The restaurant was good.

Cons:

We did not get the air con remote control from the reception and hence could not use it. Temperature was 24 degrees celcius in the room so had to sleep with balcony door open.

Pros:

Excelente el restaurante, excelente el trato del personal, excelente la ubicación.

Cons:

El hotel en su día fue un referente, pero actualmente se ha quedado desactualizado. Es como un iPhone que en su momento fue lo mejor, pero hoy sería equivalente a un iPhone 5: funcional, pero muy lejos de lo que se espera en su categoría.
A día de hoy, la relación calidad-precio no corresponde con el nivel de un hotel esas estrellas.
El spa, además, presenta un mantenimiento muy mejorable. El agua no alcanza una temperatura adecuada y, sinceramente, no está a la altura de un servicio por el que se debería cobrar. De hecho, encaja más como una cortesía básica incluida en la estancia que como un valor añadido.
