Pros:

Ground floor reception area was lovely. Room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Breakfast ok.

Cons:

Gym needs to be updated. Pool area looking a bit tired. There was a bad smell outside the front of the hotel, which is maybe difficult for them to address but it was quite off-putting.

مااتوقع راح ارجعله الفندق

مكان ممتاز وموقعه قريب من كل شيء، وهذا أكثر شيء عجبني فيه. 👍

Cons:

الشيء الذي لم يعجبني هو تعامل طاقم الفندق مع المشكلة. حدث تسريب في الغرفة وتسبّب في اتساخ الغرفة بالكامل، وعند التواصل معهم ليلًا لم يكن التعامل مناسبًا أو سريعًا. بدلًا من تغيير الغرفة مباشرة، عُرض فقط إرسال شخص للتنظيف وتغيير المفارش، رغم أنني كنت مسافرًا مع زوجتي. وفي النهاية اضطررت أنا لطلب تغيير الغرفة وبعد نقاش وافقوا. أتمنى تحسين طريقة التعامل مع الضيوف وسياسة الفندق في مثل هذه الحالات.

Strategic location
Pros:

The location is very convenient and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Especially the security guards

Cons:

The bathroom has a very strong sewage smell and the staff didn't clear used towels but did top up with new ones.
Appreciate if the front porch can be accessible for drop off point. Cos it was raining heavily and the porch was not accessible

Pros:

Location very good , in the middle of the action , close to bars , main attractions, food markets , shopping malls , rooftop restaurants/bar.
Hotel was clean , staff very helpful and nice . Overall a very good place to stay .

Great hotel in Bukit Bintang
Pros:

We have stayed at the KL Journal hotel a few times now. I absolutely love the location. So many shopping and eating places nearby.

The rooms are clean and a decent size too.

Especially love their self service laundry in the hotel basement. Super convenient.

Staff are friendly and I appreciate the doorman for always being kind and helpful.

The awesome cat that sits at the entrance is a bonus!

Cons:

It's always a bit of a hassle getting to the area because of the crazy traffic and crowds, still worth it though.

Great serviced hotel in an entertaining neaghbourhoud.
Pros:

Very central in Bukit Bintang. With a fine breakfast(a few meat cuts like ham, chorizo would be nice)
Views are lovely front and back.

Cons:

Bukit Bintang in the weekend means loud music, so we moved to the back.
