Excelente Custo X Benefício
Pros:

O quarto estava bem limpo, as camas e travesseiros confortáveis e chuveiro muito bom. Possui garagem, o café da manhã foi excelente e os funcionários educados.

Pelo custo benefício, é um hotel bom.
Pros:

Fui em uma viagem de trabalho. Então, praticamente só dormi no hotel. O quarto e enxoval limpos. Funcionários simpáticos, educados e prestativos.
Para o café da noite, existe uma delicatessen muito boa em frente ao hotel, com boa e uma enorme variedade de alimentos.

Cons:

Fiquei em um quarto individual com três camas de solteiro e as mesmas são muito estreitas. Senti falta de um frigobar.

Desisti da hospedagem.

Cons:

Viajo há 35 anos. Primeira vez que me entregam toalha e sabonete no check-in. Quarto tinha barata e fio dental usado no chão. Desisti de ficar e fui para outro. Um funcionário não quis devolver o pagamento. Fui no outro funcionário que não ofereceu qualquer resistência e pediu desculpas pelo ocorrido.
