Very enjoyable stay.
Pros:

Situated in lovely grounds. Staff were very helpful particularly in the restaurant with dietary requirements. Lovely courtyard to eat meals.

Cons:

It states you are able to use the facilities until your room is ready. Unfortunately we were not able to go into the spa area until 3pm on arrival day which was very disappointing. Lovely outside pool area but staff said there were too many spa members using it.

We celebrated our 20th anniversary. Everything was absolutely fantastic. Definitely going again.

Fabulous
Pros:

Great location.Close to the beach but you didn’t have to leave the property. The Spa and pool were great and the staff couldn’t do more for you

Spa changing room very small with just one female lavatory. No parasols by outdoor pool. Spa food and drink very over priced.

Beautiful property with amazing grounds, fantastic facilities and great food!

Cons:

The staff were not that friendly and helpful, and we don’t feel like we were treated as we should have been for the price we paid. There were a couple of incidents in which this played out that disappointed us.

Lovely stay and beautiful location. The rooms were not a good as expected for the price.
Pros:

Lovely location and excellent facilities. All very relaxing and staff were attentive.

Cons:

Room was spacious but at this price you would expect a very high end experience. It was nice, the bathroom was good, but overall quite ordinary decor and facilities.

Wow. Nowhere better for a relaxing break away.
Pros:

There is nothing about Bailiffscourt not to like.
The rooms are perfect in every way. Every need is catered for.
The staff are fantastic. Warm and very welcoming. Nothing is too much trouble.
The spa is amazing. Treatments are exceptional.
The grounds of Bailiffscourt are beautiful. Fantastic to walk around it just sit and admire.
Finally the food. Wow.
Every dish cooked to perfection.
Loved it so much we are going back next month.

Overpriced and terrible breakfast
Pros:

Stunning setting with good access to the beach. Room was clean and the bed comfortable. Fab bathroom and shower - good facilities. Reception staff very helpful and happy

The breakfast was very disappointing, especially considering the price charged.
The selection was extremely limited and felt very basic. Fresh orange juice had run out by 9:30am, and when I asked for some, I was given a small bottle from the bar instead. My husband's poached eggs were overcooked and rock solid, and my fried egg was similarly overcooked. The cooked breakfast consisted of just one sausage, one piece of bacon and one tomato, which felt poor value and gave the impression of a very low-quality offering.
We also ordered gluten-free toast, which only arrived after we had asked several times.
The service throughout breakfast was equally disappointing. Staff rarely smiled and made us feel unwelcome rather than valued guests.
The previous day, we sat in the otherwise beautiful gardens for afternoon cocktails. On two occasions I had to get up and find a member of staff in order to place an order. While some guests appeared to receive plenty of attention, others were largely ignored.
Overall, both the food quality and the level of service fell well below expectations, particularly given the prices charged and the standard we expected from the venue.
