Great value!
Pros:

Lovely modern furnishings in the room. Even though the rooms are small, they provide as much as possible like places to hang clothes. Staff were really friendly with any queries I had. They also offered me a street or quiet room which I loved!

Cons:

The cable service went down across the entire hotel which was annoying during the World Cup for watching games (didn't want to frequent the bars nearby, too pricey and Tenderloin not great for a solo female traveler wandering at night time) but they were able to provide some alternatives through the smart TV features.

Internet reception was spotty in the room at times.

Pros:

Mein Aufenthalt im Hotel hat mir sehr gefallen. Es war genauso, wie ich es mir vorgestellt hatte. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das Personal, das jederzeit hilfsbereit war und bei Fragen sofort unterstützt hat.

Pros:

Les chambres sont confortables, frigo, tv, penderie,salle de bain avec shampoing, gel et après shampooing.

Cons:

L'hôtel est bien placé par rapport à la mairie malheureusement il y a des drogués partout autour ainsi que la musique à fond.
Le petit déjeuner est désastreux : pommes, oranges pas mûres.
Machine à café en panne.
Yaourt uniquement à la cerise où on est censé mettre des céréales dedans.
des gâteaux pas très bon et c'est tout.
Et cela sur les fauteuils du hall d'entrée,pas de salle dédiée.

Will I like some of the stuff they know where there were doing

Cons:

I didn't like the other stuff they given me very bad room with broken tiles on the bathroom when I asked to be changed they promise to do with the next day by didn't they just forgot about me so that was not nice

Pros:

Never tried it. But coffee was great.

Cons:

Room was pretty small. And had a big bed. They shouldnhave used a twin bed so room can have more space.

A proximidade ao metro e a simpatia é eficiência do atendimento da receção

Cons:

O Hotel indica que é 4*, mas o serviço e espaço não corresponde. O quarto não foi arrumado durante todos os dias da estadia, apesar de ter sinalizado para arrumar. O local é ruidoso e a zona mal frequentado sobretudo à noite (circular pela Polk Str era mais ou menos seguro, nas restantes ruas circundantes nem por isso, muitos sem abrigo e tóxicodependentes-problema generalizado por toda a cidade sobretudo entre a City Hall e o distrito financeiro). O pequeno almoço era sofrível, mas para o preço cobrado pelo quarto, mais valia cobrarem o pequeno almoço com mais variedade e qualidade

Cons:

The shower doors opened very awkwardly, I couldn’t even get in to use it. I’m a big guy so it’s my fault but it left such little space to get in. The beds were covered in small hairs and long hairs as well. Very creaky and stiff beds.

I would come back again.
Pros:

Very friendly staff, and very good location to attend the nearby Symphony and Opera. Room was small but clean and comfortable. Brenda's French Soul Food restaurant is about 100 paces away and ind very good. There is also a convenience store just around the corner.

Cons:

Cosmetically, it is a little rough around the edges (but only just a little) and could use a bit of freshening. Sound isolation between rooms is "all right" but at times I could lightly hear voices, even if I could not make out what was being said.

General experience good, just small issues
Pros:

Room and bathroom very clean, no problem around that.

Cons:

The lobby wasn't bad, but the coffee machine was out of order the first 3 days of our stay, also breakfast included was very poor, just apples and oranges, yougurts, and small sweet bread, but it wasn't very tasty.
