Fabiola Condo Hotel

La estancia es cómoda, el lugar es bonito, pero los aires de las recámaras no funcionaban...

Estuvo excelente, me pareció muy acogedor y bonito, el trato también estuvo excelente y en cuestión de precios también muy accesible, pronto regresaré.

Amazing staff! Enjoyed my time at this hotel but it’s clear that the rooms need some TLC. Very convenient location and I felt very safe. Sheets and towels were always clean

Muy buena la ubicación, muy central, pero no se siente ruido de las discotecas (está a casi 2 cuadras de Coco Bongo) y descansas bien. Zona tranquila, con todo lo necesario, detalles como provisión de agua, cama cómoda, toallas suaves, amables y muy atentos a los requerimientos, a 2 cuadras de un Walmart, piscina muy buena, instalaciones agradables. El punto negativo: hacen limpieza cada 2 dias. Estuve 4 dias, solo tuvimos limpieza 1 dia. Por lo demás muy recomendable

Pros: spacious rooms, parking, really great area, great staff
Cons: jacuzzi is not hot (we wanted a hot tub which is why we picked this place), our fridge was broken (we bought coffee and milk but the milk went bad), ac in bedrooms didn't get very cold but it was cold enough

Juste un petit point négatif. Manque un peu d’ustensiles pour la cuisine. Mais déjà mille fois mieux équipé qu’ailleurs.
On vous le recommande les yeux fermés. On aurait prolongé si ça avait pas été complet.

Charming clean condo in an amazing location. This is a hidden gem with a beautiful court pool area that was hardly used. Note that there is not too much sun at the pool. There is also a roof top patio area that was accessible, perhaps because the unit upstairs was vacant. We would have our morning coffee up there. Or an evening drink. Our condo unit had a full kitchen living room and king bed.. which was a little hard. The bathroom has pretty tile. The area is super safe with tons of local and touristy eateries and shops. The beach is only 2-3 block away. Fabiola offers great value in a perfect location. I will stay here again.

El lugar desde afuera de ve lindo sin embargo la habitación que me tocó tenía la la bañera dentro de ella habitación y está tenia 2 fugas de agua, por lo cual hacía que se encharca gran parte de la habitación, no había ventana ó balcón por lo cual no se ventila la habitación y no hay forma de secar la ropa mojada, esto hace que huela a humedad todo el tiempo. La limpieza la hacen cada 2 días.
Puntos buenos: La cama es comoda y cuenta con refri y cocineta

Lets start with this , for the price you cannot beat it - but there is a few ways this property could be improved . There is an extremely limited kitchen. You really cannot cook a whole meal , but definitely house some late night drinks and snacks! No oven , but has a brand new microwave and cold fridge . The stove top was gas so you need a lighter to use it fyi .The water pressure in the shower was very low and hot water went quick . But it wasn't cold let's say lukewarm. We reserved it for 3 persons however only got two towels.. there is a sleeper couch but they offer no extra linens - go prepared with your own . No napkins ,only a small towel . You can easily buy these necessities at the mega market couple of blocks down however . This property could at least offer a single good sized pan and basic cooking utensils( there are none ) . To the great points -Location was awesome ! Only a couple blocks from the party streets . Across the street from this hotel there is a restaurant and a mini mart . Very convenient. AC gets super cold , no complaints ! The TV offers only spanish channels BUT its a smart TV so I was able to connect to my own netflix account. We were extremely happy with this option . King bed sufficed ( two twins put together ) but we slept just fine. The pool was steps from our door - smaller - but quiant and cute .

Awesome location. There are only a few minor issues with the room (we had what they call the Attic). There are not enough electrical outlets and there is no full length mirror. There should at least be an outlet in the bathroom. When it came time to charge both our phones at the same time at night, not having an outlet on both sides of the bed became an issue. Another issue was that the bathroom smelled a bit funky (plumbing issue perhaps?). Having said that, we’d definitely stay again at this hotel. The price and location are great. Recommended.

Very close to all the action in Playa Del Carmen. Only 2 blocks from 5th street
Property is very well maintained. Felt like home even though you're in a hotel.

Dirty pool area no Accommodations no channels on tv overpriced taxi service/covid test… don’t plan on ever staying here again

Me tocó un cuarto muy ruidoso con una regadera extraña, colocada en una esquina del cuarto, y cuando me bañaba el piso de la recámara se mojaba y tenía que secarlo
con las toallas. Muy incómodo e irritante.
