Good space

Cons:

Uncomfortable bed and sofa. Reported bed to staff, they advised the mattress was upside as there was a bit lump in the middle of the double bed (two single beds put together). Once fixed, it removed the lump, but the bed in general was not hotel standard comfort, I’ve had a more comfortable bed at home before.

Everything was really wonderful as it has been in previous stays. I was given a very good room.

Nice have an appartment with the extra room to relax and in a great location

fine just not clean
Pros:

the bed was comfortable

Cons:

The washing machine is next to the glass shower screen and the gap between is full of fluff and hair never been cleaned.

The furniture has open legs and the dust is thick also the dust balls down the side of the bedroom cabinets is like spider webs and mould fluff

Good value for money and comfortable stay.
Pros:

I like that it has a private field to it even though it’s in the middle of Northbridge and although it’s busy outside especially on weekends, but quiet inside regarding the other hotel guests.
I also like how it has a private parking garage.

Cons:

I don’t like the sound proofing from outside, it’s very noisy. And I’m not too fond of the TV up in the left-hand corner in the bedroom as it is strange having to look up into the corner to a small TV.

I was told at 5pm that the reception leaves at 6pm.
So I would have to check in after hours. I made a call to the reception to tell them I will be there 10 min before and the person who answered asked me if I was calling in regards to Zappion apartments so I was a bit confused, I made it about 9 minutes before the staff apparently leave and they told me that they have left already and to call when I get there. I got there & as I went to call, someone greeted me at the door by name.
I felt a little bit judged by one of the staff for whatever reason but they were ok.
