Toll! Wir kommen wieder 😊
Pros:

Die Unterkunft ist traumhaft in den Toskanischen Bergen gelegen. Trotzdem nahe genug an der nächsten kleineren Stadt um alles für den täglichen Bedarf zu bekommen. Pienza und Montepulciano sind in der Nachbarschaft und Florenz ist knapp eine Stunde entfernt. Allerdings zum Entspannen und die Aussicht zu genießen, kann man ach hier in einer der wunderschönen Chalets tagelang verweilen. Der Pool ist wunderschön, leider haben wir den nicht in Anspruch genommen, da es draußen noch zu kalt war.
Auch anzumerken ist, dass unser Hund hier mit offenen Armen aufgenommen wurde. Die ganze Anlage ist tierfreundlich aufgebaut.

The perfect stay in the heart of Tuscany.
Pros:

Amazing View, very friendly and helpful staff, very spacious rooms and apartments. I wish we booked for more than one night. This place deserves at least a 2 or 3 night stay.

Cons:

The utensils in the kitchen could be improved a bit. Adding some basic cooking items such as spicses and oil would be perfect. Adding some paper towels/napkins would be nice.

Pros:

A fantastically beautiful and comfortable villa. Equipped with everything you need. We stayed as two families and everything was very convenient — the villa has 3 showers and toilets.
The property is charming, with huge lavender bushes, beautiful landscaping, and roses. Large parking area.

Cons:

A very big downside – the pool was extremely, extremely dirty. We have travelled a lot and have never seen such a dirty pool. There was no daily maintenance – no one removed grass, frogs, insects, hair, hair ties, or even spiders from the pool. The trash bin by the pool was overflowing and remained that way for at least three days. The outdoor terrace was also covered with debris and clearly needed cleaning.
The access road was extremely difficult.

accoglienza meravigliosa
Pros:

Accoglienza molto gentile e preparata, siamo arrivate tardi al check in e ci hanno accolto con grande gentilezza.
Hanno accolto il nostro cane con un regalo che includeva anche uno snack, top!
La colazione ricca e un personale attento.
Nonostante la nevicata improvvisa lo chalet era molto caldo.

Cons:

Forse mi sarebbe piaciuto ricevere dei prodotti per il corpo in più, ma è solo un dettaglio.

Ombrellone rotto e a terra ,lasciato lì nonostante sia stato segnalato al personale della struttura.

We enjoyed our stay here and our apartment was lovely, we would definitely recommend
Pros:

Apartments were beautiful & exceptionally clean,food was very nice, we only had breakfast and snacks, staff were great and we LOVED the cat! Who was happy to be fussed but didn’t bother guests if they didn’t go up to him.

Cons:

Some bottled water in the fridge on arrival would have been nice.
There was also cigarette ends outside the door but they were cleaned away the next day but very off putting on arrival.
Maybe a more professional reception area, does feel a little like you’re walking into someone’s private office space.

Goede ligging maar hygiëne slecht.
Pros:

Appartementen hebben een mooie ligging.
Goede set tuinmeubelen.

Cons:

Appartementen zien er op de foto's en website goed uit.
In de praktijk is de hygiëne ondermaats:
Vuile vaatwasser met kruimels en vuil bestek er nog in.
Messenblok vuil, bestek vuil en bestek mandje vol kruimels.
Keuken voelt klef aan en is onvoldoende gereinigd.
Dit zelfde is ook van toepassing op het sanitair en de douche.
De prijs voor de appartementen t.o.v de kwaliteit is dan ook niet in verhouding.
Er is onvoldoende controle op de kwaliteit van schoonmaak, defecten in het appartement.
Wie nu de dagelijkse leiding had is mij niet duidelijk geworden.
Ligging prima maar het was ons minste appartement op ons reis in Italië.
