Pros:

Big room had very comfortable beds. Breakfasts were diverse and tasty. Ladies working at the reception were very helpful and friendly, recommended few restaurants with true and very good Vietnamese cuisine, local attractions, and I really loved small talks with them - I felt that they truly wanted to make my stay in Hoi An unforgettable.

Cons:

Everything was perfect except for a smell in the room… I guess it was caused by high humidity.

Unglaublich freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, die uns mit allen Fragen und Problemen stets sofort weitergeholfen haben. Das Hotel ist sehr ruhig gelegen, aber man ist auch innerhalb von 15 Gehminuten in der Altstadt. Wir würden hier jederzeit wieder buchen!

Staff cortese e accogliente, sempre sorridente e incline a scambiare due chiacchiere, non solo per consigliare cosa fare e dove andare, ma anche per capire meglio usi e costumi vietnamiti.
Posizione leggermente isolata rispetto al centro, ma con la bicicletta (offerta dalla struttura) in tre minuti ci si arriva.
Massaggio fantastico!
Siamo stati qui per il compleanno della mia compagna e ci hanno fatto trovare la stanza addobbata e una torta di compleanno pronta da gustare appena arrivati.
Camera moderna e molto pulita, dotata di tutti i servizi.

Peace and quiet within easy reach of the hustle and bustle of old town Hoi An.

In a quiet area within easy walking distance of the old town. Good breakfast with freshly cooked eggs any way. Very helpful and friendly staff who assisted in arranging transport for us to My Son and onwards to Hue when we departed.

It’s nice, quiet place to relax after a long day visiting Hoi An.
Pros:

It’s a cute boutique hotel. The hotel we intended to stay was full and we were lucky to find this one. The staff are so nice, respectful and sweet. We felt welcomed as soon as we get off the car. The breakfast was good and they accommodated your request. For instance I am very typical making fried eggs. I want my eggs fried both sides but still running on one side and a little done on the other side. To my surprise, they served me the exact what I asked for. It’s a small gesture like that made my stay completed. If I visit HoiAn again, I will definitely stay here again.

AAAA+ starting with the staff! Location was perfect: quiet and peaceful but only a 10 minute walk to the bustling old town center. Food, including breakfast was great. Pool perfect for cooling down at night.
