Pros:

Расположение и большие номера.

Cons:

В ванной нет шторки, все льётся на пол. Завтрак стоит 10 000 тенге, за углом ресторан хороший где можно вкусно покушать за 7000 тенге) завтрак такой себе, выбор не большой.
Вид с окна на крышу, окна маленькие, жара безумная в номерах.

Добротный отель в приятном месте
Pros:

Нам нравится расположение этого отеля, в хорошем районе, напротив Акимата, недалеко от набережной и центрального парка. Очень приятное место в городе. Недалеко от отеля магазины, кафе, можно дойти до отличной столовой "Избушка", которая рядом с набережной. Номера большие, есть бассейн.
Останавливаемся в отеле второй раз. В первый наш приезд сделали апгрейд номера на полулюкс, данная возможность была бесплатно предоставлена при бронировании, т.к. у меня уровень Genius в Booking. Номер тогда был огромный, с таким же огромным балконом. Завтрак обычный, всего хватало. Персонал очень доброжелательный. Тогда нам все понравилось, приехали второй раз.

Cons:

В этот раз, я на одну ночь забронировала стандартный номер и, при бронировании, отказалась от предлагаемого Букингом апгрейда номера, но, т.к. приехали рано утром, после тяжелой дороги, попросили раннее заселение за доплату. Сотрудник ресепшн, улыбчивый круглолицый молодой человек, озвучил стоимость доплаты в 50% номера. Но тут же сообщил, что стандартных свободных номеров на данный момент нет и предложил сделать апгрейд номера на апартаменты. Мы были уставшие с дороги и согласились. Стоимость в итоге оказалась, практически как еще за одни сутки нашего забронированного номера (понятно, что апараменты дороже по цене). Ну ладно, согласились же сами, что ж. Однако, заселившись, проверила на Букинге наличие стандартных номеров, они были в наличии. Не ясно, почему сотрудник предоставил нам некорректную информацию, в итоге мы переплатили за ранний заезд.
Что касается по факту навязанного номера, то он нормальный, по площади большой, с миллионом шкафчиков разного калибра, с двумя телевизорами в спальне и гостиной, с кухней, со всей необходимой комплектацией техникой. Только вот на кухне не было вообще никакой посуды, и халат/тапочки в номере были на одного человека. Пришлось все просить на ресепшн. Кроме того, в мойке плохо уходила вода, явно был небольшой засор, в санузле был очень слабый напор воды в раковине.
Т.к. нам в принципе, кухня не была лишняя, и хотелось уже отдохнуть, разборки по поводу "свободных/не свободных" стандартных номеров устраивать не стали. Однако, галочку себе поставили на будущее, что в отеле не совсем честные методы работы с клиентами. Печально. Так-то отель хороший.
