Pros:

We liked all of property, only the chamber was a little bit tiny. Wonderful breakfast and lovely staff.

Décevant pour un 4 étoiles et pour le prix
Pros:

Beaucoup trop de grosses araignées dans la chambre.
Beaucoup d'éléments cassés ou dégradés dans la salle de bain très peu fonctionnelle.
Tapisserie décollée par endroit. Fenêtre qui ferme mal.
Rideaux occultants insuffisants.
Parking soit disant disponible mais nous sommes renvoyés vers le parking public des halles que nous payons 10€ pour 24h grâce à l'hôtel.
En revanche, super emplacement en centre ville avec vue sur la Loire, literie confortable et spa agréable.

Pros:

De airco kon uitsluitend bij de receptie aangezet worden en kwam heel langzaam op gang, toch bleef t erg warm in de kamer helaas. Lawaaiig op straat. Personeel is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam met onze fietsen. Badkamer licht en modern, echter erg glad. En uh de spinnewebben mogen bij de entree van de 4 sterren gehaald worden!

Excellent accueil de la part du personnel avec sourire et amabilité, très pro.
Chambre au design élégant exceptionnellement bien insonorisée alors qu’elle donne pourtant sur la rue, aucune nuisances nocturnes.
Hôtel face a la Loire pour des balades en soirée
Petit déjeuner servi très tôt (6h30) large choix, qualité et très copieux.
