ゆっくり出来ました
Pros:

夕食も朝食も美味しかったです。スタッフさんの対応も丁寧で良かったです。
悪かったところがなく、満足出来ました。

Cons:

良くなかった点はありませんでしたが、強いて言うなら温泉ということもあるので、男女別々に入るので、はじめから鍵を2個、もしくはチェックインの時に2個必要かどうか聞いて貰えればわざわざフロントに取りに行かなくても良かったのになと思いました。

A beautiful experience!
Pros:

As a vegan, I would have liked the breakfast menu to include soymilk and more dairy-free options. The staff are so lovely, the amenities are really beautiful. We will definitely be coming back to stay. It was a highlight of our entire trip.

Cons:

Just some more vegetarian options, such as soymilk and margarine.

유노카와 온천의 트램역 근처 숙소

외관이 멋지고 깨끗하고 잘 관리된 시설이었고 저녁식사와 아침식사 모두 아주 훌륭했습니다.

저희는 7층의 12호를 배정받아서 처음엔 바다도 보이는 젤 높은층이라 넘 좋다고 생각하고 들어갔어요. 그런데 맨 꼭대기층은 지붕의 환기시설탓인지 거의 비행기안에서나 들을법한 굉음이 밤새도록 들려 한숨도 못잤습니다. 방의 모든 시설이 좋았고 깨끗했어서 짐만 놓고 돌아다니다 저녁 늦게 들어가 TV를 켜두고 있을때까진 몰랐는데 막상 자려고 TV도 끄고 누웠을땐 도저히 잘 수 없을만큼 큰 소음이 들리더라구요. 이런 사실은 아마도 호텔측에서도 잘 알고있었을거라 생각됩니다. 그런데도 크레임을 걸지않음 그냥 넘어가는 식으로 계속 운영을 해왔다면 문제있는 거 아닐까요? 호텔 반소는 이 소음이 심한 7층 객실에 방음장치를 하셔야합니다. 여행의 마지막날을 잠못자고 뒤척이다 남편은 도저히 더 못있겠다며 새벽 5시쯤 1층 로비로 내려갔습니다. 아침에 호텔측에서 사과하며 고이비토요 과자를 한통 주셨는데 저희는 이걸 바란게 아니었습니다.

温泉もご飯も良かったです

Cons:

7階の部屋だったのですが、騒音？というくらい、部屋の近くで洗濯物でも回してるのか?という音がして、音をとめるすべもなく、寝れないくらいうるさい音でした、去年まであった、カニ食べ放題もなくなり、朝もソフトクリームも食べれず、残念でした

お風呂が空いていた。

頑張っているスタッフさんもおりましたが、
お寿司を握っている方は、面倒くさそうに、投げる様に並べてました。
お料理の補充も中々されず…
お値段上げて頂いてもいいので、以前の様なお料理がいいです。

シルキー風呂が汚かったです。
シャワーホースがカビだらけ。

Pros:

イカ刺しは柔らかく、甘みと旨味が強く、特別感が感じられた。
甘エビ、ほたても甘く、最高に美味しかった。
お寿司が小ぶりで食べやすく
ネタも新鮮であり、どれも美味しく
珍しいネタがあり楽しめた。

まだ、コスパはいいと思う
Pros:

お盆中の混んでる中でも、食事が思ったより混んでなく。時間配分が出来ているのか、取りに行く配置が良く、流れがいいのか、待たずになんでもとれました

Cons:

泊まっているうちに、料理の質、品物が少しずつ下がって来てる感じがしました、物価が高騰してるはわかりますが、ラクレットなんて！３回泊まりに行きましたけど、全然会えません、笑もうやめてしまったのかな？
