Everything was just great, clean environment, beautiful rooms, nice staff, delicious varieties of food.

Foul smell and bad service. Food very expensive

Initial impressions were good. I thought I picked right hotel but things changed

Cons:

Foul smell in the hotel. Not sure if it was our floor but seems like sewer leak and gas
Room service took more than an hour to deliver tea and snacks for us as a friend came to visit us.
Too expensive not worth it..

Great decison to choose the Saura as it was comfortable, profesional and great value for mon
Pros:

Feedback from all five (adults) visitors: Pleased with everything from arrival to departure covering: gardens, lobby, rooms, pool-side entertainment and staff.

Cons:

Everything was fine; just feel we didn't get prompt and enough assistance on arrival with luggage unloading.

Nice hotel with good facilities just sort the pigeons out

Pleasant hotel with good facilities

Cons:

Swimming pool had lots of pigeon droppings and feathers in it, Bit too far out of Agra with not many food options. The hotel seemed to cater for groups with inclusive meals and we did feel a bit unwelcome in the dining room ordering a la carte

Very nice stay and good value for money
Pros:

Breakfast buffet was really good. Staff was very polite and helpful.

Cons:

There is a really nice restaurant at the hotel. But the prices on menu are excluding 18% tax and not sure if it was mentioned anywhere. So be aware that your total bill will 18% higher.

Food was nice

Cons:

The room we booked were twin but when we were checking in they told that there is no twin room. So we had to adjust with kind and extra bed (like sofa bed)

I have never have this kind of experience that there were no room which was booked !
