Roxy Fishing Club Y Hotel

The pool and property was nice. Staff was very friendly. Food was good.

Great local hotel for short term fishing getaways. 4th time staying with Roxy and she and the staff make you feel very welcome. Great on site restaurant too.

Clean and comfortable, this property had everything we needed for a great stay in Boca Chica. The WiFi and AC worked just fine and the showers were hot. The pool area is a nice place to lounge and relax. Roxy is a friendly, attentive host. She arranged a fantastic boat tour for us where we spent the day swimming at 3 beautiful islands. The property is located within walking distance to the pier. Thank you to the wonderful staff at Roxy’s for making our stay so memorable!

Way too funky for me. No AC, no hot shower, powerful smell of cleaning material in the room, no WiFi in the room.

Enjoyed our one night stay in Boca Chica proper at the Roxy. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The lack of hot water was not an issue, since the water out of the tap was relatively warm. We had some concerns about the attached bar being overly noisy, but it wasn't. It closes at 10 and was a convenient place to grab dinner and a beer.

Excellent location for Boca Chica, great restaurant, safe parking, nice pool area.

Interesting location among a local community

is was clean, pool was great, local people were extremely friendly. She had tours you could go on, bar and restaurant attached. It was a great location. we booked for 1 night and stayed for 2

Roxy is friendly and helpful. Location is great. There are many restaurants nearby. Parking is free and safe

The property was fine but extremely noisy. Loud bar music went on well into the night. Fireworks were shot off in the courtyard which was unexpected and frightening.

This was an awesome place for many many reason...it was clean..it was modern..it was comfortable..location was great..but the best was..it was welcoming! I can't express that enough, from check in to check out it was a wonderful experience.

Excellent staff and service. Roxy the owner is wonderful. Nice evening area by the pool and met other guests and had great pizza. We had a great time and the tour to the beaches we would highly recommend. We saw Dolphins on our return trip! This is a great place to stay with your small children as well. Thank you to Roxy & staff, for a wonderful experience.

Only if you want to go fishing you might stay there. Was like a lower class Motel 6. Nice little pool but nothing special. I think there was only one other room with someone in it. NOTHING special at all about the food and not much of a choice to eat somewhere else.

nice hotel,resturant pretty good, which works since there is only 1 maybe two in area,pizza party at pool was good, i was unable to find other boats for less money which was my primary goal, the cab ride from david and back too high $110 might not be worth the ride ,but once u get there things reasonable priced or lower

From the moment we booked, everyone was so helpful! From the quick responses to my countless questions and emails, to bending over backwards to make sure we had everything we needed. Roxy and her staff really went above and beyond to make us feel so welcome and special!
When we first arrived Nori (who is the sweetest) had our room decorated with flower petals, and champagne!! I had mentioned it was our honeymoon and well they really out did themselves!! Kenneth who is the BEST really became our personal tour guide, fishing pal, and was always working to keep everything in tip top shape. We can not thank him enough for all his time and attentiveness. Roxy and her family were so welcoming, kind and the sweetest we had the best time there!!! We left feeling like part of the Boca Chica family and will definitely be back!!
