お風呂上がりのハスカップ水が美味しかったです。
Pros:

スタッフの方々の対応がとても素晴らしいと感じました。

Depends on the price of your stay, this place is more suited for local visitors.
Pros:

The staff were welcoming and the facilities were okay.

Cons:

The onsen was not well regulated, there were lots of day visitors and most of them were loud and had tattoos.

The soundproofing is non existent as I could hear the other rooms throughout the night.

The AC smells like sewage if it is set to low fan, you have to keep it at full blast to avoid the smell.

Cons:

食事が不味すぎました。
二度と食べたくないです。

部屋の段差をなくすため、スロープを後付していましたが、滑りやすく、かえって危険に思いました。

程よかったです！
Pros:

広さ、設備サービスとも程よかった。お風呂あがりのアイスやハスカップ水なども、うれしかった。
コンビニも近くにあり、市電までも徒歩5分程度で立地も良いとおもう(レンタカーだったので、市電は利用してない)
何よりも、滞在中にみた従業員が全員日本人だったことに驚きながらも安心した。ここ最近ではなかなかないなとおもった。どこをとっても人手不足を感じず快適にすごせた。

ホテルへのメッセージも直ぐに返信いただけたり、配慮していただけて、気配りを感じた

ご飯もバラエティー豊かかだった。夕食のアスパラ、イカの天ぷら、朝食の玉子サンドやシュリンプバーガー、味噌汁がとてもおいしかった。海鮮モリモリのイメージだったがそこまでてはなかったが、ほかにスープカレーやだし茶漬け、ラーメンなどもあって、イロイロ楽しめた。

レストランのスタッフも母が高齢なことを気遣ってくれたり、翌日もおなじ対応をしてくれたり、連携の良さを感じた。

テレビがおおきかった！
浄水器がついてた！！

Cons:

喫煙所が2階、製氷機が3階、部屋が４階だったので、いったりきたりしてしまった。とくに良くなかったというわけではないてす。
