Pros:

Просто люблю этот отель, поскольку для меня он один из самых лучших: чудесное историческое здание, профессиональный и приветливый персонал, чистые и просторные номера, вкусные и разнообразные завтраки, отличный спа и бассейн, хорошее местоположение. Останавливались в нем с 7-го на 8 марта и при заезде получили комплимент от отеля - по тюльпану, было очень приятно. Обедали и ужинали также в отеле, все очень понравилось. Каждый раз с радостью возвращаюсь в него снова и снова.

Қонақүй жақсы. Лоббидегі жиһаз бен ремонт жаңа екен. Нөмер де ұнады, бөлмесі үлкен, жиһаз мен ремонт жақсы.
Гостиница хорошая, мебель и ремонт свежий.

Cons:

Нөмердегі тоңазытқыш өте қатты, тоқтамай жұмыс істейді. Түні бойы дұрыс ұйықтай алмадым. Таңғы аста жұмыртқа дайындайтын адам біз кететін уақытта ғана келді. Ресепшенда бізді қабылдаған жігіт қазақша дұрыс білмейді екен. Нөмердегі көп жазулар қазақша жоқ екен. Осыны қолға алуларыңызды сұраймын. Және жуынатын бөлмеге екі щетка және қолға крем қоюларыңызды сұраймын. Және тағы бір кемшілік бөлмедегі ауа өте құрғақ, басын ауырып денен құрғап кетеді екен.
