The Oasis at Grace Bay

We loved this place. Very quiet yet so close to the shops and many good restaurants. Even the restaurant in the hotel is good. We ate there on 3 separate occasions. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They genuinely seem to care about your needs. You can walk to the beach (7 or 8 minute) or take the shuttle which always seemed ready. I’m sorry to take a star away but the one complaint we had was the lounge chairs by the pool. Kind of like a bean bag chair that you sink into. You can’t adjust the backrest and it sits low on the ground. Not good for two 65 yo’s to get up out of. My husband has arthritis in his knees so he just sat in a regular chair. The lounge chairs at the beach were perfect. They could use a few of those at the pool. All in all we would stay here again.

The Oasis is an amazing place! Our room was a decent size and located in a perfect spot. The bed was comfy and enabled a good night’s sleep. The bathroom was modern and featured a nice rain shower.

The resort is in a good location…not directly on the beach but the shuttle service that takes you to the beach and back is great. It’s a short ride and the wait is never more than a few minutes.

The staff of the resort are very friendly and capable. They do a wonderful job of keeping the pool clean and the beautiful grounds immaculate.

I can’t think of a single negative thing to say about the Oasis and perhaps most important is that the price point is quite reasonable compared to the numerous other pricey options in the T & C.

It was very relaxing welcoming and clean all the staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. A perfect place to unwind . Everything which you needed was available. Very close to the beach and restaurants.

Stayed 5 days early February 2026. Weather was decent considering we left cold winter. Highs is upper 70s but several days were windy and partly cloudy.
Two pools but neither were heated so did not get in. Comfy lounging beds around pools.
One restaurant on site open for all meals. Great pizza served there.
Hotel not on the beach but close. Shuttle available anytime you want to go. Nice loungers on the beach too.
Our room was on 2nd floor overlooking a pool. Lots of palm trees provided privacy. Clean room decent size. Not a fan of nespresso coffee wish they had regular coffee pots. To go coffee available in restaurant to purchase.
2 suggestions- heat at least one pool and add a coffee shop/ café maybe near lobby.
Staff were very friendly.
Plenty of restaurants in area to walk to. Be prepared food seems very pricey.
We enjoyed this hotel for the quality and quietness.

My husband & I had an amazing stay at the Oasis at Grace Bay in Turks & Caicos. The resort is beautiful, the staff were friendly and kind, and so accommodating.
They did everything to make us comfortable, and happy.

What a wonderful way to spend my birthday at the beautifully appointed Oasis at Grace Bay! From the warm welcome by the friendly staff including a refreshing cocktail, to the surprise champagne and impressive sculpted swan and birthday candle when we stepped into our room, the peaceful and green oasis gardens and trees, spotless pools and warm and inviting poolside lounge chairs, it was truly what we needed.

We called the hotel in advance of our booking and Stacey was extremely helpful both before and after we made our reservations. Stacey and the staff more than met our expectations. Every staff member was kind, knowledgeable and eager to please. From our first step into the welcoming lobby to our daily interactions with the staff everything was exceptional and made us feel we could truly relax and enjoy.

Our room was tastefully decorated and extremely comfortable. From the cozy beds to the luxurious rainfall shower and the private patio, every element made us feel truly pampered. Although the room overlooked the pool, it remained peaceful and secluded throughout our stay.

I would highly recommend getting a massage at the onsite family spa. Madelaine has a truly wonderful spirit! Her warm personality and skills delivered the best Swedish massage I have experienced anywhere. I am very thankful for the feeling at the end of our time of total relaxion and peace.

It’s a short walk to the fantastic Grace Bay Beach, but no need to walk, they have an excellent shuttle staffed by friendly people ready to get you there and back whenever you need. Their dedicated beach area is equally well staffed and arranged to make your time by the shore comfortable and soothing.

There are several great restaurants within walking distance, and a lovely shopping district is very close by as well. We enjoyed the onsite restaurant Trattoria Isolana for several meals and found the food and the staff to be excellent. Other highlights included the dinner at “Infiniti” and happy hour at The Pelican Bay Restaurant and Bar just a few steps away from our beach chairs.

Everything about our stay makes us look forward to returning there in the future.

The property is very clean and everything looks brand new. Comfortable beds, shower and AC working properly. All the staff are polite and helpful.

This is a hidden gem, clean, quiet and very convenient. The staff were just amazing especially Stacie and Widly. As well as Dianna, the restaurant on premises had some of the freshest food I ever tasted. Great choice for breakfast as well as lunch on the beach. My hotel of choice when I revisit Turks

My wife and I spent a wonderful four days at the Oasis at Grace Bay and we are already looking forward to returning. It's a small boutique hotel with a quiet, serene atmosphere. Every staff member was friendly and helpful. Any requests (ie. extra towels, etc.) were immediately fulfilled. Our room was well appointed with a mini fridge, microwave and Nespresso machine all of which were put to good use. The beds were very comfortable. The terrace, overlooking one of the two pools was a great place to unwind after a day at the beach. While not directly on the beach (which probably allows for more reasonable pricing) there is a shuttle that will get you to their dedicated beach area in less than 5 minutes. You can also walk there in almost the same amount of time by cutting through a parking lot just outside the hotel. At the beach, there is an attendant who provides you with towels and calls for the shuttle when you are ready to leave. While there you can order drinks or food from the hotel restaurant that is delivered right to your lounge chair. The hotel is also about a 15-minute walk to shops and the local supermarket (Graceway Gourmet).

This was our second stay at the property as we enjoyed it immensely the first time and had to return!! The property is perfect if you enjoy a smaller boutique hotel. The restaurant on site, Trattoria Isolana, is exceptional and has the BEST pizza hands down!! We enjoyed breakfasts, lunches and dinners! The gorgeous Grace Bay beach is a few steps away if you enjoy a quick 6-8 minute walk or you may opt for the golf cart shuttle in demand. Beach lounge chairs are plentiful, the staff is welcoming and accommodating as they provide towels and full lunch and drink options. The restaurant staff is OUTSTANDING. The entire staff is happy, helpful, friendly and kind!! Special shout out to Ruth, Bensley, Jenny and David! Thank you for an AMAZING stay!! ❤️

I almost don't want to share this out of fear next time we want to go it will be all booked up! But I can't be that selfish. We loved this place. Let's start with a lovely greeting by Princess Diana at reception. This place is literally an oasis on the island. True, it's not directly on the beach, but whether you choose to walk 3-4 mins, or wait no less than 30 seconds for the shuttle service, you'll be there before you know it..and once you're there, it's pure paradise. They have 2 pools, a restaurant on-site, and someone at the front desk 24/7 ready to help you with anything you need. We will be back, for sure.

Beautiful property, peaceful grounds, fresh and clean rooms, friendly attentive staff. Good location and decent value. Enjoyed the balcony of our room. Free beach bag was a nice (and very useful!) touch.

The staff were friendly and super helpful. We would return for another stay. The construction didn’t bother us. The restaurant was good and I’m was pleased with the vegetarian options.

Everything was great. We would book this accomodation again. It was beautiful, calm place, always clean with a good vibe. We liked our room. Service from hotel was amazing, staff was always willing to help. We appreciated renting bikes for free. Shuttle to/from beach was also so nice, even thought it was just 3 minutes by walk. Beach was so clean and beautiful. Beach staff from hotel was making really a good job there as well.

I really like how well-maintained and thoughtfully designed the property is. The common areas feel clean, inviting, and upscale, which makes the whole experience more comfortable. Staff were amazing!

We stayed 5 nights at Oasis at Grace Bay for our anniversary and honestly could not have chosen a more magical place! From the moment we checked in, we were greeted with a welcome cocktail and the sweetest, most genuine staff.

While the resort isn’t directly on the beach, the free shuttle made it effortless — we never waited more than a minute or two. Oasis even has its own private section on stunning Grace Bay, complete with plenty of lounge chairs, umbrellas, and beachside food and drink service from the on-site restaurant. We were able to grab front-row beach chairs every single day of our stay — a small luxury you rarely find at large chain resorts!

We dined multiple times at Isolana, the resort’s Italian restaurant, and every meal was fantastic (my husband is still talking about the lasagna). The property’s location is also amazing — super walkable to restaurants and shops, or you can grab one of the complimentary bikes or e-bikes for easy exploring. Don’t miss nearby spots like Coco Bistro and Infinity at Grace Bay Club for great dining options.

Our King Luxury Room was spacious and serene, with a private patio overlooking the lush jungle gardens and pool — total tranquility. The thoughtful touches like a Nespresso machine, mini fridge, and microwave made mornings and leftovers so convenient. The sparkling wine anniversary surprise waiting in our room was the sweetest touch!

Every single staff member went above and beyond to make sure our stay was memorable. Oasis at Grace Bay truly feels like a hidden gem — offering boutique luxury, personalized service, and unbeatable value without the massive resort feel. We can’t wait to come back!

The oasis was a great place for my husband and I’s first time in Turks and Caicos. Staff was friendly and welcoming and the transportation to and from the beach was amazing especially with the hot weather. The restaurant there had friendly staff and were very welcoming. Definitely would come back for a stay in the future.
