Exceptional all inclusive holiday! Beautiful hotel and amazing staff!

Everything was amazing, the staff were exceptional, the food was great, the pool and the facilities were fantastic! The beach is beautiful and overall a really great experience!

Alle waren stehst bemüht den Gast alle Wünsche zu erfüllen. Alle super freundlich und bei Problemen wurde es sofort gelöst.

Plaisir et détente
Pros:

Le personnel est au petit soin, notre serveur Billal était au top!!
La nourriture était exceptionnelle et les spectacles du soir de qualité.

Cons:

Horaires pour les toboggans fermes trop tôt 16h30
Piscines à vagues sol glissant
La plage aurait besoin de plus de personnel pour le nettoyage car les boissons et les assiettes traînent, c est dommage pour un 5 étoiles.

Fantastic place and loved the all inclusive experience
Pros:

Facilities were great. Staff were friendly and everywhere was very clean. Massive hotel with so much to do

Cons:

Food spread was huge but quality could be better. Also more outdoor entertainment should be planned at night when it is cooler to be outside. The beach bar was amazing but the outdoor sports all close at 6pm and it is too hot in summer to play football or basketball or even water polo in the pool in the scorching sun

Un hôtel propre et bien situé, mais qui, selon moi, ne correspond pas totalement au standing que j’attends d’un 5 étoile
Pros:

Hôtel propre, bien entretenu au niveau de l’hygiène, et très bien situé. Le personnel est globalement agréable et l’emplacement est un vrai point positif.

Cons:

Malgré les nombreux commentaires positifs, l’hôtel n’a malheureusement pas été totalement à la hauteur de mes attentes. Pour quelqu’un qui a l’habitude des hôtels 5 étoiles à Antalya, je trouve que celui-ci reste assez banal et manque de ce petit plus qui fait la différence. La nourriture est assez répétitive et je n’ai pas trouvé beaucoup de choix ou de plats particulièrement marquants. La décoration et certaines parties de l’hôtel mériteraient également une rénovation et une remise au goût du jour. J’ai aussi remarqué la présence de nombreux membres du personnel étrangers, ce qui peut parfois donner une ambiance différente de celle que l’on attend d’un hôtel haut de gamme à Antalya.

Ich war dort 7 Tage mit meinen Sohn in Urlaub.
Zimmer top sauber , Service top, Abendshows super !
Erster Tag mein Sohn war 10 min im Pool, komplett voll Ausschlag und die Haut juckte ohne Ende. Wir mussten täglich den Arzt aufsuchen für eine Spritze, sonst hätte er nicht mehr in den Pool gehen können.
Essen war teilweise roh, Waffel nicht durch, Brötchen dasselbe.
Ab dem dritten Tag stellte sich daraufhin Durchfall ein, so schlimm, dass er auch dafür Spritzen brauchte.
Die Animation tagsüber war ok, alle sehr nett, aber die Animationsmitarbeiter abends eine Kathastrophe!
Täglich wurde man angesprochen, doch bitte eine top Bewertung abzugeben.
Wir waren 3 Jahre zuvor im Delphin Hotel, was deutlich klassen besser war.
Zuhause, ist mein Sohn immer noch krank !
Würden das Hotel nicht empfehlen.
Es hat nur so top Bewertungen, da alle Mitarbeiter, täglich bitten eine Bewertung abzugeben und das teilweise, selber mit dem Handy der Gäste machen.

I would not recommend this hotel, especially for families with young children.

During our stay, our entire family became ill with what appeared to be a stomach virus. Our 9-month-old baby was vomiting throughout the night and later developed a fever. When we asked for help at reception during the night, we received virtually no assistance. Instead, a private ambulance was called without any warning about the costs involved. The medical provider then demanded €1,200 despite providing almost no treatment and even threatened to call the police when we refused to pay.

If you want to risk your child getting sick and spending your vacation in bed with a fever, this may be the hotel for you.

The only positive aspect of our experience was the Guest Relations team. They were genuinely caring and supportive. They brought breakfast to our room, as well as broth and bread—the only food we were able to eat while recovering. They regularly checked on us and showed real concern for our well-being, and for that we are very grateful.

Unfortunately, despite their efforts, I cannot recommend this hotel. I am convinced that the virus originated from the hotel, as our entire family became sick during our stay. What should have been a relaxing vacation turned into a very stressful and unpleasant experience.

Très bel hôtel familiale
Pros:

Notre séjour dans cet hôtel a été globalement très agréable. L’établissement est très grand, avec de nombreux équipements, et répond certainement aux attentes de la majorité des vacanciers. Sa situation est également pratique, avec de nombreux magasins juste en face de l’hôtel.

Nous remercions notamment Serife Hanım, à la réception, qui a été très à l’écoute de nos demandes et a toujours essayé de nous aider.

Nous avons également profité du spa et des massages de l’hôtel. Ayşe et Putri se sont très bien occupées de nous, avec beaucoup de professionnalisme et de gentillesse.

Nous avions également organisé un anniversaire surprise au restaurant Bosphorus de l’hôtel, et tout s’est extrêmement bien passé. Un grand merci à Aydin et Abdullah, qui se sont occupés de nous avec beaucoup de gentillesse et d’attention. Ils ont largement contribué à la réussite de cette petite surprise et nous en gardons un très bon souvenir.

Concernant les chambres, rien à redire : elles étaient très propres et bien entretenues. Le ménage était effectué quotidiennement. Un grand merci également à Serpil Hanım, qui s’occupait de notre chambre, pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité..

Cela reste néanmoins un bel hôtel, avec un personnel très accueillant, une excellente propreté et une situation pratique. Une expérience globalement positive.

Cons:

Le seul point qui nous a un peu moins convenus est la taille de l’établissement. L’hôtel est vraiment très grand et il y a énormément de monde, notamment au niveau des restaurants et des espaces de restauration. Cela donne parfois une impression assez « usine », avec beaucoup de brassage et d’agitation.

C’est bien évidemment une question de préférence personnelle. Nous avons fait plusieurs hôtels à Antalya et, pour notre part, nous avons davantage apprécié les établissements cinq étoiles plus petits, plus intimistes et plus calmes
