Reservamos um quarto com 40m2 com sala e quarto estava bom.

O café da manhã Imprestável , não tem café da manhã para ocidental. Primeiro dia tinha manteiga para barrar o pão nos dias seguintes não tinha. Primeira noite jantamos e pedimos strogonoff estava muito bom no último voltamos pedir strogonoff ao almoço feito por outro cozinheiro já não estava bom. Internet fraca no hotel para trabalhar. Não tem

The location And rooms were good

Cons:

The breakfast was very minimal and limited International dishes for a chain like Ramada. There was no bell boy.. The house keeping could be much better. The in-house tv channels never had English content, could be more friendly towards International customers.

Perfektes Hotel für einen Aufenthalt in Astana
Pros:

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Die Junior Suite war fantastisch. Allerdings wie ist der Balkon etliche Mängel auf. Das Gebäude ist von außen halt etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Balustrade des Balkon hat Risse und Farbe blättert ab. Die Klimaanlage konnte man nicht wirklich steuern. Sie war zentral gesteuert. Das hatte zur Folge, dass es mir im Zimmer zu warm war. Ansonsten liegt das Hotel außerhalb in einer ruhigen Lage. Im Zentrum von Astana zu gelangen, muss man also ein Taxi nehmen. Ich fand das aber nicht weiter schlimm, da die Taxpreise äußerst niedrig sind. Das Frühstück war fantastisch. Es war in meinem ganzen Urlaub in Kasachstan das beste Frühstück von allen Unterkünften. Ich kann das Hotel nur empfehlen.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage war zentral gesteuert, da konnte man die Temperatur im Zimmer nicht individuell einstellen. Der Balkon war etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Ansonsten gibt es nichts zu meckern.

очень красивый номер, просторный светлый, мягкий матрас как на перине спишь. Приветственная табличка с именем - очень мило и приятно. персонал приветливый. особенно впечатлил QR код на столе и 5 минут готова свежая яичница. Также наличие овощей, свекла и морковь, приятно. также вкусные сырники, правда без сметаны. Еще я забыла зубную щетку и воспользовалась гостиничной, вот прям отличная щетка недешевый пластик, а мягкая, маленькая и удобная.

Cons:

странный свет в номере. включается все и сразу, кроме прикроватных светильников. Слишком ярко, хотелось бы чтобы была возможность выключить свет отдельно для каждой комнаты. Добавьте пожалуйста, надписи для шампуня и геля для душа и кондиционера для волос. Дверь в душе открывается вовнутрь и чтобы выскользнуть оттуда приходится по стеночке протискиваться, если тольстый человек, то не пролез бы
