One of the two rooms was worn and needs some maintenance . The bathrooms, specifically the shower tiles could do with a little scrubbing.

Lo que no me gustó , y es el motivo del bajo puntaje, es que no se respetaron las pautas por la que elegí este hotel.
En el contrato de la reserva dice claramente “no se necesita pagar por adelantado “ Grande fue mi sorpresa cuando me entero que ya lo habían debitado de mi cuenta diciendo que es Booking el que realiza el cobro. Tampoco me pudieron mostrar la fecha del cobro ni la hora. Estuvimos recorriendo México durante 45 días. Fuimos a 16 hoteles todos reservados a través de Booking y en todos los casos se respetó la modalidad “no se necesita pagar por adelantado “. Era el último hotel de nuestra recorrida. Siempre dividimos la cuenta entre los dos huéspedes, pagando la mitad cada una. Me parece una falta GRAVÍSIMA. Me vi completamente perjudicada y estafada.

Buen lugar, limpio y agradable. El personal muy atento, buena ubicacion porque a pie puedes llegar al malecon y a varios restaurantes.
Para un largo viaje, las camas ofrecen un gran descanso. Habitación limpia, café disponible en el lobby todo el dia.

Nice place for a short stay. The room was clean and spacious and the staff very kind.
A bit far from the downtown area and there was some black mold by the air conditioner. The noise from neighbors could be heard, so it may be worth getting a room higher up, but this renders the wifi connection weaker.
