Superb Stay at the Heart of Dagupan City. Highly Recommended!
Pros:

The Room was spacious comfy, clean, and with a great view of the river and bridge.

The toilet and bath is also clean and well ventilated.

The Restaurant is superb with a variety of food choices to choose from.

The staffs from the front desk and most especially the room boys and the restaurant waiters and waitress are all very helpful and very courteous.

Thank you so much everyone! It was a superb stay.

As always (it was my third time as a frequent guest), Star Plaza is Highly Recommended!

Cons:

I am surprised that they don't have an electric kettle. Instead, just a thermos that you have to ask for a hot water. It's absolutely a let down especially if your a coffee holic or you need some hot beverage to unwind in the evening.
I hope in the future, they can add the coffee and Tea as a complimentary aside from the two mineral water bottles and ofcourse, electric kettle please.

Good location with great staff
Pros:

Good location and comfortable bed

Cons:

The international breakfast was ok but the syrup was not very nice on the pancakes, tasted like sugar water. Also was surprised that you had to pay for orange juice if you had more than one.

Other than a few minor instances i would recommend a star plaza and would love to come back.
Pros:

We tried something different each of the seven days that we stayed at the star plaza. The food was excellent except when the chef prepares the eggs he needs a little practice on over easy. The weight staff was extremely friendly and very helpful to us.

Cons:

When two people are ordering breakfast they should be served at the same time not individually as i am a custom to in the united states. Out of 14 breakfast to with a times the food was a little to cool. Overall our stay was very satisfying and i would love to come back because of your friendly staff

We were there for a wedding so it met its purpose. Have been to better 3 star hotels before. May return after the renova
Pros:

Nice location. In walking distance to several malls.
Had hot running showers.
Nice sized balcony.
Working television.
Staff was friendly and quick to respond to any of our needs.
Nice venue for parties and weddings.
The area reserved was nice and fit the needs of the event. The food at the wedding was very good and the workers were courteous and professional.

Cons:

No pool, gym. Charged money for small bucket of ice.
The complimentary breakfast was very limited. Had to order from regular menu to get a decent fulfilling breakfast.
Rooms and windows are not soundproof. Can hear all the outside traffic with their horns blowing and hear whoever was walking through the hallways.
Bathroom was not clean. Mold and hair was found on the bath mat. Top of the mini fridge looked like it hadn’t been dusted or wiped clean in months.
No outside furniture to sit on the balcony.

Well placed easy to find hotel
Pros:

Good size family room, very clean and comfortable beds, easy to find hotel, close to local transport links for getting around town

Cons:

Parking is a bit limited, so would advise arriving at the previous days guests check out time
