Excellent location, great staff

Cons:

No pillows, just very hard bolsters. Beds are cheap tubular frames and uncomfotable. Exceptinally hot rooms.

No hubiera aire acondicionado, pasamos mucha calor . Solo había un ventilador pero no nos valió para la calor que hacia. El desayuno los yogures estaban calientes.

La atención en recepción, tanto en la noche como en la mañana, muy amables y educados. El hotel está muy bien ubicado y muy limpio

Cons:

La puerta del baño no tenía seguro y no se podía cerrar. No había aire acondicionado. Teníamos un ventilador, pero no era suficiente.

Un hotel antiguo y con encanto!
Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena, estás a 5 minutos andando, si llega, de la Plaza Mayor, y poco más de la Catedral. Y justo en el lateral del hotel, yendo hacia la Plaza Mayor, hay mucha variedad de bares/tascas donde poder comer y cenar, pero no molesta nada el ruido! Lo recomiendo muchísimo, y si vuelvo a Burgos sin duda será mi alojamiento de nuevo.
El alojamiento es antiguo, y podrían renovarlo, pero tiene su encanto, y posiblemente con una renovación lo perdería.
Las habitaciones estaban muy limpias, el baño, aunque pequeño, completo, con toallas limpias todos los días.
Y el desayuno bastante bien, no es que hubiera mucha variedad donde elegir, pero sinceramente para desayunar es suficiente. No en todos los sitios tienes la posibilidad de incluir el desayuno.
El parking de la Plaza de España está prácticamente al lado, aunque nosotros callejeamos un poco con el coche y aparcamos gratis a escasos 5min andando del hotel.
El personal, tanto de recepción, de comedor como de limpieza, muy amable y muy atento!

Cons:

Lo que menos me gustó fueron las camas, no es que fueran incómodas, pero si que podrían renovarlas. Es mi única pega!

Sehr zentral gelegen, das Haus alt und Stilvoll eingerichtet hat mir gut gefallen. Würde ich sofort wieder Buchen.

Cons:

Zum Essen mußte man außerhalb, war aber durch die Zentrale Lage kein Problem.

Burgos en met name dit autovrije deel is een feest om te verblijven.

Leuk klassiek hotel met vriendelijke gastvrouw.

Cons:

Het ontbijt was armoedig. Niets was vers en/of echt, maar gelukkig kun je overal elders goed eten.
