Awful!! We paid but could not stay in that room!
Pros:

The room was very unsatisfactory. It smelled so heave with smoke and mildew. Our granddaughters eyes burned and turned red. We went to the front desk to tell them and they said there was NOTHING they could do. There was no offer to resolve this issue and we had to go to another place. We will NEVER stay at another baymont by Wyndham again and we will be spreading the word about your poor customer service. It was extremely frustrating and disappointing.

Cons:

The condition of the room. Customer service. 2 BIG areas of concern for a hotel.

Not as I thought it would be
Pros:

The people at the desk were friendly enough. As I said, enough. I really don't like the glass that separates the customer from the hotel staff. The beds were made impeccably but the room was so old, run down and felt not clean to me just from appearance. When I came home that evening what seemed to be a homeless person followed me in from the parking lot and went into the public bathroom in the lobby. Not sure if this is a common occurrence but it made me a bit uncomfortable. Glad my husband was with me.
