Pros:

Excelente estadia
Pros:

La excelente atención por parte de todo el personal del hotel: Los chicos de la recepción, del restaurante, de los diferentes bares con los que cuenta el hotel, el personal de animación y de limpieza. La limpieza es excelente, tanto en la habitación como en los espacios comunes. Los baños de todos los sectores están impecables.

Una mansión especial a Hatice por su excelente labor en la limpieza y mantenimiento de la higiene en el lobbie y espacios compartidos. Su labor es impecable

Otra mención al equipo de animación y entretenimiento que hizo de nuestra estadía, un lugar divertido en el que nos sentimos muy a gusto. Gracias a Murat y a todos sus colegas.

El personal del restaurante fue sumamente cálido, atento y amable. Atendiéndonos de manera excelente en cada visita al restaurante, sin que nos faltaste nada.

Los chicos de los bares se destacan por su excelente atención, y los tragos son deliciosos, preparados con bebidas de muy buena calidad.

Отель красивый, большая территория, вкусная еда, просторные, удобные номера. Весёлая, вечерняя программа. Есть чем занятся.

Но если вы планируете отметить свой день рождения, то не ждите, что работники отеля вас поздравят. Я была крайне удивлена, что даже при напоминании, меня никто не поздравил. Даже обещанные вино и фрукты принесли после 3х напоминаний. В ресторане не было поздравлений, как это бывает даже в самых обычных, бюджетных отелях. Этот момент очень расстроил. Я считаю это не организованная работа персонала.

A seamless winter retreat combining superior service, refined cuisine, and genuine guest care.
Pros:

We stayed as two adults and two teenagers in a spacious, thoughtfully designed family room offering excellent comfort and privacy.

The culinary experience was impressive, featuring a diverse selection of high-quality local and international dishes. The à la carte restaurants stood out, and special thanks to the friendly, always cheerful chef for the freshly prepared omelets each morning.

The spa, indoor pool, and heated outdoor pool made our winter stay particularly relaxing. We also enjoyed our daily family football and tennis matches, along with long walks on the beach.

The entire team was professional and attentive, with special appreciation to the Customer Relations staff for their exceptional all-round care.

Overall, a truly enjoyable winter getaway.

Cons:

There was nothing to complain about. Everything met our expectations, and the staff regularly checked in to ensure everything was satisfactory. Had anything required attention, it would have been addressed immediately and professionally.
