Location of the hotel and the staff were friendly and they helped us alot

Cons:

Well we only got 3 small bottle of water per day which was less. But other than that all was excellent

Hidden gem
Pros:

This quirky place has huge amounts of character and love — a hidden gem in an excellent location! The room and bed were super comfortable, the pool was fun, and the complimentary afternoon tea was the cherry on top. The staff, especially the doorman, is just wonderful

Excellect location!5-10mins walk to a popular damascus and lot 10 mall. Nearby eateries coffee shop was just opposite the hotel. And a few Turkish restaurants. The in house hi tea from 3-5pm exceed my expectation. Thank you for that

We waited 2hrs for our room to be ready. Mind that our toddler is with us and was cranky. We hv to go out to distract her

Pros:

De bedden waren heerlijk en zacht, maar wel erg klein. Locatie was fijn, midden in het centrum. De wine/tea-hour was een leuk uurtje om gratis wijn, thee, sapjes te drinken en er waren ook snacks en vers fruit. Zwembad was fijn en er was een barretje bij. Mooie regendouche in de badkamer en iedere dag housekeeping.

Cons:

Je boekt een kamer met kingsize bed, maar het was echt veel kleiner, dus vrij misleidend. Midden in centrum betekend ook dat je (soms de hele nacht) een dikke bass van de clubs kunt horen. Hierdoor wel een aantal keer wakker geweest. Oordoppen kan dit verhelpen. Wij dachten iedere keer tijdens ons verblijf; was dit 100 euro+ per nacht waard? Wij vonden van niet. Voor hetzelfde bedrag kun je in een 5-sterrenhotel verblijven ook/ toch wat luxer. Het was een hip hotel maar ontbrak wel wat aan luxe/ iets om de prijs-kwaliteit beter te maken.
