Guest relations, Pier, seashore facilities, activities for children, pools and restaurants. The professional approach and friendliness of the staff.
Thin walls of hotel rooms and Guest Relations colleagues’ English skills.
Some of the collegues were great, but majority was struggling with English language. Not a big deal as majority of guests are from countries whom language they speak perfectly, but foreigners coming from elsewhere than Germany or Russia might benefit from improvements on this front.

Nothing !! It’s absolutely everything you need in a vacation
Alles war perfekt. Die Zimmer sind super ausgestattet. Wasserkocher Nespresso Maschine. Zur Begrüssung haben wir einen süssen Teller erhalten und einen Früchtekorb. Die Minibar wurde täglich aufgefüllt. Im Badezimmer hat es alles was man für die Körperpflege braucht. Von Handseife bis zu Duschsachen. Shampoo Conditioner Bodylotion. Zahnbürsten und Pasta war auch vorhanden.
Das Hotel selber bietet viel Unterhaltung. Das Restaurant hatte sehr viel Auswahl und man konnte täglich neues entdecken.
Die ganze Anlage war sauber und gepflegt.
Das Personal immer freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Am Strand kam sogar der Kellner und fragte immer wieder ob man noch wünsche hatte.

The hotel is packed with a lot of entertainment. Everything you need is quite easily accessible. I would recommend this hotel to all-inclusive guys.

Le Kai : les sushis déjà sur la table avant notre arrivée et à température ambiante 22 degrés depuis une demi-heure voir 1heure..
Le Basilico : la même chose , un tartare de boeuf, le carpaccio et saumon déjà sur la table avant notre arrivée. Le tartare était déjà noir et sec et le carpaccio également.
We spent five wonderful days at Adalya Elite Lara with my daughter and my friend, and our stay was absolutely fantastic! Everything was perfect, from the accommodation and food to every single service provided by the hotel.
A special thank you goes to the entire team. All the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, helpful and professional. Everyone was always smiling and willing to go the extra mile to make sure guests felt happy and special. Their kindness and genuine hospitality made our holiday even more memorable.
We had an amazing time and enjoyed every moment of our stay. The service was outstanding, the atmosphere was wonderful, and everything exceeded our expectations. It is hard to find anything to complain about because everything was simply excellent.
A huge thank you to the whole Adalya Elite Lara team for making our five days so special. We left with beautiful memories, big smiles and a feeling that we had experienced something truly exceptional.

The only thing we didn't like was that our stay was too short! 😊 The five days flew by so quickly, and we would have loved to stay much longer. Everything else was simply perfect! ❤️
