Staff was extremely nice
The room itself was pretty worn out, the door of the bathroom could not close properly
Otel deneyimimiz genel olarak olumlu geçti. Özellikle resepsiyon ekibi son derece güler yüzlü, ilgili ve yardımseverdi; her konuda bize destek oldular ve kendimizi çok rahat hissettik. Odamız yan deniz manzaralıydı ve bu da konaklamamıza ayrı bir keyif kattı.
Ancak spa alanı maalesef beklentilerimizin altında kaldı. Temizlik, bakım veya genel atmosfer açısından daha iyi olabilirdi. Bu konuda iyileştirme yapılırsa otelin genel kalitesi çok daha yüksek bir seviyeye ulaşacaktır.
Yine de personelin ilgisi sayesinde güzel bir konaklama geçirdik.

Von Anfang an ein zuvorkommende und herzliche Gastfreundschaft. Am Empfang Frau Neslihan die mich kontaktiert hat, damit ich mein Zimmer früher beziehen kann. Der Herr Alper ?? der mich während der Wartezeit auf einen Kaffee / Wasser eingeladen hat. Der Check out lief schnell und reibungslos.
Staff were great and hotel was lovely. We were given a free upgrade as we were celebrating a family event. Gamze at reception was gracious. Gul (Rose) at the breakfast kitchen was fantastic, nothing was too much trouble. She knew our usuals and went over and above to ensure we were well catered for, doing it whilst smiling. We also liked their gym, pretty spacious and equipped
The lunch and dinner could be better but we found other restaurants outside

Das Zimmer war super. Danke für das Upgrade, lediglich war ich auf Zimmer 1011 und da ist das Duschwasser in das Zimmer gelaufen, weil es keine Duschkabine gab.

Gamze was excellent
La salle de sport, le hammam, la piscine. L’entrée est magnifique. Les chambres sont jolies.
Le personnel nous a fait attendre et dormir sur le canapé de l’entrée car la chambre n’étais pas prête malgré un enregistrement anticipée à 4h nous avons eu la chambre qui était une catégorie inférieur a 10h uniquement. À notre départ on nous a fait attendre 10 minutes pendant que notre taxis nous attendais, le temps de vérifier qu’on ai causé aucun dégât dans la chambre et ont essayé de nous facturer le mini bar a tord. Alors qu’une caution est prélevé de 400 euros et on m’a facturer 150 euros à la dernière minute car ma conjointe selon eux n’étais pas enregistré sur ma réservation. Installation au top personnel et hospitalité très hypocrite et pas digne d’un 5 étoile.
