Personāla apkalpošanai ir ļoti lielas problēmas. Recepcijā nogaidījām ļoti ilgi, strādāja tikai 1 galdiņš, tad piegāja vēl viena persona un citīgi strādāja datorā, pat nepieversot uzmanību, ka gaida klienti. Kad pajautājām vai varam pieiet, atbildēja "Jā" (ja nepajautātu, tā arī stāvētu gaidot?). Aizgājām uz SPA - Hamams bija pilnīgi ciet, tvaika pirtī smirdēja pēc puvuma. Ejot uz baseinu, lika uzvilkt peldēšanas cepures, par ko pēc tam paņēma maksu (nopietni? viesnīcas numurs maksā 200 EUR, un Jūs pieprasāt vēl maksu par cepurīti? Nav normāli). Gribējām pasūtīt numurā ēdienu, noskanējām QR kodu, apskatījāmies ēdienkārti, bet izrādījās pasūtīt numurā nav iespējams. Aizgājām lēja un saucamo "restorānu", skaists interjers, bet realitādē parasta kafejnīcā. Vakariņas ēdam gandrīz 2 stundas, jo viesmīlis aizmirsa par mūsu pasūtījumu. Ēdiens kopumā bija negaršīgs, basmati rīsi un vista pārsalīti, antrikots ciets (kaut sūtījām vidēji ceptu).

Fabulous stay
Pros:

Beautiful hotel, lovely room, friendly staff. The breakfast is fantastic so much choice, and everything tastes delicious. The swimming pool is great too

I was truly impressed with how amazingly clean the hotel was. As someone who is very particular about hygiene due to health reasons, the level of cleanliness exceeded my expectations.

When I contacted the hotel regarding a special situation we were dealing with, the staff went above and beyond to help us. They did everything they could to accommodate my request, which made us feel completely at home—safe, comfortable, and truly cared for.

I am especially grateful to Fazilet and Duru from the Guest Relations team, who were extremely professional and helpful, as well as the reception team, and Serap Biricik from the restaurant. They were incredibly accommodating, understanding, and supportive. Their kindness and genuine care made us feel very special throughout our stay.

Thank you all so much for making our experience so positive and memorable.

Cons:

There was nothing I didn’t like about the hotel or the staff—everything was wonderful. The only minor downside was that the location felt a little isolated. This may be because the hotel is more business-oriented and located in the Istanbul Financial District rather than in the main tourist area.
