Pros:

Die gesamte Hotelanlage, insbesondere auch der Poolbereich. Es war zudem auch sehr angenehm, dass man bei Bedarf einfach im Hotel essen gehen konnte. Der Service war überragend und stand bei sämtlichen Problemen und Ausflugsplanungen tatkräftig zur Seite.

Cons:

Die Duschkabine war etwas umständlich zu öffnen und die nachträgliche Anbringung einer Shampoohalterung wäre noch klasse.

Family friendly stay with excellent service from all staff
Pros:

The staff were fantastic. Jessie helped us organise tours with our children and recommended restaurants for us. The food at the hotel was excellent both local and western food and really well priced for a hotel. The pool was a lovely reprieve from the heat of the day and a short cycle or 15 minute walk to old town. We would definitely stay again.

Cons:

There was construction happening on the road out the front of the hotel. You can’t hear the sound in the rooms but it was quite noisy at times around the pool. Nothing the hotel can do about this though and wouldn’t stop us from staying again

Loved Hoi An and the Odyssey.
Pros:

Loved the bar, the pool and the very very friendly staff. Jessie on the front desk was great at communicating and gave plenty of suggestions for things to do. The lovely lady behind the bar was a real sweetie

Incredible stay at an incredible and affordable little hotel.
Pros:

Beautiful little Hotel. It was clean, aesthetically pleasing. It had a very friendly staff that helped us with event and excursion tickets as well as transportation. Very very reasonably priced.

Ottimo soggiorno a Hoi An: struttura tranquilla, pulita e accogliente, con uno staff super gentile.
Pros:

Struttura molto bella, pulita e curata. Posizione perfetta: fuori dal caos del centro, ma comunque raggiungibile facilmente in circa 10 minuti a piedi. Personale davvero gentilissimo e sempre disponibile.

Cons:

Nulla di rilevante da segnalare, il soggiorno è stato molto piacevole.

si bien está en una zona un poco aislada, se tarda apenas 10-15min andando al centro (Old Town), lejos del bullicio, por lo que hemos estado muy tranquilos allí. La habitación amplia y cómoda, la piscina imprescindible, nos ha dado mucho juego y aliviado el calor. El desayuno muy correcto y el personal atento y amable en todo momento, muy pendientes de que te encuentres bien allí. Hemos picado algo en el bar y pedido bebidas varias veces, usado el servicio de lavandería ... todo FENOMENAL, para recomendar a cualquiera que vaya a Hoi An

los alrededores, con la calle levantada por obras y en una zona que parecía algo deprimida, aunque lu3go vimos que twnía bastante ambientito y era muy segura. Cuando finalicen las obras los accesos serán más amables

Все понравилось, очень приятный и доброжелательный персонал. Уютный номер, очень порадовала керамика ручной работы внутри номера. Чисто, есть европейские завтраки. Предоставляются бесплатные велосипеды.
Очень здорово поздравили с днем Рождения. Со свечой и тортом, было очень приятно и оставило незабываемые впечатления.
