Wir kommen wieder!
Pros:

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Hotel Zoe by Amano. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter: unglaublich freundlich, aufmerksam und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Man merkt sofort, dass hier großer Wert auf Gastfreundschaft gelegt wird.

Auch das Hotel selbst ist sehr stilvoll und angenehm gelegen – perfekt, um Berlin zu erkunden.

Der Service und der herzliche Umgang des Teams haben unseren Aufenthalt wirklich besonders gemacht. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. 😊

Cons:

Es war sehr kalt in Berlin. Mehr Negatives wäre nicht zu erwähnen.

Stanza molto carina, bagno abbastanza grande con sapone e shampoo.
Colazione molto varia.
Staff molto disponibile nonostante l'hotel sia pensato in chiave self-service.

Cons:

L'insonorizzazione non è il massimo, ma non abbiamo avuto problemi a dormire.

Pros:

Mycket bra läge från vilket man snabbt kan nå andra delar av stan. Området i sig också trevligt att strosa runt i.
Personalen var mycket trevlig. De ansträngde sig alltid för att vara tillmötesgående på olika sätt. De gjorde vistelsen enkel och trevlig.

Cons:

Frukosten var absolut ok, men men rimmade inte riktigt med hotellets för övrigt höga nivå. Inget mörkt bröd (i Tyskland!). När saker tog slut fylldes de inte på alltid. Mycket av det upplagda såg lite trött ut. Den funkade absolut, men man betalar ändå en del för den (15 - 16€?)
