Pros:

Fiquei no Courtyard by Marriott Edgewater NYC Area e, no geral, tive uma experiência abaixo do esperado.

A localização é boa, com fácil acesso a NYC, o que é um ponto positivo. No entanto, pelo valor cobrado e pelo nível da rede Marriott, eu esperava bem mais.

O café da manhã deixou a desejar — os morangos estavam estragados e não havia colheres disponíveis para consumir itens básicos como iogurte, o que demonstra falta de atenção nos detalhes.

A área da piscina também foi decepcionante. A água parecia estranha e o ambiente tinha um cheiro muito ruim, tornando a experiência desagradável.

A academia é ok, com alguns equipamentos disponíveis, mas nada que se destaque.

No geral, pelo preço e padrão esperado da rede, acredito que há pontos importantes a melhorar.

Good hotel, but not for light sleepers
Pros:

Smart rooms on the large side.

Cons:

A garbage lorry comes between 3-4pm at the back of the hotel. It has a loud reverse alarm and woke me up 3 out of 4 nights. On another night a fire alarm went off at 11pm and we were all evacuated.

Fabulous experience, Starbucks within the hotel as well, and the staff accommodated me with special request.
Pros:

The staff at the front desk and even the housekeeping staff were very pleasant, diligent and accommodating throughout my day.

Cons:

There was nothing I didn't like about the property.
