Pros:

wonderful hotel, real oasis and break from the busy city

Pleasant family apartment to base yourself. Just be prepared for long walks to MRT or catch taxis (very simple process)
Pros:

The property is out of the hustle and bustle of the CBD, but after long days exploring we opted for Grab cabs home because of tired and sore little people.

The pool was comfortable.

The groceries at the beginning of the stay were welcomed and appreciated.

Cons:

The property is dated, and really needs an update. We didn’t utilise the free shuttle as it starts too late in the day (1055).

Whilst there are google maps etc, it would be good if there was a list of nearby grocery shops for ease of finding as we found some didn’t come up in a map search.

Amazing location, friendly and helpful staff and lots of room - great value for money.
Pros:

Lots of room, the pool was perfect and well maintained. Excellent facilities and very good location.

Cons:

A standalone shower would have been better than a shower in a bath. The air con was freezing and difficult to adjust to the correct temperature.

Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The facilities were quite good in hotel part, especially the water play area, which was very comfortable and great for kids.

Cons:

The apartment section felt quite dated, as if the facilities were stuck in the last century. In particular, the bathroom had a persistent unpleasant odor even after cleaning, and the air conditioning was quite noisy at night. Additionally, the tissues in the room were of extremely poor quality—worse than toilet paper and left lint everywhere

Wonderful accomodation, perfect for families
Pros:

The apartment was spotlessly clean, far beyond expectations (coming from a person who is fussy) . Cleaning service 3 days a week. The cleaners were so lovely and kind. The pool is amazing, very quiet and lots of space to swim and relax in the poolside lounge chairs (which were also very comfy). Lots of pool towels, lifeguards at the pool also very kind. You can also use the pool at the hotel. We had a corner room, which was unexpected and the room felt bigger. Breakfast provisions were not just one mornings worth, full box of cereal, full loaf of bread, large butter, plus milk, jam and juice. Fresh welcome bundle of fruit too. Spacious apartment, great facilities. What looks like a microwave oven in the kitchen is like a microwave, come air fryer, grill and more! Saucepans etc, so you can cook. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand wash provided, in large pump packs, plus other small toiletries. We had a long wonderful stay. I would just about give this hotel 10 stars! Very much recommend for long stays. They also provide daily transport to local shopping malls to help get you to the mrt station without walking, although the walk isn't long. I wouldn't normally write this much, but I hope it helps other families choose this hotel.

Cons:

The only thing I personally struggled with was a very hard bed. Otherwise a near perfect stay.

Overall, we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Great location, clean rooms, and courteous staff.
Pros:

The rooms were spacious, clean, and well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good, and the hotel's location was excellent, with most tourist attractions nearby and easily accessible.

Cons:

The breakfast menu was the same every day. Also, the hotel requires a refundable security deposit at check-in to cover any potential damages. While this is understandable, it would be helpful if this was communicated more clearly in advance.

Pros:

It was clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and friendly (especially Niq on reception). They were very accommodating and efficient if you have any business to do. There was a very welcome ‘welcome pack’ of coffee, bread, juice and eggs - so grateful for that. The location is great being within walking distance of Orchard Road and it’s easy to get anywhere from there.

Cons:

The furniture and decor are quite dated. The bathroom could do with a refresh and needs updating - there was no walk in shower in our room.
