The hotel is really well located, and many features of it are nice, including the lobby dining area and some features in the rooms. Staff were great.
However some parts of it a bit tired - a number of areas of the room needed a proper clean, including in bathroom and windows. No laundry service was provided, instead a bizarre self service laundry in the car park which was difficult to find.

Les chambres sont propres et spacieuses. Nous avons bien apprécié les petits services en plus comme proposer des oreillers moins durs, le petit goûter dans l’après midi, les boissons dans le frigo.
Notre départ étant tard le soir nous n’avons pas pu louer une chambre à la demi journée pour prendre une douche avant notre départ. Mais nous avons pu le faire au swimming pool
L'hotel è in una buona posizione, vicino un po' a tutti e con diversi ristoranti nella zona.
Bella la camera, grande e con vista sulla città.
Buona la colazione e in più nel pomeriggio offrono anche la merenda.

It was perfect.
Superfijn hotel midden in Bukit Bintang. Veel activiteiten zijn op loopafstand. Het hotel zelf is een oase van rust. De kamers zijn ruim en het personeel is superbehulpzaam. Ook het zwembad op het dak is erg fijn.
Het enige wat ik zou kunnen bedenken is, dat het ontbijt wisselend is wat betreft westerse opties. Dat had voor ons iets uitgebreider gemogen. Maar er zijn voldoende leuke ontbijttentjes binnen een straal van 10 min.

Good location, friendly staff and clean.
There is a white car parked in front of the hotel, and it seems to have been parked there the whole night. It is obstructing traffic and making it difficult for other vehicles to pick up or drop off passengers at the hotel. I hope the management can look into this and take the necessary action.
