten gut zu Fuß oder mit den naheliegenden, öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln schnell zu erreichen.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war leider nicht richtig sauber. Wir haben auf Anfrage, freundlicherweise ein anderes Zimmer beiziehen können, aber auch das hätte sauberer sein können. Es war alles sehr staubig, an den Fenstern waren viele Fettspuren, die Vorhänge hatten teilweise Flecken, das Sofa hatte Flecken und war mit Flusen übersäht. Der Housekeeping Service hat lediglich die Betten gemacht und die Handtücher gewechselt. Weder Boden noch Bad wurden gereinigt und selbst der Mülleimer im Bad wurde nicht geleert. Das Frühstücksbuffet bot eine gewisse Auswahl, jedoch haben wir uns eine gesündere und hochwertigere Auswahl vorgestellt. An den ersten beiden Tagen gab es lediglich helle Aufbackbrötchen, zuletzt gab es immerhin auch Körnerbrötchen. Ansonsten u.a. Fertigmüsli (Haferflocken ohne Rosinen hätte ich persönlich besser gefunden), in Flüssigkeit ertränkten Obstsalat, statt frisch geschnittenes Obst. Die Rooftopbar ist eine schöne Idee und die Aussicht ist toll, aber ohne Barbetrieb, lässt der Reiz schnell nach.

A pleasant stay
Pros:

Great location, very comfortable and great staff. The admin person at the reception was very helpful and friendly. The bar tender was very knowledgeable and he offered us the best German whiskey. Great conversation as well.

Cons:

Too much of a black aura and not enough lighting in the room. Also, please don’t close the bar for functions without notice.

Luxurious and comfortable
Pros:

Gorgeous hotel, really stylish and clean. There were useful self-check-in screens that are great for anyone who’s worried about a language barrier. The rooms was spacious and nicely furnished with a desk, wardrobe and kettle. Plus the bathroom was clean and I loved the smell of the soap- it was like a spa

Cons:

My only criticism was that I was only provided with one pillows which was very lumpy and in an overly-large pillowcase, but I’ve heard that this is a German thing

Sisään- ja uloskirjautuminen oli viety täysin omatoimiseksi. Palvelua ei juuri ollut tarjolla. On hyvä olla ajassa mukana mutta tämä oli mielestäni hieman persoonatonta

Wenn Glück mit dem Zimmer ein Top Hotel !
Pros:

Top Lage! Bequeme Betten, easy online Check in, Zimmerkarte digital aufm Handy per App - top. Wir hatten ein Zimmer nach hinten raus, von daher glücklicherweise sehr ruhig schlafen können.

Cons:

Ich hatte eine Woche vor dem checkin noch per Mail angefragt, ein Zimmer nach hinten raus und/oder so weit wie möglich im oberen Stockwertk zu bekommen. Leider bekamen wir dann ein Zimmer direkt unten und nach vorne raus. Da hätte ich nicht schlafen können aufgrund der lauten S-Bahnen vor der Tür. Der nette Kollege am Empfang hat uns dann aber zum Glück das Zimmer noch tauschen können, so dass alles perfekt war. Ansonsten wäre ich verzweifelt nachts.
