3명중 일행 2명이 태풍영향의 결항으로 인해 당일 체크인을 못했습니다.
1명은 이미 입국해있었기에, 이동중이라 미리 연락을 못하고 3시경 호텔 방문하여 항공의 결항으로 입국을 못한 내용을 전하며 작은룸으로 변경해주셔도 된다하는 의사를 전했으나 이미 룸이 준비되었고 부킹닷컴으로부터 입금이 완료 되어 환불이 안된다는 이해 못하는 회신이 있어, 호텔측에서는 해줄수있는게 없으니 부킹닷컴으로 연락하라고 해서 일단 룸을 배정받아 1인 체크인을 했는데 그 이후 결항 확인서를 제출한다 하여도 룸을 준비해줬으니 환불이 안된다고만 양쪽다 회신을 줍니다. 호텔에서 결항으로 인한 환불이 안되는게 말이 됩니까? 2박중 1박에 조식을 포함했는데 그 조식을 다음날 사용할수 있게 해주지 않았느냐며(이것 또한 프론트 직원이 헤맬때 날짜 표기만 바꿔서 이건 사용하게 해달라 제안은 본인이 했으며) 정말 호텔측에서는 아무것도 관련한 손을 써주지 않더군요.
인당으로 숙박비를 측정하는 일본에서 다른 사유도 아니고 천재지변으로 항공사 결항이 있었는데도 환불이 안되는건 무슨일인가요!

What a surprise.
Pros:

OMG. The room and beds are massive. The toilet and bathroom were separate in our room. Not all rooms are like that. It was so nice after 12 days of travelling to have some space. The staff were super helpful and arranged transport to the ferry the next day. The best option was taxi. Also, the ferry to and from Hiroshima was a good option. I liked the hotel so much, I have chaour accommodation in Fukuoka to Daiwa Roynet.

Pros:

飯店位置就在大街道旁，坐路面電車後走路馬上就到了，鄰近大街道所以逛街買東西和吃飯都很方便。毛巾以外的備品在大廳自取。因為到的時候正好颱風接近，鞋子全濕，向櫃台借了烘鞋機幫了大忙。這次住的是新館(annex)，設備感覺很新，房間很大，行李箱想怎麼開都可以。有提供自助洗衣機，可以paypay結帳，洗衣機的使用情況可以在房間電視上查詢，因為是自訂密碼，也不用擔心被陌生人取出。整體性價比高。

車の出し入れがいつでもできるところや、チェックアウトの時間が11時で遅めなところが有り難かった。
お風呂とトイレが完全に別で清潔感もあって良かった
