The best thing about this hotel is definitely the staff – they are friendly, helpful, and make you feel welcome. Overall, the hotel is good, with plenty of activities and tasty food. However, the soundproofing in the rooms is very poor, and you can easily hear neighbors through the walls.

Прекрасный отель и персонал. Могу отметить разнообразное и вкусное питание- вся семья каждый день находила для себя что-то новенькое и вкусное.
Очень внимательные и приветливые сотрудники всех служб: и на ресепшн, и в ресторане, и уборка, в кафе и барах. Отдельное спасибо прекрасной леди в ресторане, которая готовит омлет по утрам - такой заряд позитива!
В апреле подогреваемый хороший бассейн, аттракционы для детей.
Мы выбирали отель по отзывам и очень рады, что остановились на этом варианте. Отель превзошел наши ожидания

Cons:

Единственный момент, который удивил - это высокая слышимость в номерах. Нам это не испортило отдых, но считаю важным это отметить

We had a very enjoyable stay and overall a very good experience. The hotel is clean, well maintained, and offers a relaxing atmosphere. The facilities are as expected, and the services during our stay were generally good.
We appreciated the initial support from Duygu from Guest Relations, who welcomed us and made a good first impression.
That said, the follow-up communication did not feel entirely consistent throughout the stay, and at times it seemed more focused on review visibility than on maintaining the same level of personal attention.
There was also a minor inconvenience related to receiving a non-urgent message during the night, which affected our rest.
Despite these small aspects, our overall experience was positive, and we would consider returning in the future
