飯店位置及大廳設計很漂亮。
房間內尤其是浴室的裝潢細緻度不夠,跟大廳的質感設計感覺有落差。
Bed was comfortable. Location is convenient. Walking distance to malls in Bukit Bintang area like Lot 10 and Pavilion and also the MRT. Local and many Arabic eateries and a Macdonald's within walking distance. Free tea is simple but quite nice.
Hotel infrastructure is worn out. Different from the image you see online. The lobby still looks ok but in the room, you see lots of paint chipped walls and frames. Bed frame is very dusty and not cleaned. The shower although big has no shelf at all to put your toiletries. You have to put your toiletries on the floor like as though showering in a public swimming pool toilet. The hotel has no sheltered driveway so I had to offload my luggage in the rain and carry it up the steps myself-there is no staff to help you. Swimming pool is also very old and worn out. Different from the photo you see on the booking website. That was 10 years ago-now everything is very faded. Parking lot is extremely narrow. They have a strange metal contraption on the floor which you have to park your car on and it has metal sides which could scratch your rims! Connecting door- can hear neighbor talking. Noisy traffic can hear in the room.
Love the location. Walking distance to Pavillion. The staff were friendly and welcoming especially Farid at reception.
Staff were very friendly
What a great service! People were so nice. Especially the ladies from the snack buffet!
The front desk service was excellent, and the breakfast was pretty good. The afternoon tea was a pleasant surprise. Overall, the service was impressive, and the hotel’s location is fantastic.
The downside was the noise on the first night. It was so bad that I could hardly fall asleep, and it was the first time I had experienced something like this in all my years of staying at hotels. Because I didn’t sleep well, I had no energy or mood to travel the next day, which disrupted many of my plans.
Location was convenient within walking distance to shopping malls and dining options. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Room was quite spacious.
Bathroom looks a little tired and could do with a makeover. Limited parking onsite
De locatie is top
Bed was een beetje doorgelegen en het zwembad valt een beetje tegen
The location was supered. It was very close to Bukit Bintang Station as well as Petrona Twin Tower, KLCC, Jalan Alor Night Market. The breakfast variety wasn't many, but we felt that it was sufficient. And we liked the complementary afternoon tea from 3pm to 5pm. Must say the check-in was smooth and fast; the front desk staff and the doorman were all very friendly and helpful. Our room was changed almost immediately when we weren't happy about the cleanliness. Love the rooms that comes with ironing board. Hair dryer is powerful too.
Housekeeping needs a big improvement. Dust accumulated at the corner of the bed and inside the compartment where the ironing board was tucked. The water inside the iron was not removed from the previous Guest usage.
The hotel is well located within Bukit Bintang, everything is a short walk away. We enjoyed the friendliness of the staff, they were always willing to assist. The breakfast was good, having an iced coffee at breakfast was very welcomed. The room was spacious and had all needed amenities. We enjoyed our stay
