Perfect 10 out of 10 stay
Pros:

The staff were unbelievable - they could not do enough for us... from early check in to restaurant suggestions; amazing barman, breakfast helpers and reception staff - not forgetting the staff who helped us with our bags, gardened and cleaned. To a person they were amazing. Breakfast on the terrace, watching sunrise with the air balloons in the distance was so special. The hammam was a revelation - don't miss it - and the massages were excellent. All in all - I have only praise for this Riad.

A magical and unforgettable stay in the heart of Marrakesh
Pros:

A truly stunning place that feels like stepping into an Arabian fairy tale. The rooms are beautiful, spacious and tastefully decorated in an authentic Marrakesh style, with warm colours, natural materials and elegant details. The staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive and responsive, and were always available whenever we needed anything on Whatsapp. The atmosphere is peaceful, welcoming and very special. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and defenitly be back!!!

Cons:

The only thing I didn’t like was that my vacation was too short. I wish I could have stayed longer!

Fabulous riad with fantastic and attentive service! Great location.
Pros:

The Riad was wonderful, clean and tidy. It was also quiet ( we visited out of season) which was great for us.
We also managed to get a free room upgrade and had our own sun terrace on the roof top, close to the rooftop bar. Our room (9) was fabulous. Very comfortable with a large bed. Room was dark and quiet and we slept very well indeed!

Included breakfast was great, as was the food on the restaurant menu. Roof top bar was perfect for relaxing in the sun too.
Pool is small and refreshing.
Gym is basic but sufficient for a quick session.
Spa is lovely. We had a Tonic massage treatment, which was fabulous.

All staff were amazing and could not do more to make our stay fantastic.

It’s about 10-15 min walk to the town centre. Lots of things to do and bars & restaurants within a short taxi ride.

I definitely recommend this Riad.

Cons:

Wish I could’ve stayed longer than our 5 nights.

Maravilloso Riad.
Pros:

El Riad es una preciosidad, amplio, muy limpio y tranquilo. Pero si hay algo a destacar enormemente es el personal, muy amable y siempre dispuestos a ayudarte. Tiene una bonita terraza donde cenar o tomar algo viendo la puesta de sol. La primera noche cenamos allí mismo, la siguiente noche salimos a cenar a otro sitio y solo os digo que repetimos las cenas en la terraza del Riad.Eramos 3 personas y elegimos la suite con terraza privada; la habitación muy grande y bonita, con 2 estancias separadas que dan un plus de comodidad. En cuanto a la situación, a unos 15 min andando de la Plaza principal y con taxis a 2 min del Riad por si lo necesitas para desplazamientos un poco más alejados. Si es la primera vez en Marrakech, como era nuestro caso, os sorprenderá la zona, pero como toda La Medina, es muy seguro y cuando abres la puerta del Riad es como si llegaras al Paraíso. Tienes Hammam en el propio Riad, lo probamos y salimos encantados. Lo recomiendo sin duda.

Geweldig!!
Pros:

Prachtig verblijf midden in het centrum eigenlijk was alles geweldig, super lieve behulpzame mensen zowel bij aankomst als bij vertrek! Service was echt zo goed.

Cons:

Er is hier niks op aan te merken, enige misschien bij aankomst is het even zoeken waar ze zitten en lastig te komen met de auto maar eenmaal gevonden helpen ze je meteen om de auto te parkeren.

Sehr schönes Hotel in einem ruhig gelegenen Riad in der Medina von Marrakesch. Großes Zimmer mit großem Bad, Sehr empfehlenswertes Spa-Angebot. Ausgiebiges Frühstück. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal.

Thoroughly recommend this place. Our local guide we booked also mentioned its one of the best riads around.
Pros:

Simply charming with nice relaxed space. Small pool also plus a beautiful large roof terrace for eating and having a nice alcoholic drink too! The roof terrace and multiple zones really did it for me. Highly recommend.

Nothing! All amazing.
