Pros:

朝食は良かった。

Cons:

コインランドリーを使用中に洗濯機が壊れてるのにも関わらず迅速な対処がなされず旅行中の貴重な時間を無駄に過ごさざる得なかった。
(翌日、起床が早かったので睡眠不足にもなった。)
夜の時間帯に女性スタッフがいないと言う点、機械の故障が土日祭日で夜の10時を回っていたのも不運。
(レンタル会社の連絡先に問い合わせてもらったが不在)
洗濯機の蓋が開かずにっちもさっちも行かず、スタッフがコンセント抜く様にと言ったが奥に入り込んでいた為無理。
大体、それをゲストにさせると言うのもいかがなものかと正直思った。
コインランドリーの設置場所が大浴場と言う点で男性スタッフが入室が出来ない、又他のゲストの方々も入浴してたりで難しいシチュエーションで多少の理解は出来るものの対応がなってなかった。
もう少しこちらの気持ちをくんで頂けていたらと思い正直、怒りさえも覚えた。
勿論、故障に関してはそのスタッフの方の責任ではないのは承知してるが対応方法に疑問有り。

コスパ最高！
Pros:

朝食が美味しかった、たくさん食べられて満足した！部屋で持ち帰って食べられるのもよかった！ドリンクチケットでビールがあったのもよかった。お風呂もよかった。アメニティも無駄がなくてよかった。

ロビーに置いてある飲み物のサービスが、食事以外の時も空いているとよかった。

期待外れ（浜松に比べて割高。値段の割に設備、サービスが期待外れ）
Pros:

大浴場は浜松と比べ、思ったより大きめでサウナは小さいが、利用者も少なく満足できた。

Cons:

・受付の若い女性の説明不足（鍵の機能やハッピーアワーや大浴場、サウナ等の説明）
・チェックアウト時の若い男性は「ありがとうございました」の言葉もない
・電源を全部つけても部屋が暗い。
・ツインの部屋だったがベッドが狭く、寝返りすると傾く。
・部屋着がださく、厚手で夏には暑すぎる。
・大浴場のロッカーの故障は修理すべき。カギはむき出しでサウナに入ると熱くなる
・同じくれたけインプレミアムなのに浜松とサービスの差がありすぎる。浜松と同じように改善すべき

Pros:

La chambre, relativement spacieuse et très confortable, le personnel très agréable et disponible, les services proposés, l’excellent petit déjeuner, la localisation idéale.

Cons:

Dans un autre hôtel, nous avions de l’espace sous le lit pour ranger les valises. Même si la chambre est assez spacieuse, il aurait été pratique d’avoir ce type de rangement. C’est le seul détail auquel je pense, l’hôtel est globalement très très agréable
