Todo estuvo bien, menos el tiempo, lluvia, lluvia y lluvia, pero el hotel bien, todo limpio y el personal muy dispuesto y atento y la cama cómoda,lo que necesitábamos de regreso a la noche.

A mí esposa notó la falta de un secador del cabello, pero por poner algo,yo ni cuenta me di, buscaré esta cadena de hoteles,siempre con ascensor,eso sí.

Que el interruptor de la luz estaba estropeado y que el espejo estuviera lleno de manos y restregones.

El mismo día que dejábamos el hotel a las 9.30 h bajamos primero a desayunar, cuando volvimos la mujer de la limpieza había entrado en una de nuestras habitaciones, estaba la puerta abierta y ella estaba limpiando y quitando las sábanas y toallas, todo esto con todas nuestras cosas por medio, porque aún no habíamos hecho el check out que era hasta las 12h.
Estando en la otra habitación recogiendo las cosas y con el cartel de no molestar, llama a las 10:30h preguntando si puede entrar a limpiar (cuando es una habitación que hay que dejar ese mismo día antes de las 12 y aún no se ha hecho tampoco el check out).

Creo que en este sentido existe algún fallo en la comunicación entre la recepción y el servicio de limpieza, que creo que es clave para el buen funcionamiento del servicio.
