Pros:

The staff was amazing. Jessie, Emily, Anh were polite and very helpful. The restaurant crew were also so nice and attentive with constant smiles. The food and coffee were also great. Loved the location because it was close to the action, about a 10 minute walk, but away from the noise.

Great location, amazing receptionists.
Pros:

The ladies working at reception during the day are lovely, what an amazing service.

Cons:

Checking in late wasn’t pleasant. It was just security who don’t speak English. The room was full of flies, one dead in the bathroom.

Fijn hotel in een rustige straat.
Pros:

Mooie kamer, fijn zwembad, goed ontbijt, gratis fietsen om te lenen, aardig personeel dat je overal bij wil helpen. Locatie is net buiten het oude centrum maar met de fiets 5 minuten rijden.

Niets, alles was gewoon goed.

Perfekte Unterkunft für Hoi An
Pros:

Schöne Lage, per Rad schnell in der Altstadt. Sehr gutes Frühstück - insbesondere die vietnamesischen Spezialitäten.
Personal total aufmerksam und rund um die Uhr um das Wohlergehen der Gäste bemüht.
Besondere Dank geht an das Reinigungsteam, das mein verloren geglaubtes Brillenglas wieder gefunden hat.

Best stay and service in Hoi an!
Pros:

The hotel—and especially the service—was outstanding. The hotel is in a very quiet location without being too far from the action! Since they offer free bicycles, you can reach the old town in under 5 minutes. The manager gave us great local recommendations to help us avoid the typical Instagram spots! Upon arrival, she explained everything to us in detail, including where and when things were happening.

Breakfast was fantastic and had everything your heart could desire in the morning!

The pool and bar area were also very well-maintained and perfect for relaxing after a busy day of sightseeing.

We would definitely come back!

Pros:

Sehr schönes Hotel! Saubere Zimmer und bequeme Betten. Alles war sehr sauber. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist sehr viel und abwechslungsreich. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Man kann sich kostenlose Fahrräder ausleihen. Der Pool ist sehr groß und sauber und auch die Liegen sind hervorragend. Sehr zu empfehlen. Wir würden es immer wieder buchen!

Relaxing and enjoyable experience.
Pros:

Staff were welcoming, helpful, friendly and accomodating, ensuring our stay was enjoyable. Breakfast had many choices, with a restaurant and bar on the premises. Pool was a good size and maintained well. Rooms were a good size and comfortable after a day exploring. Staff gave great suggestions on where to visit and were happy to organise. Thankyou to Jessie for her help and suggestions.

Pros:

Wir haben hier 3 Nächte verbracht und fanden es super. Die Leute sind mega freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück und Massage war auch sehr gut. Man kann vor Ort Fahrräder ausleihen und Touren buchen. Unser Bus ging am letzten Tag erst um 20:00 Uhr und wir durften den Pool, die Fahrräder und Dusche bis zur Abreise verwenden.
Wir können dieses Hotel nur empfehlen.
