Pros:

The hotel is in an ideal location with a beautiful view of the lake. It offers everything needed for a relaxing weekend. The food is excellent, and the pool and saunas are also great. We will definitely come again – for the fifth time!

Cons:

They could improve the outdoor facilities for children in front of the hotel and add a small gym.

Если переночевать на одну ночь, возможно рассмотреть, с учетом, что включен ужин и завтрак.

Находится рядом с озером. Включены завтрак и ужин.

Cons:

В номере было грязно. Питьевой воды не было вообще, пили с крана. В душе не было шампуня/геля для душа.

Die Lage.

Cons:

Alles! Sauberkeit, Komfort, Essen, Direkt nach dem Hotel wird neu gebaut, dieses Hotel ist nur noch zur Mitnahme von letzten Geld. Das warme Keine Ablege Möglichkeiten für Kleidung. Die Dusche um die Chromleiste alles braun und versifft. Der Spa bereich unsauber. Das Becken vermietet an einheimische für Kinderschwimmkurs, also von Ruhe und Entspannung keine Rede.
Der Fernseher 32 Philips 20 Jahre alt, kein Smart TV nur Ungarn TV aber 4 Sterne Hotel!

tolles personal, hotel sehr in die jahre gekommen, etwas abgewirtschaftet
Pros:

sehr, sehr gutes und nettes, zuvorkommendes personal, wirklich außerordentlich. Essen (Buffett) morgens und abends war ganz vorzüglich und sehr abwechslungsreich, war wirklich toll!

Cons:

hotel ziemlich "abgewohnt", teppichboden sehr in mittleidenschaft gezogen, das zweite zimmer so überhaupt nicht eingerichtet - wozu also?, deckenlampe kaputt, es gab absolut keinen deutschsprachigen sender der funktioniert hat, obwoh mehrere grundsätzlich eingestellt waren, personal war damit überfordert, kannten sich auch nicht aus....im badezimmer das ablageglas so "schräg" montiert - und lose, dass man gar nichts draufstellen konnte, alles fiel runter....

Pros:

Reggeli finom volt. A pincéren kívül mindenki nagyon rendes volt.

Cons:

3 szobát foglaltunk. Wellnessből felérve mindhárom szobában azt tapasztaltuk, hogy nincs melegvíz lezuhanyozni. Jeleztük a recepción, a recepciós srác fel is jött a szobákba megnézni, valóban hideg. Azt a választ kaptuk, hogy valószínűleg a gépházban van valami probléma megnézik. Közben már 20:00 volt, így tusolás nélkül lementünk vacsorázni. 21:00ig van vacsora, de 20:00kor szinte semmi nem volt vagy ha mégis akkor pocsék ízekkel. Vacsora fénypontja a betonkemény közel három napos lasagne.
Foglaláskor jeleztem, hogy teljes kiőrlésű pékárura lenne szükség, amit vissza is igazoltak, hogy rendben lesz. Természetesen a vacsorához ez sem volt. Tudnak róla, hogy jeleztem, de nincs...
Majd jött a kedves pincér a vacsorakor majd minősíthetetlen lenézéssel megpróbálta felvenni az ital rendelést, hiszen csapvíz se jár a vacsorához.
Ezután keressen az ember szezonon kívül 21:00kor éttermet Siófokon, hogy tudjon vacsorázni.
A szobákban a szőnyeg undorító koszos volt.
180.000 forintért egy éjszakára 3 szobára az ember nem ezt várná. Egy forintot nem adtam volna érte.
Ami elszomorító, hogy 5 éve már jártunk itt és teljesen megfelelő volt minden, emiatt mentünk vissza a családdal.

Cons:

Our stay at this hotel was not satisfactory at all. The room temperature was uncomfortable and the ventilation was not working properly. Basic amenities like slippers were not provided, which is unacceptable for a hotel of this level.
There was no minibar in the room, and the refrigerator was not functioning properly either. The restaurant experience was also unpleasant. Although dinner was served as a buffet, the staff behavior was inappropriate. The waiter kept watching us in an uncomfortable way and even cleared our plates before we had finished eating, which felt very unprofessional.
Additionally, the staff did not have sufficient English language skills, making communication difficult.
Overall, this hotel does not offer good value for the price, and we expected a much better experience.
