Pros:

Вежливый персонал и администраторы, комфортные кровать и матрас.
В целом все хорошо, но по чистоте немного не дотягивают.

Cons:

Диван и ковер были грязными. В санузле немного есть неприятный запах. Есть номера где окна маленькие и они очень высоко расположены что в окно невозможно посмотреть. Но спасибо администраторам, они поменяли мне номер.

Хороший завтрак и месторасположение, большой чистый номер

Cons:

Нет заявленной спа зоны, по факту это не большой бассейн с видом с мутной водой и тремя пластиковыми повидавшими виды лежаками, старая сауна и маленькая душевая в которой не было горячей воды.

Rooms were too hot, apparently unable to use air conditioning, set up of shower in the bedroom but bathroom in a separate area. Pool and sauna you have to bring your own towel

Pros:

Hotel Restaurant "Celinograd" offers a big variety of tasty and nicely served regional dishes.
We were upgraded to a spacious junior suite and enjoyed it very much.
The staff at the reception desk is very helpful indeed.
