Pros:

駅からも近く、朝のモーニングは和、洋それぞれ種類も豊富で良かったです。おいしいフォーも食べれて満足。
大浴場は利用していませんが、個室の風呂の湯量もしっかり出て、すぐにお湯が張れるのでいいですね。
コーヒーはドリップ式のものがエントランスにあり、そちらも利用できるのがお得感ありました。
事前に携帯で情報を登録すればチェックインもチェックアウトもほとんど時間をかけずにスムーズで手軽でした。

Cons:

部屋の構造上、荷物を置くスペースが少なく、使ったタオルなどを干すところもないのが少し不便でした。ちょっとした手荷物を置けるテーブルか、ベットサイドに棚受けがあれば、携帯の充電と別でサイドテーブルが使えて便利だったかと思います。
あとは、部屋の電気やドレッサーの電気があちこち少し分かりにくい場所にあり、迷いました。
コンセントの数がドレッサーに2つとモバイル用がベットの間に一つしかなく、2人で携帯を充電するのに少し不便でした。

ウェルカムドリンクやお風呂上がりのアイス、朝食など、コスパが大変、良かったです。高級感は無いけど、清潔で快適に滞在出来ました。
