Pros:

Wunderschönes Romantikhotel unweit von Coburg. Es war alles perfekt und sehr stimmig mit außergewöhnlichem Ambiente. Auch das Restaurant ist sehr zum empfehlen.

Pros:

Super fint og hyggeligt hotel i fine omgivelser.
Værelser og området er gennemført og man får en virkelig skøn oplevelse.
Rigtig god mad og dejlig betjening

Cons:

Morgenmaden kunne godt have været lidt bedre. Der var for lidt brød og da vi bad om mere kom de ind i halvfrossen tilstand

Auf Grund der zahlreichen Unzulänglichkeiten bleibt der Besuch im Romatikhotel in ewiger Erinnerung.
Pros:

Die Lage des Schlosses sowie das Ambiente ist positiv zu erwähnen. Auch die Schlossanlage macht einen sehr gepflegten Eindruck. Das Personal war trotz der vielen Unzulänglichkeiten immer freundlich.

Cons:

Die Wasserzufuhr für das Badezimmer war mehrfach unterbrochen. Während des Duschvorganges kam kein Wasser mehr aus dem Hahn. Beim Zähneputzen haben wir uns mit Mineralwasser aus den mitgebrachten Flaschen weiterbeholfen. Nach Aussage des Personals kann es passieren, dass wenn gleichzeitig in mehreren Unterkünften geduscht wird, es zu Ausfällen in der Wasserversorgung kommt. Der Lüfter im Bad (Bad ohne Fenster) war defekt. Es gab keinen Zimmerservice, es wurden keine Betten gemacht, die Abfalleimer nicht entleert usw. Die Hitze im Zimmer (unterm Dach) war unerträglich. An Schlafen war nicht zu denken. Das Frühstück war unterste Schublade. Preis - Leistung passt absolut nicht zusammen!!!

Schönes Romantikhotel in ruhiger Athmosphäre, Nebenkosten waren zu teuer.
Pros:

Sehr schönes Ambiente und sehr nettes Personal

Cons:

Nüsse zum Wein wurden sehr teuer extra berechnet ohne das wir darauf hingewiesen wurden. Das war sehr schade und hat den zuvor perfekten Eindruck geschmälert.

Pros:

This is a very beautiful place and their service is beyond excellent! For dinner we chose a set menu with wine pairing, which was absolutely a right choice: the meals were delicious and the wines well chosen for each dish. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise: instead of collecting your food from a buffet, it was served at the table and still had a good variety of food.

The best place I ever stayed at.
Pros:

This place was the best and most beautiful place I have ever stayed in. Staff was amazing. Food was a 10 and the setting was a dream. We walked around thinking how we could be so lucky to have found this place! Nature all around the castle grounds with ancient gorgeous trees. The castle itself is redone and just beautiful. I hope to come back here one day. It would be an amazing place to hold seminars or workshops for a week. Our stay at Castle Hohenstein was the highlight of our two week European trip. Nothing can top this. Everything was amazing and the care and attention that goes into running this place, which is maintained by a foundation, is evident. They are doing everything right.

Cons:

One tiny little thing; We requested hypoallergenic bedding and got a tiny little seat cushion for a pillow. I had to use my shawl to prop up my head. You can get hypoallergenic pillows at Jysk- fyi! But we manage.
