A única funcionária agradável foi uma moça da recepção de cabelo curto cacheado, não me recordo o nome dela.

Cons:

Todos os funcionários muito desagradáveis, o hóspede cheio de mala nem para abrir a porta, a senhorinha da copa extremamente ranzinza, mal-humorada, parece que paga para trabalhar. Café da manhã pouca opção, ruim, não pode pedir para fazer nada além do que é servido, não pode esquentar um queijo, enfim, experiência bem ruim.

A localização e gentileza do pessoal da recepção.

Cons:

Achei que o café da manhã não estava tão bom. Poucas opções, por exemplo, não tinha chá e problemas na reposição do leite e do chocolate quente. Não tinha presunto e sim um apresentado bem barato.

A limpeza deixou a desejar. Mas observei que quem estava na limpeza estava fazendo o melhor para ficar bom, talvez tenha poucos funcionários.
