No where outside to sit and smoke

I don’t like the sound proofing from outside, it’s very noisy. And I’m not too fond of the TV up in the left-hand corner in the bedroom as it is strange having to look up into the corner to a small TV.

I was told at 5pm that the reception leaves at 6pm.
So I would have to check in after hours. I made a call to the reception to tell them I will be there 10 min before and the person who answered asked me if I was calling in regards to Zappion apartments so I was a bit confused, I made it about 9 minutes before the staff apparently leave and they told me that they have left already and to call when I get there. I got there & as I went to call, someone greeted me at the door by name.
I felt a little bit judged by one of the staff for whatever reason but they were ok.

I booked a deluxe apartment and ended up in a disabled room.
This was not acceptable and was not stated in the booking.
The toilet is designed for a wheel chair bound person, I couldn’t lift the seat to urinate
The floor became flooded with water due to slow drainage and obviously there’s no screen due to wheel chair access requirements, but had to use all my towels to mop up so I didn’t slip over
This was a terrible stay based on this .
Had I had been told it was a disabled room I would not have booked it.
I believe a discount on my next stay or a refund of half the booking fee a fair

Small parking space

Bed was uncomfortable staff I think was high or just stupid didn’t tell me much and didn’t explain a lot of important information like check out with parking

While the location was reasonably convenient, the single beds were quite small and uncomfortable, making it difficult to turn during the night.

The main issues faced were related to the service provided. We experienced a disappointing incident related to housekeeping. Before leaving the room one morning, we had placed a plastic bag containing clean clothing and personal items on the sofa, clearly separate from the trash bin. When we returned after housekeeping, the bag was gone. We approached reception for help, but the response from the 2 staff members felt passive and lacking urgency. We were simply told that they would check on it, but there was no indication of when or how they would update us. When we later went down again ourselves to follow up, we were told they had tried to contact the housekeeping staff member, but she did not pick up. No next steps, solutions, or reassurance were offered. Eventually, we had to search through the garbage ourselves to retrieve the bag, with some assistance from one staff member (which we appreciated). However, throughout the entire situation, there was no apology, explanation, or follow-up provided. This lack of communication, accountability, and empathy was very disappointing and left us feeling unsupported as guests.

There was also an issue during checkout. I had three pieces of luggage and asked if my friend could briefly enter the garage (which had empty lots) to load them. The request was declined, and we were instead told to stop along a nearby single-lane road marked “No Stopping,” and assured it would be fine if a driver stayed in the car. This felt contradictory and placed us in an uncomfortable position. I ended up carrying my luggage further out to the street where there was road parking instead.

Overall, while the stay itself was acceptable, the lack of flexibility, communication, and empathy in handling these situations significantly affected our experience.

I wasn't able to cook because of the sensitivity of the smoke alarms. Windows were locked which I didn't understand.

Parking on-site is way too small for the money you get charged.

No mats or rugs in the bathroom
