One of the best hotels to stay in!
Pros:

Absolutely loved this hotel! Its location is perfect right in the heart of Bukit Bintang with everything you could need just a short walk away. The hotel itself is very modern with stunning interior and exterior design. We stayed in a triple room with breakfast included. The room was luxurious, offered a fantastic city view, and had a spacious, well-designed bathroom.

The breakfast buffet catered to both Western and Asian tastes. What made our stay more memorable was the staff. Everyone was welcoming and always happy to help. A special thank you to Anamul who looked after us so well at breakfast every morning. The security staff were also incredibly friendly and helpful, although I unfortunately can't remember his name

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this hotel. It exceeded our expectations in every way, and I can't wait to come back!

Loved it! Would stay here again!
Pros:

Was such a relief to be able to check into the Journal hotel at 11: 30pm at night after a long day of travel and not being happy with the previous accommodation I had booked (axon) for this period of time.

The staff was so welcoming. The room was amazing! So big so comfortable and the free mini bar drinks were such a nice treat after the day we had had. It was even more of an icing on the cake when they said they had a free afternoon tea everyday also and it was absolutely more than I was ever expecting.

The staff was so nice. I had a leak in my room. I think from the air conditioning and maintenance came to fix it straight away and then housekeeping came to clean up. I was glad I didn't have to change rooms.

The gym was small but did the job, and the rooftop pool was lovely and had such a great view.

The location was fantastic. So close to the malls and so easy for grab drivers to come and pick you up and drop you off. Plenty to eat around the area as well.

Perfect stay with amazing food and outstanding service! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Pros:

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at The Kuala Lumpur Journal Hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and always happy to help. The room was spotless, modern, comfortable and cleaned every day. The location is perfect, within walking distance of many attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas. The breakfast was outstanding with a great variety of fresh and delicious food. Every meal we had was absolutely delicious. The hotel has a fantastic atmosphere, beautiful design, and excellent facilities. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

Honestly, nothing. Everything exceeded our expectations. We only wish we could have stayed longer!

L'emplacement est exceptionnel, on est proche de tout. L'hôtel et les chambres sont propres et nettoyer tous les jours.
