Pros:

The staff at the hotel were so lovely and always offered help with anything and checked up on us throughout our stay. They assisted with recommendations of both food and activities. Everything was super clean, with great aircon in the rooms and the breakfast was amazing - with lots of variety each day. There are also board games near the bar, perfect for rainy days!

The hotel provided us with everything we needed (umbrellas, bicycles, complimentary water and a map of spots in the city).

It was a great value for money and we’d definitely recommend to anyone wanting to stay here!

Pros:

Unser Aufenthalt in Odyssey Hotel war einfach wunderbar. Insbesondere das Personal hier ist sehr aufmerksam, überaus freundlich und herzlich und hatte sehr gute Empfehlungen für uns. Einfach ein super Service. Die Zimmer sind sehr gepflegt, das Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen und auch das Angebot im Spa kann sich sehen lassen. Ich kann das Hotel nur jedem wärmstens empfehlen!!

Pros:

We fell in love with this hotel. The staff is marvelous, they were willing to help us with some issues, even found the private driver for our trip to Hue.
The food was all delicious, big plus for Hoi An specialties

Nice people, easy walk to to main strip but also away from the crowds on the main strip.
Pros:

Food was good facilities clean and while the pool was small and located and the entry to the hotel it was a loverly swimming pool with great temperature to spent the hottest part of the day. Most of the staff were willing to go out of their way to hep you.

Cons:

Hotel is a little tired, TV's need updating with better tv chanel reception, we had to have fixed 3 times in 6 days.hotel is a little further from the main strip but we liked the location. Had laundry done and was very unhappy with it as It came back wrinkle and still covered in stains. When i got home put them through my machine and all stains came clean. Also be aware that the price on menus and drinks in not inclusive of all charges
