Just ok wouldn’t book here again
Pros:

Location was great, very convenient to downtown and other areas.

Cons:

Room was small, sink was clogged because stopper was closed the entire time we were there and no one came to fix it during our stay even though it was reported to the front desk. There was only 1 person on property while we were there and he said he would tell housekeeping about the sink issue but nothing was resolved during our stay. In addition, I guess housekeeping doesn’t come unless you ask because they didn’t come during our stay. I also left and item in the room and I called less than 24 hours later and they couldn’t find it. Said they would check their logs and call me back which they did not do. Seems very understaffed so issues don’t get resolved.

Location is in nice area of Pullman - walking distance to restaurants and some shops.
Pros:

One staff on duty and he was very friendly and helpful. Room was big and bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Air conditioner and bathroom vent were very dusty. It was a little difficult to bring up large suitcases to the 2nd floor on such a narrow staircase. Price purposely expensive during move in week for WSU but no other decent place available.

Downtown Pullman
Pros:

This is an enjoyable motel in the middle of downtown Pullman, WA. It has been dressed up with a trendy, modern look, but the basic infrastructure is a standard motel. Our room was large enough to have a table and two chairs, (as well as a refrigerator, microwave oven and coffee machine), so we were quite comfortable there. Breakfast is served at an "oatmeal bar" in the lobby -- that was different from most motels and I like oatmeal so I enjoyed it. The location in downtown Pullman is a plus, as you can walk to bars and restaurants.

Cons:

In the heat of summer, all the room air conditioners run all the time and we found our unit to be pretty noisy.

Hotel McCoy was a great spot located in a great spot for those traveling to visit their student at WSU.
Pros:

The amenities were great - love the drink section they had, the fire pits and outdoor games. I wish we had more time to enjoy them. Super close to a lot of restaurants and right next door to a coffee shop/bakery.

Cons:

The bed frame was squeaky getting out and getting into the bed - with two small children it was nerve racking to not wake them up if we had to use the restroom during the night or get up for the baby.

Would love to stay here again! 11 out of 10
Pros:

We had the best experience at the McCoy. The room was adorable, outfitted with everything we could need and more. Great smelling hand soap, ear plugs, a video game console, white noise machine, huge TV with Roku, etc. We wished we had a reason to stay longer at the McCoy! We would’ve loved to use their cool amenities like checkers, foosball, Lego wall, and others. The breakfast was awesome! We had great help from Andy who was friendly and warm, he made a great breakfast sandwich, provided us drinks from a great selection at check in, and altogether made the stay so wonderful! It was also in a perfect location to walk around Pullman and we were able to park our large rental truck.

Location right downtown within walking distance of lots. Hotel was older but well kept and clean. Loved the unique retro touches and art!

Very cute place! I wish more places did this with roadside motels. Very much a boutique hotel. I enjoyed the complimentary drink when you arrived and the breakfast.
