Tamaño habitación, suavidad toallas, limpieza, botella de agua. Personal muy amable en recepción y en cafeteria

Cons:

No había ningún artículo de aseo tipo pasta de dientes, pañuelos de papel. Muy difícil entender los grifos de la ducha para tener agua caliente. Muy difícil entender el termostato. Deberían poner instrucciones, no conseguí poner la calefaccion

Fabuloso hotel en Granollers
Pros:

Ubicacion excepcional, habitaciones muy limpias, comodas y actualizadas. Almohadas espectaculares, personal muy amable.
El restaurante se veia muy bien aunque no tuve la oportunidad de comer alli. Me ha encantado la estancia alli.

Niet erg comfortabel
Pros:

Het hotel ligt in het centrum en naast de parkeergarage.
Het personeel is heel vriendelijk. Het oude gebouw is mooi opgeknapt. De kamer is ruim.
Leuke restaurants op loopafstand.

Cons:

Het bed is zeer smal, ik heb nauwelijks kunnen slapen. Er is geen koffiecorner of waterkoker op de kamer. Ook geen koelkastje.
Het is zeer schemerig op de kamer. Het is niet mogelijk om een meer heldere lamp aan te doen.
In het begin van de nacht was er veel lawaai vanaf de straat.
Als je parkeert vanaf 17 uur tot 10 uur de volgende ochtend ben je €36,- kwijt.
Wij gaan hier niet meer heen.

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful hotel.
Pros:

It was a beautiful historical building. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. I also loved the balconies. The staff was also very friendly. A great value.

Lo mejor es la ubicación, lo menos bueno de la ubicación es que tienes que tener el coche en el parking y cuesta 20 € por día

Cons:

Las camas son de tamaño reducido y los colchones están claramente gastados; sería conveniente sustituirlos.
