Rooms spacious, big beds, lots of wardrobe space.
Loved kitchen but also could do with a upgrade
Jacuzzi was dirty and down. Pool area could do with a upgrade .
Apartment are serviced but bedsheets not changed
The Shangari-Le apartments were absolutely beautiful and the staff were amazing, this is somewhere I would highly recommend and I would love to go back and stay there again

Getting a little dated.
We lived for 11 years almost next door. So we always enjoy staying here, it’s like home coming for us.
Very comfortable apartment to stay with family of 5 adults. Besides very comfortable bed rooms, there is a living area and a well equipped kitchen. The staff is excellent and you can use the facilities of the hotel as well
Everything was good but cleaning was done only twice in 6 nights! That was annoying

Large rooms with good facilities. Quiet but convenient location with a shuttle bus service. Nice Italian resturant that could cater for food allergies.
The spa at the apartments need some renovation and really doesn't work. We had a leaky hose in the bathroom which spilled onto the floor. And unfortunately a member of housekeeping took a new shopping bag from our room. A did expect they would replace it..but not so.

A great location being so close to the main hotel complex. The property was very well maintained and very quiet and extremely comfortable. A home away from home. The welcome pack of groceries was a great surprise.
The only thing would be maintaining a consistent temperature of air conditioning in the master bedroom with the fan speed on lowest setting; higher fan speeds was too noisy for sleeping. A minor gripe.

The overall room size was fantastic for a 1-bedroom self contained appartment.
Meals were in the main Shangri-La hotel that was very busy, and expensive.
Clean spacious apartment. They gave us a welcome basket of food to start our stay off. Always helpful with information when we were trying to organize our next day. They provided a curtesy bus to the nearest shopping Centre, where the train station was and also a free bus to Santosa island.
Not having enough time in the day to relax more around the pool as there was always something to see or do.
Very comfortable beddings, staff were helpful. Kids Amenities at main hotel were fabulous. Abit pricey but we got the pretty decent rates compared to norm via booking.com so it’s still worth it.

Good size clean apartment. Friendly and efficient staff.
Bathroom needs updating. Air conditioning unit was malfunctioning but was replaced quickly.
It was my sister's birthday and the room service meal we ordered was fabulous and then a beautiful birthday cake arrived at our room later in the evening.
