There was no one at reception on a 830pm arrival. The room was small, had a view of the top of a parking garage. No cuttlery. My bath mat was nicely draped over the toilet for some unknown reasons and the king bed was 2 beds pushed together, one mattress worse than the other
Staff were very friendly. Hotel was next to a tram stop, and close to ammenities which was lovely.
The location was convenient for an event at the stadium
Great location, used the tram mostly. Only stayed one night but reception guys were very helpful, even stored my bag after i checked out as i had an appointment that ran most of the day!
Wifi was a bit difficult to login to on my phone, again, the reception guys were great, helped me out and got it working!

The staff were friendly on check in, the room was nice, great big shower and I even had a little balcony
The mattress was very soft (I sunk into it) - I spoke to 2 different staff members about it who told me that the hotel was waiting for new mattresses to be delivered and would check if there was a better room for me and call me with an update but I never received a call / update on that. Unfortunately I wasn't very well whilst staying at the hotel so spent longer in my room than expected - it would have been nice to have had a firm mattress to sleep in which wasnt the case. I wish I had been informed on booking the hotel as I may have chosen a different one.
I also couldnt connect to my Netflix on the Tv, it would have been good to have that option.
I also asked the cleaner when servicing my room for some clean glasses - she then went into the bathroom to wash them out then put them back in the drawer.. I didnt think that was very 'clean'.
