Muhteşem bir otel
Pros:

Otel gayet temiz, personeller güler yüzlü ve yardımseverler. Ayrıca yemek ve tatlıları gayet lezzetli. Hemen her saat yemek mevcut, otel görevlileri bizimle her daim ilgilendiler ve herhangi bir eksiğimizde bize anında yardımcı oldular. Kesinlikle tavsiye edilir bir otel.

Everything was a basic standard. Nothing wow

Cons:

Staff are rude, dont understand english and just say “yes”, staff are lazy - no one picks up glasses or takes order around the pool. Staff just look demoted.

Pros:

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à l’hôtel Adalya Elite Lara. Tout était parfait du début à la fin. Le choix des repas est très varié et de grande qualité. Le personnel est très accueillant, serviable et toujours à l’écoute des clients. Le service est irréprochable.

Les piscines sont propres, l’hôtel est très bien entretenu, le ménage des chambres est effectué chaque jour et l’hygiène est impeccable. La connexion Wi-Fi est également très bonne dans tout l’établissement.

Nous recommandons cet hôtel sans hésitation et y reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Pros:

The room was very clean, and the air conditioning worked perfectly throughout our stay. We were also very satisfied with the wide variety and good quality of the food. The entertainment program for children was excellent, with plenty of enjoyable activities available from morning until evening.

Pros:

La nourriture était super bonne, y’avait beaucoup d’activités on s’ennuie pas du tout notamment pour les enfants, le personnel très à l’écoute et gentil, la plage est trop bien

We chose this hotel to celebrate my wife's birthday, and since we got married just one month ago, it was also our first trip as a married couple. The hotel surprised us with a lovely gift waiting in our room, which made our stay even more special.
This was our first all-inclusive holiday, and choosing this hotel was definitely the best decision. Everything about our stay was perfect—the location, the hotel itself, the facilities, the staff, the food... literally everything exceeded our expectations.
I would especially like to thank Abdulla and Zehra from the restaurant, as well as Kadar from the Turkish bath. Their kindness and professionalism made our experience even more memorable.
One thing I really appreciated was that even though check-out is at 12:00 pm, guests can store their luggage and continue enjoying all the hotel facilities. They also provide a dedicated room where you can shower and change before leaving, which is such a thoughtful touch.
We were genuinely sad to leave today because we had such an amazing time. In just a few words: we love Antalya, and we absolutely love Adalya. We will definitely be coming back!

A redefining experience
Pros:

The whole child-centric setup made things so delightful for toddlers, young children and parents as well. So did the facilities and playgrounds, and the staff who were always friendly and very professional. The cleanliness of pools, restaurants and the beach was spotless. It was amazing to have something to eat/drink around the clock. The housekeeping service surprised us the 2nd day with a beautiful romantic decoration of the bed. Overall, the whole experience was so exceptionally good that it redefined our expectations from an all-inclusive stay.

Cons:

The quality of some of the dishes could be better, also timings of some activities overlapped with meals for example, which made decisions a bit difficult. Also, having booked a room with seaview, I was expecting a better view of the sea than just a lateral view from the balcony. The English command of some of the staff could be improved as well, but that's always a long shot.

Pros:

Прекрасное питание. Много русской пищи. Гречка каждый день. Каши: овсяная, манная. Различные рисы и макароны. Всё, что можно из яиц.
При желании, можно собрать себе суп.
Много овощей, фруктов и зелени.
Прекрасный ужин, особенно в зоне барбекю.
Однажды подали борщ, правда на ужин.

Cons:

Рекомендую, чтобы всегда был куриный бульон.
Нормальный ассортимент алкоголя только в барах, если хочешь выпить что-то кроме дешёвого вина за ужином, нужно нести самому.
Можно улучшить аннамацию для детей - какие-то спортивные игры, гимнастика, йога...

They have a very bad transportation service. A RUDE old man who has zero communication skills and a mentality from stone age. Very shameful for such a service minded company.
