Établissement avec services de haute-qualité. En bord de mer, bar et salle de restaurant. Buffet de très bonne qualité et en quantité. Services de massage et de location de scooter. Le personnel est toujours disponible et souriant. Les chambres sont spacieuses et au calme. Bref de la pure détente.

Pros:

This is a medium size hotel, with clean airy rooms and direct access to the beach (bring water shoes there are rocks). The staff is friendly, the breakfast buffet has a nice variety of Thai, Asian and continental food options and the view from the open dining area is fantastic. There are eateries, massage parlors, souvenir shops and a 7-11 convenience store in walking distance. Including an authentic Italian restaurant just up the street, and a tasty Mexican place (El Barrio), as well as a new gelateria about 15 minutes walk away. There is also a restaurant with a nice menu (Thai dishes, sandwiches, pasta) if you’d rather stay in. This hotel does not have night life options near by (at least not in low season), but is great for families and those hoping to stay away from the party scene or just looking for a more mellow spot. We meet hotel guests from France, Germany, Israel, and Spain during our stay. You can book paddle boarding and snorkeling expeditions via the front desk or online. Definitely worth visiting Khlong Phlu waterfall, which is a short 3 Km away. I would recommend this hotel to a friend. FYI- The difference between the Local Thai double and the Tropical double room is a floor-level bed on a raised platform, versus a western bedframe. I thought the Local Thai room had more charm. I would ask for a room on the 2nd or 3rd floor, but note there are no elevators, so not recommended for folks with mobility issues.

Cons:

I noticed that surrounding hotels were very diligent about racking up debris from the sand every morning (sticks, leaves, plastic bag and other trash washes up on shore). I only saw the staff doing this periodically, later in the day, which made it less appealing to walk barefoot in the sand, but this is truly the only critique I had during our week-long stay.

Frokosten var ekselent og beligenheten helt ned paa stranden. Du finner ikke bedre service noen annet hotel. Kan abefales paa det sterkeste. om du er enslig, gift , gamle, par og nygifte. Kom du med bil saa ble den gaatt passet paa. kunne leie motor-bike paa hotelet og ikke minst god massasje hadde dem. God mat hadde dem ogsaa, men passet ikke maten saa var det ikke langt og gaa til resturanter rundt hotelet

Nice room,Good location, great pool, nice breakfast and friendly staffs,
I like to chill at the pool the most, pool with sea views and nice cocktails there are good together
Breakfast was really nice, there is a noodles station and they change noodles menu every day. We were there 1 week which we could have tried all the noodles soup. And I love it!! I hope they will have Kanom Jean Naamya with rice noodles very soon :D
The AC was so great! And it working so well
Bed was so nice, not too hard and not too soft
Daily room cleaning was perfect

Cons:

The sounds in the bathroom was annoying sometimes and it was always on when we are turn on the light in bath room, there is no elevator. We have to carry all of our luggage by ourselves.

Absolutes Inselparadies!
Pros:

Das Personal, das Zimmer und die Lage waren einfach hervorragend. Der Pool ist wunderschön gestaltet, sauber und bietet direkten Meerblick und spektakuläre Sonnenuntergänge. Das Frühstück war super reichhaltig und jeden Tag abwechslungsreich. Würde immer wieder herkommen! Ein 7eleven ist in 3 Gehminuten erreichbar sowie mehrere Shops und eine leckere italienische Pizzeria.

Cons:

Einziger Kritikpunkt - die Klimaanlage und der Kühlschrank im Zimmer sind ziemlich laut. Außerdem bläst die Klimaanlage direkt aufs Bett, was unter Umständen unangenehm sein könnte.

Wir hatten einen wirklich tollen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Die Lage ist einfach perfekt – direkt am Strand, sodass man jeden Abend wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge genießen kann.

Das Frühstück hat uns ebenfalls sehr begeistert. Es gibt eine große Auswahl, sodass für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei ist. Alles war frisch und lecker.

Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das Personal. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Man hat sich von Anfang an willkommen gefühlt.

Wir können dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Cons:

Unser Aufenthalt war insgesamt wirklich hervorragend. Der einzige kleine Kritikpunkt war die Matratze, die für unseren Geschmack sehr hart war. Uns ist bewusst, dass in vielen asiatischen Ländern eher auf härteren Matratzen geschlafen wird, und das hat uns bisher auch nie gestört. In diesem Fall war sie jedoch etwas zu hart für uns.

Besonders positiv möchten wir hervorheben, wie professionell und schnell das Hotel auf unser Anliegen reagiert hat. Nachdem wir das Problem am Abend gemeldet hatten, wurde uns bereits am nächsten Morgen ein zusätzlicher Topper zur Verfügung gestellt. Dadurch wurde das Bett deutlich komfortabler und wir konnten sehr gut schlafen.

Ein großes Lob an das Team für diesen schnellen und unkomplizierten Service. Abgesehen davon gab es für uns wirklich nichts zu beanstanden – die Lage, das Frühstück und die Freundlichkeit des Personals waren einfach hervorragend.
