Je n’ai pas apprécié qu’à notre départ on m’ai demandé la note que je comptais mettre à cet hôtel et en disant que je pensais mettre un 8 on m’a vivement demandé de mettre 10. Le personnel a ete correct mais on ne peut pas dire que le service soit exceptionnel. Certains serveurs ne parlaient pas anglais donc difficile de communiquer

Не рекомендую, цена неоправданно высокая. Никакого сервиса для отеля 5 звезд. Номер старый, требует ремонта и уборки. За минибар требуют внести депозит. Если вы не планируете им польззоваться, и не хотите вносить депозит, минибар будет закрыт на ключ. Обратилась на ресепшн , чтобы дали доступ к холодильнику , спустя 2 часа (в 10 ч ночи!) пришел сотрудник с сумкой чтобы забрать содердимое минибара, Для отеля 5* это недопустимо. Пребывание в отеле совпало с днем рождения, со стороны отеля никакого внимания к этому. СПА - при выдаче полотенца зачем-то надевают браслет. Лежаки у бассейна убирают, и утром приходится таскать их самостоятельно, так как сотрудники отсутсвуют!

Overpriced out of town not my favourite Radisson by a long way
Pros:

Comfortable beds and modern rooms. Access from the hotel to the city is relatively easy by taxi outside of rush hours. At other times taxi to the nearby train station approx 240 lira and 3 stops on Maramay train to city centre

Cons:

The location is remote from the city and also the adjacent main road is noisy throughout the day and night. The sea view from the low floor, cheaper rooms, is over a working port which is having extensive building works carried out so noisy. The grounds are scruffy and not pleasant to sit in especially with the road noise. Loungers are old and not particularly comfortable, you will need to go and get one and position it yourself as there are no pool attendants on duty apart from a life guard. There was no bar service available around the pool and the pool bar was unattended during our stay. Prices for Drinks are extravagant even fo Radisson Bluwe with a small bottle of local beer setting you back approximately £7.20

Cons:

1. Стандартный номер не такой как на фото.
2. Цена не соответствует условиям.
3. Зубные пасты и щетки не давали.
4. Банные халаты отсутствуют.
5. От полотенц не пахнет свежестью. Как будто просто сушат и занаво дают без мытья.
6. Освещение в стандартных номерах тёмные.
7. Комнаты слишком маленькие.

Security was excellent and one of the things I appreciated most, especially as a woman travelling alone. I felt very safe throughout my stay, with attentive security and screening at the entrance. I also appreciated the hotel’s policy regarding outside takeaway food. The staff were polite and welcoming, and housekeeping was excellent—attentive, respectful and always providing fresh towels when needed. The room was comfortable, the AC worked well, the shower had great water pressure, and there was a very good selection of amenities. Breakfast offered plenty of variety and I had no complaints. I also found it very convenient that taxis were readily available outside the hotel, with private transport also available if required. Having a hairdresser on the premises was another great addition. Overall, considering my six-night stay, I found the hotel reasonably priced and well maintained.

Cons:

Although the staff were polite, I personally found the atmosphere a little too formal and would have appreciated more warmth. On arrival, my booking was for two guests, but due to a last-minute change I arrived alone. I was questioned about why I was alone and asked to provide the name of the person who might later join me. I fully understand and respect the hotel’s strict visitor and security policies, but I would have preferred simply to be informed of the policy and provide a guest’s details if and when someone actually arrived. The interaction made me feel somewhat uncomfortable and judged. I also personally found the contraceptives provided in the room unexpected; while some guests may appreciate this, it wasn’t to my preference. Lastly, the provided hairdryer wasn’t powerful enough for my hair, so I would recommend bringing your own if you have thick or long hair. Minibar prices were also higher than I personally wanted to pay.
