A really calm and peaceful stay - we would definitely reccomend and come back any time!
Pros:

we loved our breakfast each morning - my friend needed oat milk for her coffee and they were really great at getting this in for the duration of her stay. we loved our private rooftop area and had an amazing massage for one of the days. we walked everywhere from the riad and everyone was super friendly. our room was huge with a walk in wardrobe from the bathroom. a perfect stay.

Cons:

the pool unfortunately isn't really in the sun, however it was still very nice and was great to have a dip when it got hot. We were grateful to have one at all.

Great for a short stay in an authentic location
Pros:

Staff very friendly and super breakfast each morning. Ate in the restaurants 4 times and all meals were good. Room spacious and the bed was super comfortable.

Cons:

Terrace not really in use at this time of the year. Didn't use the pool as not really warm enough.

Perfect stay in a perfect location
Pros:

Beautiful welcome from the staff. Whilst they checked us in we were given mint tea and delicious biscuits. Our suite on the ground floor was spacious and comfortable. Absolutely loved the bathroom and bathtub, wish I had more hours to while away in there! The roof top bar looked really nice but was too cold the evening we were there - some heaters might be a good idea.
The breakfast is out of this world, I would go back just for that. I never knew that bread could be so good. We didn’t have time to use the spa but we’ll be back.

Ein Riad ist kein modernes Luxushotel, man muss sich einen Augenblick daran gewöhnen, das es ein Palast aus alter Zeit ist. Wir hatten eine Senior Suite mit einer privaten Terrasse und das Hotel hat alles unternommen, um unseren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Die Technik ist sehr modern. Wi-Fi und Heizung (Klimaanlage) sind perfekt vorhanden. Das Frühstück ist exzellent. Das Restaurant und der Dachgarten bieten eine gute Küche. Trotz Ramadan war es ganztägig möglich, Speisen und Getränke (auch alkoholisch) zukommen. Das Personal war sehr sympathisch und hilfsbereit.

Great stay in busy Marrakech
Pros:

After trying some ryad, we rebooked for this hotel and were finally satisfied with our stay in Marrakech. Great comfort, attentive staff, good location and facilities. Was a breath of fresh air in hectic Marrakech in comparison to other options. Comfortable and clean room, greatly designed common areas. We really enjoyed.

Beautiful authentic Moroccan experience
Pros:

Property was splendid. Everywhere was beautiful and authentic. The rooms were large and the best I have seen in a riad. The staff were very friendly and nice people, they always had a smile on and provided us with excellent service from breakfast to dinner, including drinks.

Sur le site Booking, l'établissement est présenté en tant que hôtel. Et parmi les services offerts, il est précisé qu'il dispose d'un parking. Sur place, nous nous rendons compte que ce n'est pas un hôtel mais un Riad. Et qu'il ne dispose pas d'un parking. En conséquence, l'établissement ne correspondait pas du tout à ce que nous projetions et à l'idée que nous nous faisions de notre séjour à Marrakech. Bref! nous avons été bernés par les informations de Booking. Heureusement que le personnel était génial de gentillesse et de disponibilité. Une compensation...

Heel gastvrij hotel in een traditionele verbouwde riad. Werkelijk uitmuntend vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.
Pros:

Zeer mooie riad aan de rand van het oude centrum, binnen de muren van de oude stad. Alles is prima te voet te bereiken.
Uitgebreide internationale kaart in het restaurant. Super gaafrooftop restarant én twee locaties binnen.
Het personeel is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Iedereen spreekt zowel Engels als Frans (en natuurlijk arabisch 😉). Ze hebben ons een paar basis woorden arabisch geleerd.
Heel behulpzaam! Voorals vriendelijk waren Zineb, Hamza, Elias en Anas! Echte toppers met liefde voor de hospitality van de hotel gasten. We hebben een geweldige week gehad.
Sokran !!!
