It’s not good at all
Not habitable, had to checkout 2 nights earlier for a better hotel. This hotel did not even offer a partial refund. Pay more for a better hotel. Not Recommended.
The cheapest hotel in the heart of hamra but not the cleanest I’d say. Convenient though as everything is walking distance
.
good receptionist very cooperative and directing although the cleaning staff were not cleaning well and they are not professional cleaners .The location is good near to resturant. The rooms are great and the beds are very comfortable.
Fast, nice and efficient check in and out. Everything is good and even great if you consider the actual situation in Lebanon! The only small trouble was the wifi, a bit slow
Little run down, but good for a long weekend in a great location
Great value for money. Breakfast very average......
Excellent value for money. Im at Elysee Residence now and its a rip off compared to the value Marbel Tower offers. Put a electric jug in the room and improve wifi then it would be great
the location was great, and the staff were really friendly
Couldn't use the fridge because it wouldn't open, the fridge door is on the bed side.
Facilities and room condition is terrible.
i like this place so much that i stayed again on my return trip to beirut. they are so helpful and nice they gave me good advice and helped me plan my ride to the airport for a great price. i even got a great room upgrade for my last night in lebanon.
A modest and pleasant hotel , i enjoyed my time there
the service here was great. Ali was super helpful and friendly. they helped me figure out what to see and do in Lebanon and even helped me contact my other hotels to make sure I arrived safely. Everyone was very friendly. I even got an upgrade on my last day. the hotel is affordable and located right in Hamra where you want to be if you are a first time tourist in Beirut. i would surely recommend staying at the marble tower.
Very well located with all you can need footsteps away.
The hotel is very clean with nice furnitures and comfortable bed.
The breakfast is the usual hard boiled eggs with labneh, cucumbers, tomato, pita bread..
For the price, you can’t go wrong. Possibly the best hotel in all Beirut for the price
The shower was super bad took around 5 mins for the hot water to come on and in the bedroom one the windows did not have curtains and it woke me up at 7am every morning! the wifi was super bad would take so long to load the page even google maps was so long! The breakfast was very basic the bed was very comfortable! The location is very good!
Good location
The linen was fresh, but there was hair all over the duvet cover (probably the housekeeper’s)
There were 2 shampoos but only 1 bath gel
The internet connection was pretty slow
The engine sound outside the window was a bit annoying
The tv had very limited channels that worked, the rest were just grey
Didn’t stay, saw the room and canceled ASAP, dirty/filthy, smell of smoke and mildew. The walls had unpainted spackeling, paint chipping and visible signs of water leaks everywhere. Any positive reviews have to be suspect as it is impossible that anyone would be satisfied let alone happy with their stay. For the same price we found a way better hotel down the street.
The only good part of this place was the kindness of the receptionist.
We stayed in the hotel for 14 nights. The rooms on the 4th floor and I think the rest of the upper floors were very clean and well maintained, but some are
small.
The whole staff is very polite, helpful and friendly.
We wanted to change our room because of the size, they accepted and offered another room in the 2nd floor and showed it to us, but we preferred our first room.
The location is perfect, less than 3 minutes to Hamra on foot.
They offer a free good breakfast, the wifi is very good. You get more than expected for the money you pay.
I just want to suggest that the lower floors and the reception area should be renovated as the 4th floor, there must be a solution for the sewage smell that appears sometimes in the room.
Last suggestion is that guests sitting in the reception should be sitting nicely and not lingering on sofas.
Finally we were satisfied with our stay and would like to thank the whole staff
