We absolutely loved the basement amenities as well as the lovely bar!
I wish the room had two bathrobes but it was no big deal :)
I never choose to eat breakfast at the hotel
Location of the hotel and the amenities the hotel offered.
The property is beautiful.
The hotel refuse to work with booking.com. They went out of their way not to answer two representatives and one supervisor.
I’m recovering from cancer surgery and was wanting a night stay to recoup. I asked to upgrade my room to a room with a tub. I was told to speak with booking.com. I did. The hotel needed to approval the upgrade. The front desk person ignored several phone from booking.com.
Why because she said she doesn’t like 3rd party agencies. I stay at the hotel for over 3 hours trying to get this hotel to speak with booking.com. They would not the front desk said they couldn’t call as well.
Then the front desk person was able to find the same room that was $10 more on booking, but the hotel wanted to charge me $100.00 up charge.
So I decide to leave. I was told they would refund my money for a nonrefundable room and that has not happened.
I just wanted a tub and to soak. Instead I wasted what precious time I have trying to get this hotel staff to work with me.
If you don’t want to work with 3rd parties or feel 3rd party patrons, like myself, are less than, then maybe don’t contract with those agencies. But giving me the run around is inhumane.
Loved coffee service. Community room great

Very clean and comfortable rooms. Historic look and feel. Fitness room was exceptional
The recreational rooms looked great but were poorly executed. The bowling balls were chipped and cracked. The pool table featured two cues that were garage sale rejects and didn’t even have chalk. More than one basketball would have been nice. Broken pretend pac man machine was also weak
The restaurant was amazing - so good!
We enjoyed the recreation facilities.
The check in experience wasn't good. There was no on at the door to assist with parking or luggage. The person checking us in was not friendly.
This place is awesome
The area was unique
