Pros:

Overall hotel is good, but really old. They have ordinary doors that you have to open yourself, whereas hotels all over the world are switching to automatic doors. It’s very inconvenient, especially when you’re carrying several suitcases. They could at least have someone on hand to open the doors. The staff aren’t particularly keen to help in this, when they see a guest with several suitcases struggling to open the door.

Additionally, I asked for late check-out until 2pm, which was politely declined, without offering options like offering luggage store. The ladies at the reception are perfect, very kind and helpful, assisted me a lot with luggage room.

That you need to open the doors by yourself with few suitcases and male staff is just looking at you without offering help

Тихий уютный отель с хорошим завтраком и бассейном
Pros:

Отличное расположение отеля, красивый район, рядом парки, исторические здания, административные объяекты, хорошие кафе, супермаркет, банки, магазины, остновка общественного транспорта.
Очень добротный завтрак, большой выбор. Была рыба, оливки, жент, курт, яйца, сосиски, колбаски, сыр, мюсли, овощи, соки, зерновой кофе.
Есть бассейн и сауна. Спортзал с современными тренажерами. Бассейн не большой, но отдохнуть в нем кайфово. Работает с 7:00 до 23:00.
Номер был не очень просторный, но нам места хватало. Ночью не шумно. Чисто, уютно.

Хотелось бы побольше бассейн, услуги массажа

Красивый отель, чистота, стиль, вкусный завтрак и отличное расположение.
Pros:

Отель в отличном состоянии, интерьер в скандинавском стиле, много дерева и ремонт выполнен очень качественно. Для любителей есть сигарная комната и приличный выбор сигар, есть банкомат прям в отеле. Номер просторный, чистый современный. Никаких следов износа, все работает как надо. Своя охраняемая парковка. Отель порадовал вкусным завтраком, расположением и стилем.

Все понравилось.

Отличное расположение, отличное состояние номера. Матрас и подушки отличные.

Cons:

Слишком дорогой ресторан при отеле. Персонал в баре не очень приветливый. Завтраки слабые.
