Kaluku Gili Resort

Il personale è stato eccezionale: gentilezza, pulizia, disponibilità massima. L' hotel è fronte mare (barriera corallina e turtle point), posto in una zona tranquilla dell'isola ma vicina a locali molto carini.

Friendly staff and great service!

We loved everything about Kaluku, particularly the friendliness of all the staff. We loved our beautiful bungalow, with its own patio and its outlook over the gardens, the beach and the sea; we even woke early enough to catch amazing sunsets over the sea. Our outside bathroom was spacious, modern and very well appointed. We also loved the fact that there is no traffic on Gili Air, just pedal cycles to hire and horses and carts to transport guests to and from the harbour. Kaluku's beach restaurant was excellent, far better than others in the vicinity; as well as our delicious inclusive breakfasts, we ate lunch there every day and also most of our evening meals. We had to wait a little while for the food to be prepared, but it was worth the wait.

Hade det toppen på Kaluku. Mycket trevlig personal som alltid mötte oss med ett leende och såg till att vi hade det bra. Bodde i en jättefin rymlig bungalow i 4 nätter, ren och fräsch med mjuka sängkläder. Ingick kaffe/te, vatten och lite chips o kakor som fylldes på dagligen. Kunde låna snorkelset gratis av hotellet. God frukost med många alternativ att välja på. Lite grumligt i poolen men allt annat vägde upp och vi rekommenderar varmt alla att bo på Kaluku!

Fantastic resort, with a very friendly team of staff. Location is in a quieter stretch of Gili Air, with sandy beachfront location - excellent for snorkeling. Service is faultless. The team at Kaluku do an excellent job of making your stay enjoyable. Breakfast is particularly tasty, and food/drink options are available throughout the day. Rooms are spacious, with complimentary snacks/water topped up daily. Everything about Kaluku is great - I'd not hesitate to book again when heading back to Gili Air.

The place is beautiful! Lots of flowertrees and it is on the beach. The shape of the rooms needs renovation. We rented bicycles and it is so easy To explored the Island. Pool is nice and we had a room opposite To the Pool. The out shower in the room is nice. There is a net on the top so don't worry about big animals :)

Topissimo!! for the bunglows , the bed, the view, the breakfast or diner on the beach ( snorkelling just in front was amazing), goog food on the restaurant, staff specially the receptionnist was smiling all the time, very efficient and helpfull . Swimming pool very quiet, in a nice garden. perfect location.

Completely overpriced for what it offers. Location wise is more or less correct but the rooms are too basic for the price with a lot of mold in it. Electricity left quite a lot of times. Breakfast was bad, especially terrible coffee. The guy in reception was quite rude and not helpful at all.
Overall a nice experience in the island and a bad experience in Kuluja

Great little resort like hotel located on the eastern part of the island. Nice small restaurant on the sand overlooking the water. Food overall is alright but breakfast was pretty good.
Need to walk about 15+ min to the beach and the main part of town
Pool is small but never too busy

Great little resort oicated on the quiet side if the island. Restaurant on the water makes for a nice center setting. About a 15 minute walk to the nearest beach but offers good snorkeling. Bikes and snorkeling equipment available for rent. Rooms are a good side and have outdoor toilet, shower and sink. Pool is small but adaquate.

Great location on the island close to good beaches and snorkling. Staff was very helpful and friendly!

Hotel is located quite far from the harbour but its only 20min to get there by feet.
Bathroom is amazing and the best thing there are people.

Väldigt mysiga och fräscha rum. Enda minuset var att det slutade komma vatten ibland när man var mitt inne i duschen men utöver det så är det oerhört rent och trevligt här

Kaluku var kanon! Mysigt och väldigt trevlig personal.

Room was lovely and in a stand alone bungalow with the bathroom outdoors. There is a big step down to the bathroom with no railing which may not be for everyone. Shower was weak. Pool water too warm to be refreshing. Breakfast was included in the restaurant across the road and that was ok but nothing special. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The area felt safe and it is easy to walk to other areas of the island. I’m not sure but this side of the island seemed to get no breeze so was very hot.

We stayed in bungalow and it was nice with little patio and hammock. Bathroom was local style outside. Some reviews say that there are nets to keep the insects out from bathroom but they are there only to keep leaves from the trees out. Yet we didn’t notice any insects in the bungalow. The bed was comfortable and clean. The bungalow had a moldy smell but that didn’t bother after a while. The restaurant situate at the beach and the staff were really nice and made you feel welcome. Breakfast was quite simple with only couple of options. The dinner and especially grilled sea food was amazing and reasonable prized. Location is nice on the quiet side of Air. Special mention to all the restaurant staff! Super nice people who seems to enjoy their life and work.

Wij hadden voor 4 dagen de bungalow met zee zicht. Zat nog wel een straatje en een restaurant tussen maar je zag heerlijk de zee liggen. Bungalow was erg netjes en schoon. Prima bed, buitendouche ook erg mooi met een net gespannen boven de douche voor de beestjes. We hadden wel wat min puntjes, de deuren sloten niet volledig waardoor er aan de zijkant een enorme kier was waar dus alles door naar binnen kan komen. WiFi echt ontzettend slecht terwijl op andere plekken de WiFi exht meer dan prima is. Ontbijt is wel oké, we hebben elke dag wel pannenkoek bij besteld omdat we het erg weinig vonden. Maar de pannenkoek moesten we wel voor bijbetalen helaas. Hij was daarin tegen wel ontzettend lekker dus wel een aanrader!!!
Personeel super lief en vriendelijk, ze maken je hutje elke dag spik en span schoon!!

Poikkesimme kuudeksi yöksi Gili Airille Balin matkallamme. Hotelli oli hyvä ja rauhallinen. Aamiainen ei ollut kummoinen ravintolassa eikä muutenkaan ruoka heillä mutta onneksi lähellä oli muutama todella hyvä ravintola. Hedelmiä oli hankala löytää saarelta. Hotellissa kuten muuallakin oli ystävällinen ja miellyttävä henkilökunta.Saarella oli ihana ja turvallinen olla.
