マニュアルにはないちょっとした思いやりが欲しかった！

近くにお店が沢山あった
松山城に近くて観光も便利

Cons:

部屋の広さや感じはとても良いがバスタブの掃除が行き届いてなかった　自分でバスタブをさっと手で洗ったがホテルにその旨伝えたら良い部屋に変えてくれたが、部屋の移動の際、荷物を持ってくれなかった
急いで荷物をまとめたので両手いっぱいに荷物を持っているのに心遣いにかけている
と思った　　しかも部家まで案内してくれずキーだけを渡してくれてエレベーター前でお辞儀で見送られた
一人で荷物を抱え部屋を探しながら歩きました

環境優質舒適

Cons:

冷氣調到最冷，都比房外的走廊還熱，房間內也遇到了一隻蚊子，很驚訝！早餐有兩間可以選一，6點半準時下樓，卻已經客滿，十幾個人在外面等待，怕要等上30-40分鐘而趕不上飛機，跟櫃台退費不用餐

새로 단장되어 깨끗 -별관

Cons:

다시 가고 싶지 않은 호텔 ! 브랜드 보고 갔는데 그 전날 ref 베셀호텔과 너무 비교 됨 . 짐 서비스도 없고 4성급인데 각자 짐 가지고 가라고 하며 이전 호텔들 짐 맡기고 시간되어 가면 방으로 갔다 놔줬는데 직원은 친절 ,직원 메니저 (나이 든 아줌마) 대응이 너무 불쾌 .
