The staff went above and beyond to make my stay great. Room was clean and comfortable. Walking distance to the convention center where my meetings were. Breakfast was delicious. This was for 3 days straight. Snack tray was good.
Paying $60 a day to park in the hotel owned parking garage. Very tight area to get out and in the truck. Staff did an excellent job of helping with this. Breakfast was delicious, except the yogurt machines , one did not work and the other was very slow dispensing. Milk had gone bad the third day. This was for 3 days straight.
Location and staff were wonderful.
Fixtures in the bathroom definitely needed to be replaced. Mattress was not at all comfortable. AC didn’t seem to cool to the temp. when turning it cooler. Would recommend the management take on some renovation’s.
