Pros:

Lovely staff. Friendly rather than stiff and formal. Comfortable bed. Bigger size rooms than more expensive alternatives. Good location. Good help yourself selection of free facial care sachets , tea and coffee.

Location is good. Staffs were friendly.

Cons:

The room we stayed in was narrow and long. Although the hotel information stated that the room was 21 m², nearly half of the space was actually occupied by the toilet, bathroom, clothes hanging and safe area, making the sleeping and seating area feel very cramped.

Convenient hotel near shops with parking
Pros:

Convenient location, near Mitsukoshi department store. Near castle. Near one end of shopping street. (Further away from railway station).Staff very polite and kind and spoke a bit of English. Hotel is mostly used by businessmen. Parking at the back in tower parking. Access from the back. Can unload bags at back door. Very convenient.
