It was comfortable and met some of my expectations thanks to Mr. Sezer

They have excellent staff especially Mr.Sezer whom did not spare any effort to support me in the facility and goes all the way to increase customer expectations. Also the reception staff were excellent. My only issue are the room service staff they don’t speak English and made many mistakes on my orders . The quality of the order and presentation in the menu i never saw it in my order.

A comfortable and relaxing stay with great views and excellent service, especially from Batuhan and Malek

The hotel has a beautiful seaside location with great views and a relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and professional, especially Batuhan and Malek and at reception, who was very helpful and welcoming. The outdoor area and bar were especially enjoyable, perfect for relaxing in the evening.

Cons:

The location is a bit far from the main tourist attractions, which makes transportation slightly inconvenient.

Teleurstellend verblijf door slechte kwaliteit van het ontbijt, niet-werkende airconditioning en buitensporig hoge prijz

Dat er een jacuzzi was in de kamer. Had ik niet verwacht. Het bed was goed! ik stond niet op met rugpijn! İk moet wel zeggen Radisson blu in Beyoglu waren ze nog vriendelijker dan in Zeytinburnu. En alleen omdat mijn man naar wc moest gaan...

Cons:

Helaas ben ik erg teleurgesteld over mijn verblijf, met name wat betreft het eten en de faciliteiten. Wij hebben bewust gekozen om ontbijt bij te boeken, omdat veel reviews op Booking aangaven dat dit van goede kwaliteit was. Jammer genoeg was dit niet onze ervaring. De groenten, zoals komkommer, waren uitgedroogd en het aanbod was zeer beperkt. Uiteindelijk hebben wij de laatste twee dagen buiten het hotel ontbeten.

Daarnaast werkte de airconditioning in de kamer niet naar behoren, waardoor wij genoodzaakt waren om het raam open te laten.

Ook de prijzen van de extra faciliteiten vonden wij buitensporig hoog. De kapsalon in het hotel rekende bijvoorbeeld €38 voor een brushing, terwijl ik in Fatih voor ongeveer 600 TL (ongeveer €17) terechtkon voor dezelfde behandeling. De hamam was eveneens erg duur (€85), terwijl ik in andere, zelfs luxere hotels vergelijkbare diensten heb gezien rond de €50.

Door deze hoge prijzen en beperkte kwaliteit hebben wij helaas geen gebruik kunnen maken van de faciliteiten binnen het hotel.

We had a great experience in this hotel!
Pros:

We were very pleased with the staff and the upgrade we received from Premium Room to a Suite :) We had a great experience in Radisson Ottomare and there was value for money. The location next to Fisekhane was the cherry on top.

I had a wonderful stay at the Radisson and would especially like to highlight the outstanding service. The staff were incredibly helpful, flexible, and always willing to go the extra mile to make our stay comfortable.

In particular, Gomze and Miraç truly deserve the highest recognition. Their professionalism, kindness, and positive attitude made a real difference to our experience. I sincerely wish them all the best and am sure they will continue to make many guests’ stays just as enjoyable.
