Hôtel calme et chambre confortable

A reasonable place to crash for one night, like a Motel 6 in the US, but not a place to stay for vacation.

bon accueil, hotel propre mais il faut vraiment être fatigué pour réussir à dormir dans un lit bas de gamme et des draps rêches.

Un accueil incroyables fait par une dame on ne peut plus agréable.

Très bon accueil de l’hôtesse et explications claires, notre séjour d’une nuit s’est très bien passé

La douche est inutilisable car mal posée.
L'insonorisation est a améliorer egalement.
Dommage...

I recently stayed at Résidence Océane for a week for business, and unfortunately, my experience was quite poor. The hotel failed to meet basic expectations in several critical areas.

Firstly, there was no fresh bedding linen or towels provided for the entire duration of my stay, so one large towel and 2 small hand towels for a week. This lack of cleanliness and attention to guest comfort is unacceptable. Additionally, there were no cleaners to address these issues or maintain the room's hygiene at anytime through my stay. This was evident even on arrival when I checked the bedding to find small shells of dead insects and pubic hair nicely scattered across the bed!

While the facilities themselves were good and well-maintained, the lack of curtains in the room meant that I was greeted by beaming sunshine at 6am every morning, which severely disrupted my sleep. To make matters worse, alarms from nearby buildings went off throughout the night, making it difficult to rest.

Overall, the poor service and lack of basic amenities overshadowed the positives of this hotel. I would not recommend Résidence Océane for a comfortable and restful stay.

Extra

The room is really well organized and holds everything for being on the road (beside an iron) in an efficient way.
Location is a bit “lonely” but if you just want to sleep and be off again it’s fine.
Remember to bring anything you need for drinking/eating. Burger King is next door 😅 but opens at 11.00 am

Séjour excellent, comme d'habitude ..... cela fait une dizaine de fois.
J'ai déjà eu par ailleurs des nuits bonus.

Séjour parfait. L’accueil est excellent, surtout Sabrina ! Elle est au top !

Très beau bungalow, propre et calme. Les chambres au rez-de-chaussée donnant sur le parking et près de l' accueil ne permettent pas d'ouvrir les volets pour des raisons de sécurité et d'intimité.

Etablissement propre avec grand parking.
Salle de bain petite.
Manque la climatisation

Très bon séjour, je suis descendue juste pour une nuit mais celle-ci a été bien agréable! appartement propre, accueil très sympathique. Très bon rapport qualité prix!
