温泉水質很好，女湯還有steam sauna & sauna. 男湯跟女湯隔一天互换。早餐跟晚餐buffet 有些不同，連續两天款式都一樣。酒店距離Hakodate station 有些遠，坐taxi 車费大約￥2,800.00. 房間很乾凈，安靜。最後謝謝前台Pandi /泰藉小妹妹用英語溝通幫忙。

我想很多日式舊旅館的冼手間都是有一股味道。

Relaxing stay in an onsen area.
Pros:

Fantastic breakfast and dinner buffets! Professional, helpful staff at all hotel facilities. Cozy and spacious rooms. Separate toilet and bathroom.

Cons:

It would be great if the hotel could provide the following:
1. airport transfer/shuttle service
2. English TV programmes, especially news
3. choice of hard and soft pillows

Great Hotel in a Hot Spring Resort Area!
Pros:

I love the room, it was spacious, a Japanese hotel. I loved the hotel lobby too,, beautiful and warm. Love that the Onsen uses water from the hot spring and there is both an indoor and outdoor Onsen. I loved the milky pool, felt very good and provided some privacy too.

Cons:

Not all the staff were able to communicate with foreign guests. Everyone used a translator on the phone, which is a little slow, but only one person handled it efficiently.

Delicious food with excellent customer services

Food was delicious, various and hot springs were clean and comfortable. Staff were very kind and helpful. We had a great customer services.
