Fabulous experience, Starbucks within the hotel as well, and the staff accommodated me with special request.
Pros:

The staff at the front desk and even the housekeeping staff were very pleasant, diligent and accommodating throughout my day.

Cons:

There was nothing I didn't like about the property.

Pros:

Everythign was great. Comfy beds, location very close to the bus station do Manhattan (20-30min). We've had breakfast once - it was "ok" but nothing special. Definetely the "original pancake house" 5mins walk was better for breakfast. There was mexican restaurant nearby - definetely to recommend.

Cons:

Thin walls, we've heard many noises from rooms around/above.

Fantastic hotel in New Jersey !
Pros:

Lovely hotel, really nice and spacious. Staff were fantastic and helpful. Clean and great facilities!

Cons:

The location was a little bit tricky to get into central New York. You had to catch a bus which was a little bit confusing at first (although the staff helped us) once we worked it out it was great!

Overall if was a clean hotel and a pleasant stay.
Pros:

The breakfast was a typical breakfast buffet we've experienced at other hotels. It was a decent breakfast we were just disappointed we had to pay for it. We've always experienced a free breakfast with the hotel stay.

Cons:

As mentioned above we didnt like being charged for breakfast or for parking.

Pros:

I booked a room with a King size bed and a pull out bed. There was not a pull-out bed. The hotel said they would give me a credit but they did not.

Cons:

I should’ve had what I paid for. I did not have the pull out sofa!

Very good
Pros:

The staff are very nice and professional. I would like to thank Fawn and Lamar for their service. The hotel is clean, in excellent condition, well located, quiet and with a comfortable common space.
