Pros:

I would definitely stay at this hotel again. This hotel is very affordable and it’s very spacious and clean. It’s a bit far from all the center of the city but it is very close to the bus stop and metro.

Pros:

駅にとても近く、スーパーやカフェなどもたくさんあり大変便利でした。お部屋用に加湿器や空気清浄機も無料で借りれて快適に過ごせました。

Hidden gem in perfect location
Pros:

I work in hotellerie, so i tend to be more critical of hotels than your average guy, but i only have positives to share. Friendly staff, good location, the street is full with restaurants, Seoul metro and bus stations in fifty meters. The uncle selling mandu down the street is an absolute gem.

Twosome Place in lobby with 10% discount, washing machine and dryer on second floor, amenities are impeccable.

Anytime i had anything, the staff responded promptly with a smile, always helpful and polite, from the receptionists to the manager himself.

Rooms are okay, not the biggest, but to be fair, its not expensive either. For what you pay, you get a comfortable bed to sleep in, plus a bathtub.

Cons:

No issues here. Everything was great.

空調がコントロールできません
Pros:

駅、バス停、コンビニがすぐ近くにあり便利です。

Cons:

外気温が一桁台の日、空調をオフにしても、室内は25〜28℃と暑すぎて初日は暑さで目が覚めるほど。空調はホテル側に制御されており冷房には出来ず。。２日目以降は扇風機を貸してもらい、24時間窓を開けた状態で扇風機をフル稼働。それでも快適とは言えず、夜であの室温ですから、日中ホテルでゆっくり過ごすなんて到底無理だと思います。雪がちらつく日でも、です。最上階ということもあったのかもしれませんが、どうしてあんなに暑いのか不思議なくらいでした(笑) 季節や部屋の向きによってはもう少し過ごしやすかったりはするのかもしれませんが、暑がりな私には向いていないホテルだと思いました。
