Good property for a short stay
Very nice front desk staff and my room was quite spacious and clean, but I would not have booked the room if I knew it was located some distance from the centre of Troyes. I did not like the idea of walking at night.

We had a very pleasant overnight stop at Troyes in the Kyriad hotel.
Basic hotel with small bar a short walk away from town. Beds and pillows could be better but fine for a day or two. Staff excellent

Ideal stopover to see Troyes. Short walk from hotel to town centre. Parking available and suitable for motorbikes, may need to book in advance. Special thanks to reception staff fir sorting for us as parking was full. Good breakfast provided and tea and coffee in rooms
Hotel itself is very good
The hotel is fine and a good value but the staff is exceptional. Very friendly and helpful. We needed help retrieving a lost item from our previous hotel and they helped us track it down. The location is good, only a short ride to down town Reims. The breakfast is good and the rooms are clean.

Easy to find, safe parking and an easy walk to central area with restaurants etc
15 minutes walk from main tourism / restaurant area. Very secure parking 12 euro also in street parking for free.
The hotel is very well located close to the center of Troyes
What is missing is a small fridge
Fresh market is few block away and impossible to conserve them or have fresh water in the bedroom

Lovely hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Car park on site which can be booked in advance. Nice location, close to town centre, good breakfast
Clean, friendly hotel. Only stopped over night as passing through. Normal continental breakfast as expected. Charge extra for over night parking in secure underground car park
Handy location, short walk into old town, helpful staff
A tiny bit out of the main area but a very nice walk into the old town. Staff were super helpful by email and in person. Room was big, parking v secure, clean and quiet. If you don’t mind a 10 min walk to the centre then couldn’t do better.
