UBICACION Y LIMPIEZA

Cons:

RECOGER LAS LLAVES EN UN EDIFICIO DISTINTO AL DE MI HABITACION, ESTAR TOTALMENTE INDEPENDIENTE AL EDIFICIO PRINCIPAL Y CON EL DESAYUNO LEJOS DE MI ESTANCIA.

Personale molto gentile. Unica difficoltà è che la camera si trovava in una struttura diversa rispetto a quella dove era presente la reception, e che quindi era necessario uscire per fare tutto (colazione, richiesta di coperte aggiuntive per la camera, etc...)
Colazione stupenda.

Cons:

Abbiamo richiesto due coperte in più perchè avevamo freddo e siamo dovuti andare noi fisicamente a prenderle nella struttura dove si trovava la reception e le abbiamo portate noi in camera.

Fantástica elección
Pros:

La atención del personal fue excelente desde el primer momento: amables, cercanos y siempre dispuestos a ayudar, con explicaciones claras y una atención muy correcta en todo momento.
El apartamento coincidía al 100 % con las fotografías y la descripción, algo que se agradece mucho. Destacar especialmente la limpieza, y la ubicación, inmejorable, en pleno centro de Madrid. Ideal para hacer turismo. Además, tienen consigna que facilita todo mucho si quieres aprovechar aún más los días de entrada y salida.

Cons:

Como punto a mejorar, el horario de entrada y salida, cada vez más habitual en muchos alojamientos: entrada a partir de las 15:00 y salida a las 11:00, cobrando el día completo. Sería un detalle a tener en cuenta para mejorar aún más la experiencia.

Acogedora y todo a pocos minutos
Pros:

La ubicación es perfecta, en plena Gran Vía de Madrid, junto a Callao. Apartamento ordenador y limpio. Tanto la cama como el sofá cama eran cómodos y se dormía muy bien. El personal muy amable. Se sentía acogedor, repetiría sin duda. :)

Cons:

Lo único el secador que no funcionaba, lo que ya avisamos al personal y sin problema. Y la puerta al entrar al apartamento se atascaba. Pero aún así no es ninguna pega, solo pequeños detalles a mejorar.

We were very surprised to find that the hotel has different buildings, and our room was located in a building with no reception. We had to go by ourselves to check in and pick up the key, which was very inconvenient.

Additionally, no one came to clean the room or even take out the garbage during our stay. This lack of basic service was extremely disappointing and does not meet the standards we expected.

Excelente ubicación, regular relación calidad-precio
Pros:

Excelente ubicación junto a la Gran Vía. Apartamento suficientemente amplio para tres personas. Detalle de bandeja de quesos en la llegada. Camas cómodas, incluso el sofá cama, bastante decente para dormir.

Cons:

Cero insonorización, por lo que se oye absolutamente todo el ruido de esas calles (gente, tráfico etc.) y es complicado descansar. El apartamento es bonito, estéticamente hablando, pero los materiales y los muebles son de una calidad muy básica y ya está todo bastante destartalado por el uso.
Sería de agradecer algún espejo más en el apartamento, además del del lavabo en el baño (que, como es habitual, tiene una luz horrible para arreglarse).
En todo caso, lo peor es pagar 350€ por la reserva de alojamientos de los que, cada vez, se puede disfrutar menos tiempo, ya que el check in es a las 15:00 de la tarde y el check out a las 11:00 de la mañana.

Foarte instructivă.
Pros:

Locație foarte bună, pe una dintre străzile principale ale orașului, cu mic dejun excelent, cu posibilitatea de a alege meniuri diferite în plus față de ce se oferă în mod obișnuit, cu un personal eficient. Parcarea este situată sub clădire, automată, etajată. Multiple posibilități de deplasare.

Cons:

Apartamentul este vechi, nemodernizat, situat într-o lacație diferită de cea a recepției. (Toate apartamentele locației aveau card de intrare, al nostru cheie clasică, fizică...) Același lucru se întâmplă cu micul dejun, care se servește la etajul 10 al recepției (apartamentul era la nr. 48 al străzii, iar recepția și micul dejun la nr. 42!). Parcarea era 39 euro dacă nu aveai ștampila hotelului pe cardul de intrare. Cu ștampila, 30 euro pe zi!
